I have pcos with excessive facial hair growth. I quit treatment after being burned and face left raw. Specialist Valarie also seemed as if she was only out for money from clients that she knew she couldnt work on. Very unprofessional. Gossip about other clients and her own personal life. When I made a review on the businesses fb page she removed comments and left a comment about a refund that i did not ask for. Still, till this day I do not want a refund. On my first visit I thought Valarie would be a great tech but my boyfriend, who is my support, thought otherwise. I have since consulted liscensed estheticians who advised me that I should have gone to someone who knew how to work with my hair type and skin. Lesson learned. This was an unpleasant experience but I made the best of it. It has been a few months since I last made the review on the businesses fb page but after seeing comments removed, I promised to make a review elsewhere that can not be altered by the business.

Valerie Collett is the best electrolysis I have ever went too. I have tried several in the past. She makes u feel relaxed, she is gently but most of all she kills the hairs very fast. I give her in A plus. Thank you Valerie for making me feel confident .

I love this place. Shelley is so kind and really knows her stuff!!! She is a skilled practioner.I absolutely like the new salon location which has freshly remodeled waiting and treatment areas, and offers easy access to plenty of parking!!!Appointments were easily set up around my busy schedule and Shelley returns my request for an appointment quickly.Shelley has been amazing. She has been there early and late for me, fit me in when she had time and has been awesome to work with. She was not one bit pushy, instead she listened to my concerns and helped me understand my options. I have spent years fighting the unwanted growth of hair where it should not be. With every appointment, I am one step closer to never having to pluck or shave my unwanted hair again. I would recommend her to anyone for hair removal! She is very down to earth and makes you feel comfortable quickly. My only regret was that I did decide to do this years ago.The thought of not having to worry about unwanted hair again is liberating.
