This one star goes out to Kevin. Christina was my representative and was amazing. Great personality, truly cares, and helps you out the best way she could. When I spoke to Kevin (over the phone) I wanted to talk to her but he ignored me. He was rude and just had a completely fake personality (very sarcastic). I was sick and had something going on with my eyes that blurred my vision ( I dont wear glasses). I mentioned that and I lost my assignment and my place at randstad. Not sure this is the place to go to. Seemed fine as first job placement went well. Then Christmas came and went and everything changed. Was instructed that they would have a position available in a few days and they would call. I waited a week without a call so called in Monday to be informed they couldnt place me anywhere as I did not return to last placement. I informed them they had emailed me to NOT return and could forward back the email if needed, because there seemed to be some confusion on their end. They let me know that the notes said differently. I again replied I have the email YOU sent me, I can forward it back. Made no difference to her. Why string me along for over a week if that was in the notes? If youre desperate than any work is good work but if you have the option to look elsewhere Id encourage you to do so. Can not speak for other locations of this company so maybe just this one, not entirely sure. Seems to be to many people in the office or to much turnover, not sure what lead to this. Unfortunate situation for sure. Will forward email to corporate and see if they can make heads or tails of it. Either way Id go to a different location of Randstad if I were to do it over again.

Poor service. Never any jobs available, and if a job doesn’t work out, they blacklist you and tell you they need to see stable work history, even if you’ve worked several jobs successfully prior. I would not recommend unless you are desperate.

Ive been with Randstad staffing for years never had a issue, everyone is so positive an up lifting . Their awesome an very understanding, always working with the times Im available an thats a plus having children.

They had an open house so my friend and I applied. The interview process went smoothly, and they were willing to work with people who didnt have a whole lot of prior experience. I have worked with a temp agency before, and unlike my precious agency, this agency has a well developed (tho slightly outdated) webpage. Entering my time info online is very easy because of that. They also offer many types of insurance, including life insurance and dental.They called me back but not my friend. That is always a risk in applying to agencies- that they wont contact you again after the interview. But thats how it is with all jobs. I ended up with a nice job making decent pay. Though I will mention that as far as I can tell, their job coverage is mostly in Knoxville. So if you live in Oakridge, you may find yourself with a long commute.

Interviewed with Ranstad today and they were very welcoming and helped walk me through the enrollment process and screening. Also already had a job lined up for me to start tomorrow! Racehl and Kevin were the two employees i spoke and interviewed with and both made me feel very comfortable. I am excited to start working with this company.

While the team has been polite, I have had one placement from Randstad that required me to quit the perfectly good job I had with the promise that the position would become permanent after a short period of time. The company let me go before the appointment became permanent due to missteps by management at the hiring company. While I don’t blame Randstad for that directly, they have not given me a single position since that time. No interviews, no straight temp work, nothing. I’m supposed to call each week to tell them I’m available. They always say they are sending my resume out to companies but it all rings hollow. They are essentially an employment agency that can’t get you any employment. Not even interviews for employment. Cannot recommend this agency. I have no reason to.

Randstad in my opinion is the most professional employment agency that I have ever worked for. They are genuine in placing you in a position that you are best qualified for. Their initial onboarding with them is very user friendly but most informative. Your time worked is entered through the internet with a software they use. I went on an temporary assignment 19 years ago which turned into a permanent position in less than one month. I worked for this company for18 years! I recently went back into the job market and my initial thought was to reach back out to Randstad for assistance. Their quality of service is unlike another agency that I have worked for before going back to Randstad. Randstad representatives are really concerned if the job is a good fit for you. They will call and check up on you. You dont have to feel that you cannot be honest if the job is not a good fit for you. I have experienced that before and felt like I was wrong in sharing with the other agency that I did not like the position. Also, Randstad cliental is with highly reputable companies you wan to work for. Presently, I am working on an assignment for them. Overall, my experience working with Randstad has been nothing but positive. Thanks to Cricket Sanders and other staff members. I highly recommend Randstad if you are seeking temporary or permanent employment.

