Very poor customer service to truck drivers. They appeared to not like job are drivers. A bunch of disgruntle men on dock

13 freaked me out. They unload quickly.

Super nice employees, big overnight parking...but guys pay attention to the low bridge on the corner of the warehouse i was there for few hours and 2 guys destroyed their trucks.

Well Ive been watching this place for years and Im not sure what the deal is. These people drive like lunatics. From the smallest little minivan to the biggest Class A its like they only hire people who drive like lunatics. I really hope theyre not drinking their own product cuz it sure seems like they are. I have a class B CDL with an s endorsement and drive a school bus and every time I see any vehicle the comes from this place I know to watch out because they just do not care

If u r A driver Call & Get Directions Caus its old city & Low Bridge u will get stuck if u use your GPS &. No overnight parking

Semi truck drivers be aware.. These alcoholic Promoters do not have proper street entrances, LOW Clearance from both ends, watch your map carefully before head to this junkie yard. I called them for directions these drunkers never returned phone calls. Flagged them out.

I failed my way here and took every wrong way until I found the right way lol. They could do better with the signage.

Low clearance coming from north right at the entrance. Take exit 108 merchants drive. Right at pilot on bruhin, follow all the way down to n central. Not bad to get to if you come that way. Quick unload, arrive close to your appointment.

Great place to deliver to. Got me an hour early and back rolling before my 7 am appointment

I am a vendor who has done business with this company for many years. The entire team is professional and leading edge in product marketing . I have had the pleasure of staying in the town of Knoxville while training sales personnel for a new business there. Eagle Distributings presence and community relations is obvious throughout the town and surrounding area. I do not give five stars easily, but had no choice when considering this distributor and their involvement with charitable organizations and the community at large.

If you are looking for a stable job with good pay dont bother coming here. This company has a huge turnover problem, that alone should be a red flag to stay away. From the warehouse to even the office they cant seem to keep anyone worth their salt in the door. Hell, even the IT department has gone through two or three people this year alone. Ive been working here a number of years and I can tell you that nobody wants to work where you have to walk on eggshells all day long.

I delivered here on 12/16/19 and it was one of the smoothest deliveries I’ve done. I checked in with Tim around 4:00am and he had me unloaded and ready to go in about 20 minutes

Oh, man! What a hopping place! This business is full of awesome frothy-hearted folks who each add their own flavor and enjoyment to the atmosphere and that really helps it to not get watered down. Keep it up, Eagle! Fewer calories and more products!

Repackaging old product in new boxes. December 24, 2018 product in a May 20, 2019 box is nothing short of consumer fraud. Guys check your twelve packs for their little piece of clear tape. Not my first experience with this.

Friendly shipping department. If you are delivering, make sure you go around the building to gate#1. Follow around the building. You will find the shipping man door on the side of the building next to the docks.

I applied and had a interview here and the strung me along of weeks only to say they were not ready to hire anybody and acted like it was no big deal if you like to waste your time please apply here

Good folks from what I have encountered.

A low clearance on N. Central thats right at the distributor. Very small roads around here. Feels like wagon trails. Unloading me a few minutes early.

I called Eagle and asked for the best place to by Yuengling beer...the staff was very helpful & now Im fully stocked with Lager and Summer Wheat!

Very strict about appt. Time. Overnight parking approved by them on gravel employee lot outside gate #1.

Rodea el almacén y casi llegando a la puerta de salida está la oficina de chequeo. Descarga rápida, gente agradable! Ojo no use el Google MAP.
