I am a female and this was my first time at Pull-A-Part. I LOVED it. The staff are friendly and helpful. The prices are great. I loved that the inventory is easily accessable online and the rows of vehicles are well marked and tidy. There were no critters, weeds, or serious hazards. They have wheel barrels on site to help with moving heavy parts. I have zero complaints and I will definitely be back. As a military veteran I am able to enter for free (otherwise its only a couple dollars!).Thanks guys for an awesome experience. Keep it up!

My first experience with Pull-A-Part. They are a first class operation. They know exactly where the vehicles are and you are given a ticket to locate it with personal directions of the yard. I was greeted by Nadine who was busy cleaning when I went in. Nadine stopped to help me check in. What I saw anytime she is not checking people in she is busy doing other things. The ENTIRE staff was friendly and helpful, to name a few of them that either helped me or asked if I needed help were Nadine of course, Robert, Alex, Dustin, Mark and Randy. I think Randy is the manager and he leads by example which is displayed within all of the staff. My best experience at a salvage yard.

They usually always have the parts I need whenever I go there. Very cheap admission fee. I always enjoy my trips here

Patti was the first one I met and she was very sweet and professional. She asked if I was a veteran and asked to see my ID and thanked me for my service and told me it was free to get in since I was a veteran. Got the part I was looking for and she checked me out and the price was perfect. Thanks BC

Very reasonable pricing along with friendly staff. One of the men helped me transport all my parts i purchased to my vehicle (big heavy parts) and saved 3-4 wheelbarrow trips for me lol. Great people great prices great service.

This is the only salvage yard, that i have been to that you can get a print out were the car is at and find it. No more walking through the mud to find what you are looking for. Very nice and safe. Good job.

Sold my 2003 Nissan Altima engine transmission & coil pack was in great shape they were great to work with very fair in price & excellent service! The whole process didnt even take 30 minutes! Highly Recommend

Pull a part is a great resource to east Tennessee. I drive an hour and a half to pull parts and its always organized and easy to get to. Staff is helpful and price is obviously reasonable.

Clean and easy to walk through to see the cars. Most of the cars had been picked apart already but staff was busy bringing in new ones.

First time here myself, but the family I came with has been for years! The lady was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! Some weird rule about having to be 16 years old to ENTER due to the girl not being old enough!!! Never in my life has that happened!!! Last time was able to pay and just enter until today!!! I am not suggesting or recommending this place to ANYONE!!! Have been to way better!! Don’t let it by all the time and then all of a sudden change the rules!

Quotes only good for 3 days, they schedule a time frame to pick up your vehicle complete with an email confirmation...but I spent my entire ONLY day off this week waiting for absolutley no one to show or even call, only for them to call me during work the NEXT DAY asking to pick it up. Since you must be present I clearly couldnt and now I lose the quote I was given bc of it. A reschedule was offered, but when I called back after work no one answered... that being said I really dont hold much faith in their scheduling anyway.Point being if you give 2 forms of verification saying were going to be here today between these times then you should arrive between those times or AT THE VERY LEAST call telling the person you wont be able to get out there that day and reschedule with them THAT day. Espexially if theres an expiration date on your quotes.. also answering a business phone should just be common practice.

May not always have what Im looking for but the people are nice the layout makes it easy to browse. Prices are great its always the first place I recommend people to when they need a part.

Great place for parts, employees are always cordial. Before you go, search the website for the vehicle youre looking for. Make sure you bring everything you will need for disassembly, the employees are not there to help you pull parts or supply tools.

Part costed more than it did at local junk yard already taken off junk car.Staff not friendly at all.Felt like I was being treated as a parts thief as officer thuroly went threw and questioned us about the little bit of tools we took in with us and the parts we were buying.will not be back

Best place for aspiring mechanics.

I was able to find what I needed quickly. The police officers tagging your items was a nice touch. I was a little surprised by the cost of a wiring harness. All in all a good experience.

If you have the time and ability, this place will save you money. Its hit or miss on some items so you need to keep track when new vehicles arrive.

I have never dealt with such disrespect from a company before this one. I own a business myself and there’s no way I would treat my customers that way. James Shadrick in Knoxville needs to learn customer service or find a new career.

Almost five stars!!! I wish the parking lot was better maintained, due to the nature of the business plenty of hazards exists so if you get out without puncturing a tire youre lucky.Thats all I can gig them on and Ive been several times and even scrapped a vehicle through them. Gotta leave room for improvement somewhere.Now while I didnt get much for the vehicle, it was far less of a hassle than selling the vehicle to Joe who planned to attempt to low ball me, then coax me into helping load the car up on something like a beaten down utility trailer from Harbor F, pulled by an overheating four cyclinder that dumps out a quart of oil anytime it sits for half an hour.Yeah, the few short weeks I had it listed the offers and lines of bargaining I got were ridiculous. So many under scrap price. One offered twelve dollars over scrap price, but ultimately I decided to sell to pull-a-part based on the services they provide to the community.Tow truck was most professional and had it loaded up before I finished the paperwork. He was most happy to see that the vehicle was as I described it and even had a lot of recent work.The lot is mostly organized and they certainly make an effort to keep walking paths clear.Overall Ive been quite pleased with the business and plan to revisit once it cools down a bit.