They are dirty I would not recommend them to anyone.There is a guy his name is Kevin that work their that mark my name as red flag on the computer and keep trying to give me low wages jobs and he had told me before don’t try to apply in our office by the phone. I really don’t know he do all that to me!!!Seriously watch out from these people

Not worth persuing work through this agency. They have no issue at all lying to you and telling you why they need to get you in the door. They place you at a place and tell you that you are sure to get hired on after probation. This is a load of bull. When it comes down to it well all know those recruiters get a bonus for each person they get into a position. This means if they have to lie they will. I ended my work relationship with them permanently. I will never again work for them. I will also apply word of mouth.

I completed an online application for an administrative job. After more than 5 days without a response, I called to inquire as to the status of that application. I was directed to come in to the office for an interview. Upon arrival the only question the Randstad agent seemed to care about was the minimum compensation I required. I attempted to explain that I would go as low as X, but only if the job was appropriate to my education and career goals.I was subsequently sent to a company that only offered X. The client, Ed Financial, was a high volume call center associated with student loan debt. The Ed Financial interviewer was 45 minutes late to our appointment, and she claimed that their turnover figure was less than 5% among a staff of 350. This is a flagrant misrepresentation. They did not offer any advancement opportunities, and the job was completely inappropriate to my background and career goals. Two days later the Randstad agent called me back and discourteously inquired as to why I hadnt called her back after the interview. I informed her that since she had failed to listen to anything I had said during my initial interview with Randstad, I felt no obligation to follow up and that I would no longer be pursuing a relationship with Randstad.This experience was as distasteful as it was unprofessional. Do not waste your time on Randstad. Try Express or Office Team instead.

I worked at excedy for 3months they went from wanting to buy contract to letting me go for absentism i missed 2 days that were not supposed to be counted against me and i cant get the recruiter to talk to me because they didnt pay me my last check the week of veterans day and they sent me to lifetime after 1 day they let me go because instead of training me the boys wanted to show out by raising so i started sweeping even ask the superviser joe if it was ok he said yes! Then as i walking into plant i got call from stephanie ending that assignment because i was in a non prohibited areaand they cant help me get paid either

From the time I walked in to the time I left, I felt as if I was in the room with two immature high school girls instead of professional working women. These ladies were making fun of employees right in front of me . I didnt personally know any of these people that they were bashing, but the point is I did not come there to listen to them laugh and talk about how incompetent they think people are, I was there as a potential employee and not there for their entertainment and shenanigans . It was a very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience.

Awful experience. This office has NO concern for job seekers, and only cares about filling slots for their paying customers. When I was placed in the worst, most low paying place on the planet and I practically begged for reassignment, I was advised that I ONLY qualified for call center work, even though I have a college education. They said they didnt have anything else, although different positions were being advertised in the paper. Dont waste your time with these folks who do NOT care about you.

I began working for Exedy Corp through Ransdad and was injured during my assignment.My job was threatened over the injury as I was informed that they would find a reason to fire me.They places me on light duty with a temporary supervisor (Elain) who went to HR and lied to have me fired. So Ransdad called me to inform me that my assignment had been terminated. I demanded that they take a look at the cameras to prove that I made no kind of threatening gestures towards Elain and sure enough it showed me looking at the ground as she belligerently yelled at and called me names. I did not acept a rehire but they offered to not terminate if I would be willing to work (With the same supervisor).Of course I refused saying she would just fire me for another reason within a week. They marked it down as if I quite my job, leaving a scar on my work history.I have since attempted to seek gainful employment at other places only to have Ransdad make up storys when contacted.(Ransdad Mascot Tennessee)

Went in and was working by the next day and these people complaining about not gettin hired on after the probation period i honestly feel like thats your fault or at least the employer. All randstad does is try to help you find a place u like, i mean they cant honestly guarantee you get hired on but they can put your foot in the door .

When I was at an all time low struggling to get by and unable to pay rent forced to donate plasma to provide nourishment for my dog and I ready to give up on life Here i was at the plasma center trying to get a good vein but i couldnt im scrolling on my government issued phone and randstad came across saying offering jobs ..and here i am today 25lbs heavier fully employed caught up on my bills within a week they found a job that matched my skill set and im forever grateful i highly recommend them to anybody whos falling on hard times and is a good employee drug free
