Meridian charged our business card for each pick up (as requested by us) for only half of the job. Several weeks later, they sent an invoice for three transactions after I had sent the final bill to the customer. This means that I spent $1800 out of pocket for a billable expense. They then refused to negotiate a reduced rate for their negligence/ changing the billing standards half way through and told us that manual billing was hard. I wish they would have said that upfront. I could have made other arrangements. A BBB complaint has been filed (but I did pay the balance)
I rented a roll-off dumpster container. Everything from the start was excellent. They explained the processes and policies, delivered and picked up without any issues. I was able to get my DIY home projects done and un-donatable items hauled off! Thanks!!
Pretty rude over the phone, unfortunately. Questions about unclear information lead to frustrated personnel.
