I was on my way to get a much needed brake job when the passenger window on my mini van fell inside the door and wouldnt roll up. Big dilemma! Mark was able to work me in that day. I had planned to just get the window fixed for the time being but was told the brakes were dangerous and they needed to be fixed right away. (I had really let it go too long.) Taking Marks advice to heart, I got my brakes fixed. They provided a temporary fix to my window, and did two other minor things for me as I waited in their comfy waiting room. I wasnt the only customer who received great service that day. I was there for a couple of hours and observed several customers come and go. Marks care and concern for each of them impressed me greatly. As a single female, I am so happy to have found a trustworthy mechanic/car shop and will do all of my auto business there from now on. He took great care in sourcing parts for us that were delivered promptly, in order to fit within our stated timeline for needing to reclaim the car, which we greatly appreciated. He really came through for us while we were in a pinch.

I had a great experience here. They checked out my exhaust for free. They didn’t try to oversell the problem and gave me a fair estimate. After the problem was fixed, the mechanic showed me the part he removed and explained the problem and the solution very well. The actual cost was more than fair (about $50 less than the estimate!). I was impressed with the service, the price, and the efficiency. Without an appointment, I drove in and drove out in an under an hour. AND they didn’t hassle me to spend any additional money on miscellaneous repairs. I will go back with all my car troubles!

I had a wonderful experience at this Meineke shop this morning!!! What I had previously been told was over a $2000 repair, replacing the catalytic converter, ended up being a $65.78 repair because the issue was worn out fuel rail vacuum lines not the catalytic converter! The exhaust system specialist showed me the exact problem and gave me the estimate before beginning any repairs. (He cleaned up the mess on the top of my battery at no additional cost.) The service was prompt as I didn’t have time to finish reading the brand new issue of People magazine available in the waiting area. I appreciate the honest and professional service and recommend this Meineke car care center as the STARTING point for any car repair issues!

This place is top notch. They helped me by getting a branch that was stuck under my car out. I thought something was really wrong, and they could have bilked me for hundreds of dollars. They are always helpful and explain what needs to be done. They have changed by oil, brakes, tires, and abovementioned auto-landscaping. Ha. Their prices are reasonable and they get my vehicle ready when they say they will. I highly recommend them!

As a woman I get tired of walking into a mechanics shop with that feeling like Ill be treated like I have no knowledge about cars and can be taken advantage of. I have never been treated like that with any of the gentleman at the Kingston Pike location. They always apply any discounts/specials whether Im aware of them or not and they are fast as well as efficient. They will give you honesty and integrity the whole way through. They value good customers in the same way I value good customer service and satisfaction.

I took me vehicle in for a check on the A/C. I had water leaking in the floorboard and it was making a funny noise. I was there less than 30 minutes and they simply cleaned out a hose… and it there was NO charge!!!

I had a loose brake line, vehicle was put on the rack promptly and the brake line was tighten and a road test was performed, n my humble opinion was a first class operation, even had a Kerig coffee maker ...

Absolutely a positive experience! The manager and mechanic were super friendly and helpful. I felt vulnerable because we were on the road from Maine to Santa Fe and we needed our brakes fixed NOW! We cringed every time we touched the brakes - they were shot! We crawled in from Gatlinburg. We were in and out in just about an hour! Went to the Double Dog restaurant next door for lunch and they were done! The price was more than fair. We were genuinely thrilled and so relieved! I am writing this review as my daughter is at the wheel outside of Oklahoma City! So nice not to hear that grating noise anymore! I usually do not write reviews but their stellar service deserves one! 5 stars plus!

