I strongly urge no one to use this company. I am a small business owner and had to call them to take care of a leak on a busy saturday for us. They did not have a ladder which would reach. Although were advised that it would require a twelve footer. So they did no service work and we were charged on the spot 600.00 via phone to owner . even after explaining they could do no work at that time. Sandy Hampton-- Natural Alternatives Salons and spasI just received a call back from owner and the fee was reduced to 300 which is much better. I am ok with that and appreciate that they realized they were being unfair.
