Ive never heard of someone charging for QUOTE!?! I want to gather information for a large family reunion/vacation of 45+ people and was told id be charged for a quote.

Good discounts on vacation packages. Agent Sara not as knowledgeable had to call resort and destination to get answers to questions....though agency claims to specialize in vacation destination?

Went in to book a flight over seas. Had to spell out the city I was traveling to to the agent three times before she stopped typing and listed to me. Was quoted a price well above what I had seen elsewhere, and then was told a one way ticket to the same location would be several hundreds more. At that point I quickly exited, feeling like I dodged a scammer.

I would definitely recommend you read EVERYTHING fully before you book your trip. I didnt realize they had booked me for the last flight from Atlanta to Knoxville until the day before we were leaving. That put us at a 5hr layover. By the time we realized this the agency was closed and they do not check emails after hours, so if youre out of the country and cannot make phone calls and rely on email, dont count on getting a response until Monday. My agent emailed me back the day after I returned home advising me its $200 per person to change flights through Delta and that she hopes well be ok through the long wait (shes the one who set our trip up so she should know by the time she responded Id already have been home). I dont understand why they didnt try to get me the earlier flight originally when we booked it? Why have your client sit at an airport for 5 hours to wait on a flight when the DRIVE itself is only 3 hours? So we spent $175 to rent a car and drive back to Knoxville and got home almost 2 hours before flight ever left the ground. Im really disappointed with the service we received.When we left for the Dominican Republic it was the day Hurricane Matthew was hitting Haiti so we werent sure if we could still go to our resort and wanted to see what our options are. Again, I emailed on a Friday evening because she told me they work part of the day Saturday and asked if we could go to another location for the same resort and pay the difference in air fare? She called me Monday at 10:55am ( not Saturday when they were supposed to be open, but 6 hours after my flight had already left!) For real, youre my travel agent, you know my flight schedule. I didnt even get the message until the following Sunday when I got back into the country.Overall we were ok where we were with the Hurricane, Im just extremely disappointed with the service I received through this travel agency. I did not feel like they cared about us at all. When your client is going very close to where a category 4 hurricane is Id expect youd want to make sure theyre ok.

AJ Travels is the way to go for all your travel needs. My daughter and I purchased a Disney travel package for 3 persons. All inclusive was air fare, AllStar hotel stay, 3 days pass plus 2 meals and a snack (which is like a meal). This was the best investment ever. My daughter, grandson, god daughter and I had a ball with NO worries. AJ Travels had everything put together for a very memorial vacation.Will definitely use AJ Travels again and again and highly recommend.