Great work on my performance car, 10/10

Worst service ever in all my years of having any car worked on. First of all they charged me $200 to clean my crank position sensor, not put a new one on for some unknown reason, but just to clean it and put it back on, which was an hour of labor. So, I paid the money got my car back and it blows up on the way home, which was only about a 15 minute drive, because whoever worked on it left one of the hoses that transfer coolant to the radiator off, so of course it blew up on the side of the interstate, and Ive had this car for over 3 years without 1 single problem and in 1 day they were able to create so many its going to be impossible to fix. Thank God for TDOT pulling up right after I pulled to the side of the interstate and knew a whole lot about cars and is willing to say exactly what he saw and how this place ruined my vehicle that I love! It took over 8 hours for them to cause these problems and $200 for me to be able to get it only to have it blow up 10 miles down the road and this was done by professional mechanics that forgot to put the hoses back on! How is that possible?!?! My mother had a similar experience with them so I was just checking if they do this to everyone or is it just a selection of people who know nothing about vehicles?? I believe its a definite selection of people that dont know what is wrong with their vehicle and people that dont know anything about them and dont have time to check it out theirselves, as I am a full-time student and server. They most definitely saw me coming and knew they had a good person to get over on but what they didnt expect was whoever worked on my vehicle would forget to seal the hoses back on and it would blow up in 10 miles and my 2 best friends just graduated law school and passed the bar exam, not saying anything about legal action or is this legal advice, this was just my experience and thats all Im going to say about that. Will keep people updated with the outcome of this horrific event that they have put me in, no car, no money and a car shop that didnt offer a car to drive until they fixed mine, which would end up costing them thousands of dollars but they will never lay another hand on my car or anyone I know who needs work on a car. They said they would have it towed into their shop Monday morning to check it out and fix it, which didnt happen. Nobody will be touching my vehicle until all parties are satisfied. Thanks for absolutely messing the best, most reliable car Ive ever had in my life and making my life a living nightmare until this is settled.

These guys are awesome. I called and asked if they could install a tool chest in my new pickup, and they got it done in 1 hour! $95.

I needed some help with the muffler on my mower, there were only two places in town who didnt just laugh at me. They had me in and out in about an hour, and now my mower doesnt sound like a straight piped Harley. Theyre also very economical.

Professional and polite, but came home after a standard oil change, and found that my tires have not been rotated after being told they have been. This makes me question my oil change and their recommendations for my a/c repair. Check your oil and tires before you leave here.

The plastic front undercarriage of my car was split in half thanks to a broken tire on the highway. I came into to Meineke, and Mark was very courteous and had the car in a minute later. They took it off free of charge. Thanks for making my day!

I only go here because they are professional and get the job done right. I still have a free oil change with the dealership I bought my truck from. The dealership can’t seem to figure out how to schedule a time for me to come in or acknowledge me when I’m there as a walk-in. Meineke set my appointment, got the job done, and always find ways for me to save.

Kevin at the front office took care of me. He did great articulating the issues and letting me walk back and look at the car. Just got the work done so I’ll check in as to if anything breaks down. Otherwise happy with the service and care these guys gave.

They performed a tune-up, which took care of the engine light. They neglected to fix the brake light, just changed the bulb. They never bothered to look into why the brake light still didnt work.

Mark was very polite and very informative. I was really glad to see a smiling face too. Hard to come by and I was having a bad morning because I had just been robbed by someone else. They were fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend them

Their service was not actually the problem here. But, out of everyone there, I was the only one wearing a mask. Very unprofessional, especially since I had nowhere else to go while my car was being fixed. Service was still fast and reliable; prices for labor are high but they do a good job.

Needed a once-over for a vehicle I was considering purchasing. Meineke got me an appointment scheduled same day. It took less than 20 minutes and came to a very reasonable price.

Took my Kia Soul to them to change all my breaks and a rotors. 776.00 dollars later and 2 hrs later got my car. Headed to the smoky Mountains for the weekend with a friend. On my way home took the interstate 30 miles from my parents house and driving 70 miles per hr my breaks went out. Almost hit a tracker trailer but managed to dive it and get to the safety lane. Drove 20 mph and got to my moms to find out my whole left back breaks drum was just swinging in the wind. Caliper, break pads and brake fluid gone. I called them this morning and they sent a tow truck to get it, as it was undriveable.Head mechanic fixed it and said they had another issue with that guy. Would not refund money. When dealing with life’s of people they should have had a 2 person checking system in place. They do not. They did offer a free oil change later. Don’t think so. Checks and balances not in place there. I do not recommend. -100 grade.

They did not pressure to upsell unnecessary services not needed.I went in for a oil change package along with brake rotors my runs great now.They had a friendly clean guest lobby . My car’s oil change and brake work was done in a timely manner and at a fair price. No hidden charges, professional and courteous service.