I have dealt with their used car people twice already; and would recomend their service to my friends....unlike most used car dealerships!

First of all you had to pay $2 to go out and see if the part you needed was out on the lot. Next, there was no map of any kind to find out where you need to go to find the car that would have the part you need.

Upon entering, one of the employees was VERY rude and loud right off the bat about masks. We were going to ask for one inside but they assumed wed give them a hard time and he was loud about it. We decided to go on anyway after being made to go outside and wait for him to bring us a mask.As we were leaving, the woman checking people out talked badly about a customer who had just gone in front of us. This establishment has gone down hill in the last year or so.Still a good selection of cars and parts and not too terribly priced.

Pull A Part is THE BEST place in Knoxville to get used auto parts. Especially nickel and dime type stuff that auto parts stores hammer you on. Things like wipers, bulbs and fuses. Another thing its great for, is getting parts that Rock Auto doesnt stock and you would have to go to a dealer to get. I havent gone into a dealership for a part in over 7 or 8 years thanks to P.A.P. Their prices have gone up but everything is going up thanks to Donald Trumps reckless spending and non-stop money printing. ALL THE MORE REASON to go to Pull-A-Part and save $$ so you can dump it into rising rents, food and healthcare costs. Their layout is awesome and the check-in/check-out process is easy. The folks are helpful with questions too.

Had what I needed breather hose assembly for old Ford Ranger it was to high for used part I paid 65.00 found what I needed at rock auto new for 85.00 but they had it so worked out very clean place to find parts just wish prices wasnt so high Great to get you going for hard parts

Love coming here for used parts. Ive always had great luck here but today I was looking for a specific mirror and I couldnt find one but that is ok I will keep looking. The online website works great as well. You can look up what vehicles they have in stock with the touch of a finger.

I think they should give veterans a discount on golf cart ride . Parking is free Handicap parking and access friendly. Bathroom is handicap friendly as well . Had our parts for my 2006 ford . The employees were nice and helpful. They commodate the handicap if needed . Gotta wear masks before entering the building.

Women at the front extremely rude. Decent selection, but your employees should respect customers, not have attitudes for no reason. Personally, I will not be returning

The staff is definitely really cool, but the corporation behind them is no good. First of all, they charge a core for parts??!?! This is crazy. Not even going to into how it is a win win for them. According to a manager, they have to charge for every singe thing: EVERYTHING!!!! For example, there was a two piece transmission cooler that I wanted to get. He said I would have to cut the rigid line connecting the two pieces and charge me for two. (It was a single unit mfg in two pieces.) This is just one example amongst many others. I have to tell this one. I came across an amber turn single lens that was broken or separated away from the housing. Oddly enough mine did the same thing, but popped off while driving. Wow, what a stroke of luck and fate! When I got to the counter, along with a two Dodge heads and various other things, they said they were going to have to charge me full price for the lens as if it was a complete unit. I simply pushed my entire wheel barrow load for to the side where the trash pile is, unloaded everything, put the wheel barrow back, and left. That was the last time I have been back. Years of going to Pull a Part in Atlanta, Nashville, and Knoxville quickly came to an end. I am absolute car freak. I buy and sell all the time as a hobby. All the past loyalty and future money gone over a single silly broken turn signal. I have now gone the way of Ebay, Amazon, and Craigslist. It is much more economical, but I do miss the camaraderie of the people I met in the yard and those that worked there, but Pull-A-Part just doesnt want me. We all know this is rhetorical, but why do corporations always ruin everything over greed? To the staff of all the locations I have visited, especially Knoxville, thank you for your kindness and help in the past. I understand that your hands were tied.

Told him that mask is bunch of junk in junk yard. governMENTAL is going to be left in their junky mess theyre making to, whimps. Man said what you say? Well have good day, I will by not wearing a mask or entering in their virus areas if they have it to offer. Other words if its not there no mask shall be required. If they do have it they can keep it to themselves.

Age policy is a bit interesting.. not allowing a 14 year old with his guardians to purchase parts for their starter car for the next year..? Great way to lose business. Staff was rude about it as well.

Pull-A-Part is always a fun adventure! Friendly staff who are actually willing to help. I had one guy (saw I was struggling to get a bumper off) check on me several times and even offered me water. They do a good job rotating vehicles in and out. Gravel covered so bring a pad if you plan to roll around on the ground.

Called and spoke with Sam and even ordered a transmission for my car. Paid $600 for it IN FULL USING EBAY CARDS (PER HIS REQUEST). Ive waited a full week on my so called transmission and it has yet to show up. Ive called multiple times, but it appears he has blocked my number. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! I got SCAMMED.

I have never been more disrespected and treated like a common thief than this evening by the Knox County Sheriffs Deputy on duty, and the staff on duty. We told the Deputy that we had a dome light assembly in one of our bags before she asked or motioned to search our bags. My mom had never been here before, and now she will never come back. I have worked very hard to get what I have, I dont appreciate being accused of being a common theif.
