The agent is very rude!!On Saturday January 4th 2020 Through No Fault of my own, I was in an accident with one of his covered vehicles. The driver was at fault. I got a copy if the accident report today and went to inquire about what was being done about my vehicle . He acted like he could care less. Told me had nothing to do with the claim and to call 1-800-Statefarm .. which doesnt work!!Now I see why people get LAWYERS involved.Im 68 and this my 1st accident driving ever. And it wasnt my fault!!.when you go to a agent you expect courtesy not rude arrogance
