This man is a miracle worker. I made a big, expensive oops building a new system. I took it to Warren and he, after much time and patience, managed to repair it and saved me a ton of money on having to replace a part. If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I would. Excellent job and for less than half of what replacing the part would have been.

Great courteous service, highly recommend. Warren took on and solved a perplexing software problem with our desktop replacement laptop. Warren kept me up-to-date on the progress to identify and repair the problem and then proffered a very fair fee. The service was provided in quick order which meant work downtime was minimized. I cant say enough how pleased I was with the services I received at Knox Computer Services. My son wanted to build a gaming computer from scratch and I was very hesitant for us to try and do this ourselves since we had never done it before. We had a list of components, but were not sure if they were compatible with each other. Warren was kind enough to see us (on a Saturday!) and walked us through the process of finding components that not only met my sons gaming needs, but also fell within the budget we had planned. We ordered our components and the last one showed up on the Friday before Labor Day. We called Warren to let him know our parts had arrived and he offered to come in (ON LABOR DAY!) to help us put the computer together. Warren was patient and understanding, taking the time to explain each step of the building process, as well as, allowing my son to be a hands on assistant in the building of his computer. We couldnt be happier with the quality of the computer, the personalized customer service, and the more than fair price associated with the whole experience. I will be taking all of my computer needs back to Warren and Knox Computer Services.

3 days ago I went to Warren with a dead laptop. He checked it out thoroughly and it was too late. We held funeral services and he gave me some perimeters to look for in buying a new one. I purchased a new one and took it to Warren and he immediately set to transferring info from my old hard drive to the new laptop. This morning I paid a very reasonable bill and brought my new one home. Works perfectly and all my old info is there. I write books for Amazon and thought some of the manuscripts I was working on were possibly lost forever. Thank you Warren.P.S. So, heres a fun story. My computer has been broke since December, so I thought Itd be nice if I got a repair So I go online, and I find a pretty well reviewed company. I thought that the 4.6 stars meant that It actually did its job, despite the fact it has not. I get that your a smaller business, and that you are busy most of the time, but its been 3 months, and I have called 4 times, left 3 voicemails, sent 2 email, and I still havent received any form of response. I understand how pressing a business could be, but it gets a bit much when you basically ignore your clients. I am sorry for such a harsh review, but I need to get something done about my computer.

Warren came out and was very very helpful...at first. then we were in process of moving out of state and i tried to contact him before we left and....no answer. ive tried contacting him several times via skype and still....im ignored. i paid him a couple hundred to fix my computer and i am still having issues/questions and im pretty upset that i cannot get a response.
