They do not want to here the explanation of the problem and they behave as if your just a pure idiot and just jump into trying to solve a problem while not knowing what your problem was because they never took the time to listen. Choose another IT company.

Terrible customer service. They broke our computer screen while doing another repair and put the cost of the new screen on us and refused responsibility.