Told me that I needed a couple of additional services that I found out later, I actually did not need when I got a second opinion and mechanics working on my car were loudly making fun of my car being dirty, clearly intentionally so I would hear them. It went on for some time. Very immature and very unprofessional. I would never give them my business again.

Had a piece of exhaust pipe installed. Upon pickup they told me it still had a leak because my muffler was bad. Turns out about 3/4 of the pipe they installed was not welded. I wont be back.

The customer service is great but the price is too expensive. I would check another shop beforehand. Use this shop for emergencies.

They changed brakes and rotors and said all the lights on codes were fixed.. Took filled with gas and wouldnt start and all the lights were on on .. had it towed back to them.

Friendly service people. They know what theyre talking about and helped me to understand what was going on with my car. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and the vehicle was ready when they said it would . The store and shop were neat and clean and the people were very professional. I am truly satisfied with my experience and would use them again.

I made an appointment here the day after I got news from Toyota that my car would need over 2,000 dollars of work to replace the muffler due to damage. Once we arrived at Meineke, we checked in and they took the car back immediately. Within 15 minutes they identified the problem and told us they could fix it for 100 and we were out of there in 30. I am very happy I brought my car here for a second opinion, it saved my wallet, and the people there were very nice. I would definitely recommend coming here, I know I will if my car has anymore issues.

I recently visited this location after shopping around town for a new mechanic shop. I can say this Meineke on Kingston Pike was without a doubt the best choice on this side of town.The manager there, Kevin, went above and beyond to help me understand my vehicle and the options I had to get the most out of it. He was courteous, professional, and one of the smartest car guys I’ve ever talked to. I feel like a much more educated consumer after speaking with him, and that part was all free!The waiting area was beautiful and well kept. Because I trust this place to take care of my car because they do a very good job at it! My exhaust runs so smooth that I can even hear beautiful classical music of notes that are very quiet! For example, the second movement of Tchaikovskys piano concerto is impossible to hear if you just stand still and not make a move. But after getting my muffler fixed I was able to hear those nice staccato plucking of the strings! Now that my friend is quiet!

I took my car there to get alignment and tires rotated and I have a tear under my car I wanted them to check out and see if they could do anything about. And I left there with them not saying anything about my tear if they could do anything or not and left with my car making noises and my steering wheel started pulling to the left so I came back the next day so they could fix the problem they made. And they said the reason it was doing that was because I needed new tires. I had the car for barely 5 months and my tires were basically brand new and I know they wouldn’t be bad in 5 months so I’m never coming here again it was a waste of my time for them to just add problems to my car that never happened till I brought it there.

I’m only giving them two stars because the work and service was good; however, they charged over $300 total to change a set of rotors and brakes. I had already purchased the parts necessary, all they had to do was change the rotors, a simple hour to hour and half for a decent mechanic. They charged for 2.5 hours at $107 per hour. Also a $20 charge for “shop supplies” Over priced, considering the cost at the dealership is $180. (Also over priced) I will not be a returning customer.

We stopped in on a trip to South Carolina. Our van was cutting out going down the freeway. They stayed late to take a look at it and didnt find anything wrong. They figured maybe we had a little water in our gas. Our van was fine after that. They didnt charge us anything and were extremely nice and helpful. I would ABSOLUTELY take my vehicle there if we lived in the area. They are highly recommended in my book.

Had a scheduled oil change on my Hyundai Elantra for a Monday afternoon at 2:30. Expecting a 30 minute to hour procedure, I brought some paperwork and planned to stay in the waiting room while the oil change occurred. Instead of an hour procedure, I ended up waiting for almost 2 hours. The excuse that was given is that they had forgotten to get oil and ran out. This was only communicated to me after an hour and 40 minutes of waiting. Very disappointing customer service.

Brought car in for brake pads...said had to do complete replacement because of liability... pads, shoes, rotors....and this was without even looking at the car ...$500... budget brakes did the pads only for $100. Then brought car back because engine light flashing and cylinder misfiring. They charged $750 said car was back to factory condition....in way home engine light came back on and it was misfiring again...they did $750 if work for what was not wrong and charged nearly $300 more to fix what it was brought in for in the first place. Never again Meineke.

My car was about broken and once they figured out all of the issues there were with it parts were shipped to them and my car was repaired in about 2 days
