I am a customer of Jeanette Rogers State Farm in Farragut Tennessee. When I call the agents are always courteous and ready to help or answer any questions I have. When I need to make a claim they are so helpful. I have never had any problems with making a claim. I have great peace of mind knowing that my home and cars and life is insured through someone so reputable and throughout the years so professional and helpful. It feels like I’m paying for peace of mind when I pay my State Farm bill each month truly.

Jeannette and her team (I mostly spoke with Vince Lewis) were very professional and knowledgeable. I’ve been with State Farm for years and the quality service that they provide if one of the main reasons why. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I have been a loyal customer to State farm insurance for over 30 years starting in Palm Beach Florida and now in Knoxville Tennessee. I have had my kitchen catch on fire and I could not have asked for a more helpful team. I have also had situations where either I was at fault or someone else was at fault but in any case whenever there was an accident with one of our cars State Farm has done everything I could ask for to get me back good as new. We also have life insurance through state farm and my husband was diagnosed with ALS and our 10 year term life insurance ends very soon but instead of our agent protecting the insurance company and allowing us to believe that after that term we would be canceled he informed us that we would be able to continue to pay it would just be more. State farm insurance is here to help the client. That is my experience.

For years our family has always received the best customer service from Jeannette and her staff. Whenever we have had an question or problem, they have responded promptly and with courtesy. We have no complaints.

Working with them: They were polite and friendly when I interacted with them.They did however try to forcefully upsell and sneak in some things without appropriately communicating it. As someone who has worked with people for over a decade and a half (as a bartender and as a healthcare professional), I would not have gone about things this way or treated people the way I was treated.

Cannot say enough positive things about our experience here! Vince was extremely receptive and helpful in securing us the best deal around (and I looked everywhere). 10 out of 10 for Vince!

Talked to Andrea and she was very helpful and friendly. She was very open and honest and explained everything we didnt understand. She helped my husband and I get insurance for our small business at a good price. I like that this office has someone who speaks Spanish in case my husband has questions he can call in and speak in his native tongue. No complaints.

I met with Jonathan James and had to switch car insurance and home owners insurance policy over into my name after a love one had passed away. Jonathan was more than helpful,friendly and always answered every question I had and even let me know about stuff I didnt know about. I thought it would be a long process that would be difficult but turned out to be very easy and because of Jonathan I just became a life long State Farm customer now.

I have been with Geico for nearly 10 years and i havent gotten the service i have gotten with Mr. Jonathan James. I really felt he wanted to get me the best deal i could get and went above and beyond to ensure that was taken care of. It meant alot, plus i am saving 60$ a month now because of that. Its true what the commercials say. Like a good neighbor State farm is there.

I recently left another insurance agent and transferred to J. Rogers after receiving zero service from previous rep. I have to say that when you contact J. Rogers office you immediately get to speak with someone and get service right away. And, I prefer to sit down and look over documents and information and J. Rogers makes the time to meet with me herself - which I appreciate! I want to know what my agent looks like should I see her/him out in public. J. Rogers works with me knowing what I can afford. She does not try to upsale me on State Farms products. I would recommend J. Rogers for anyone needing insurance coverage.

I really appreciate Jeannette and her wonderful staff. My daughter recently had a wreck and Jeannette took my stricken phone call as I was heading to where my dear daughter was. Her first question after finding out what had happened was my daughter okay? She gave me the rundown on what to do and Julie reached out to me the next day after making the claim to see what assistance she could provide. Unfortunately, the car was totaled and Jeannettes staff helped me through that process. Ive been with Jeannette for my insurance needs a long time and its this level of personal service that keeps me here.

My husband and I have been with Jeannette Rogers for over 25 years! Always knowledgeable and professional! Jeannette and her staff are great to work with. Can’t imagine using anyone else.

While the staff has always been very kind and helpful, every time Ive called their office (during office hours), no one answers. The voicemail instructs you to text their number or leave a message. Someone has always called back, which is nice, but its kind of frustrating that no one answers the phone - especially on days like today when we are trying to get answers about our policy since our house was burglarized yesterday.

Jeannette is the best! She and her staff are so kind and go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met!

Do not use this agent. Jeannette is never in the office so good luck trying to get ahold of her. She lets her staff handle everything, and they are probably the most unorganized, incompetent people I have ever encountered. I purchased a new car and was trying to remove my old vehicle and add the new one, and it was not communicated and done correctly for almost 6 months. My old vehicle still had coverage on it, and my new car was added but was not covered, and then State Farm audited me and questioned me and made me wait until they determined I was telling the truth about this fiasco before they would let me process a claim. It turns out the office never switched it over. The worst was when I kept requesting my insurance cards from the office, they kept sending me cards for the old vehicle, and not just once, but probably like 12 times! Finally Jeannette was the one who had to fix it, but it was infuriating. On top of that they charged me the new premium for coverage on a used vehicle and then charged me a premium change when they finally fixed it and they would not refund it to me. The final straw was when I needed my new insurance cards because I was driving a loaner vehicle from the dealership. I spoke to Jessica, (she is the worst, very rude and condescending and pointless). She told me I could not have my insurance cards because I had not paid my bill, when in fact I had, and then when I questioned it, she later said it was because no one in the office could figure out how to print them off, so she e-mails me expired insurance cards. JUST WOW. I asked to speak to Jeannette and SURPRISE SURPRISE...JEANNETTE IS OUT OF THE OFFICE FOR THE MONTH. So I left the agency, I am telling you dont even bother with these people, useless and pointless, oh and my bill just kept creeping up randomly.

Jeannette is very concerned with making sure I have the right amount of coverage and did not push me to accept anything more than I felt I could afford.

Horrible! Just horrible unethical business practises! Oh wait. She wont even get on the phone when you catch hee billing $50 per month more than quoted!
