This review is hard only because it is close to my heart. Access Taxi and the whole team or family have always been professional, compassionate, understanding and reliable there price are affordable with a tight budget. After being a costumer for over 8 years they have always exceeded my expectations. They are my only choice at times for my transportation, as I am Blind and they have always put my safety and the safety of my family first. You can not got wrong putting your transportation needs in Access Taxi. They moved my wife and I with our 2 Dogs from Klamath Falls, OR to Albuquerque, NM it was Fantastic! My family and I Thank You and we will miss all of you at Access Taxi.

How can a taxi company with a set rate have a different total every time? I legit go the same 3.3 miles everytime I have to use this company and the total changes every time. One night its $10, the next its $15.The vehicles are also super unsafe. Never in my life have I had to go with a taxi service where the drivers admit the van has internal issues, the seats are damn near unbolted from the floor, and the seats dont have seat belts.How this service still continues is beyond me. How you can operate with unsafe transport is beyond me.

This company should and will be closed down!The mini van had no seatbelts for 5 out of six passengers in the car. Driver was 35 minutes late and whacked out of her mind. She damn near had us in a major car accident that Im sure would have resulted in major injuries if not death. I will be reporting this company Monday morning to the city hoping to have the license revoked.

Need more employee to make better time on pick-ups

Scheduled a pickup for a specific time the day before. They didn’t show up, I had to call 3 times to get through to them, they said they were delayed. They had my phone number, the could have called to let me know they were running late. They didn’t call.But there’s no Uber or competitors here so they have no motivation to do any better

My family had the best experience with Access taxi. A family member was stranded and the employees and the owner Dennis have gone out of their way to help him get safely to his destination. They were friendly, & personable and you can tell they really care about their customers. I highly recommend their services. I will never forget how much they have gone out of theyre way to help us in a desperate situation. They really went above and beyond and our family is more than appreciative and will cant thank them enough 💗

Never again. Taxi was dirty. Seats were stained. Taxi should not be on the road. Very unsafe. Taxi has major issues. Both taxis were late picking me up. The only reason they get 2 stars is because both drivers were awesome. ***owners*** please get your vehicles fixed. Left turn signal doesnt work. I experienced them without no seat belts in their car the driver smelled like alcohol he was swerving Lanes not using his turn signal not only have I noticed but seen with my own eyes them disrespecting and harassing another taxi company blocking the other taxi company in at the Amtrak which is RC boat taxi company was confronted by Access taxi with five cars surrounding him blocking him in and then intended and did get in the other taxi drivers face and persistently harassed and was very rude and mean

I called the day before to have a schedule pick up for 5:30 in the morning and the person I spoke to was super friendly and said that would be no problem. I am use to cabs being a little bit late, which is understandable but my cab driver was right on time! I am super appreciative of how prompt he was plus he was kind as well. My card didnt go through right away when I went to pay but he told me it was alright, it would go through eventually. He didnt keep me waiting so luckily I wasnt late to work!:) I wish I could remember names better but it doesnt take away from the excellent service I was provided. Thankyou Access Taxi!

Was told would be 20 minutes, and I had 40 minutes to be to work. No problem, right? Wrong. 50 minutes later I called and said my taxi hadn’t arrived yet and I was now late to work with a snide attitude was asked “Would you like to cancel?” Like no I’d like to get to work on time and you guys to not lie about how long it’s going to be. If I’m paying for a service, be on time. Would not recommend whatsoever.

Service like this in 2020 is frankly embarrassing.I was quoted 15-20 minutes for a pickup early on a Saturday morning. Waited 95 minutes and just walked home instead.I did eventually get a call back from them apologizing for never picking me up, which is clearly an improvement from previous. Sadly, that call was NOT hey were here, it was were running super behind. So who knows how long I actually would have been waiting. Although it would have been nice to hear from them before I waited outside for an hour and a half.Rideshare cant come to Klamath Falls fast enough.

The drivers are friendly, but the Dispatch time estimates are way off. Was told 30 minutes, waited an hour. Also, they keep the meter running if youre going to a store and back home, which ups the price. Basin Yellow Cab didnt do that when they were running. Thats the only reason for 4 stars. Otherwise Id give 5.

One of their vehicles had a wheel that was literally falling off. It was about 20 degrees canted. The lug nuts were broken or stripped. Would not feel safe being driven by them. In terms of a job aspect, they set an interview time and then they arent there, and they want you to lease the vehicle and pay for gas. Theres not enough business around here for that to be worth it.

Thanksgiving Day; First driver took about 25 min to get here. Parked going wrong way on Street and I had to walk a ways then through packed snow and ice, to get to taxi.Second driver took about 45 minutes to arrive for return trip. When he saw I used a cane, he moved as close as possible so I didnt have to walk far or through snow or ice. That was very nice of him. Taxi temperature was comfortable, no blasting music. He was friendly and aware of snow pack on road and curb when he dropped me off. And how close he could get me to the clear sidewalk.

I would choose Access Taxi over any other cab company. The drivers are professional and very generous. They help with carrying groceries and will offer a hand with anything. They are great and fast as far as getting from point A to point B. The cars are very clean and well maintained. The drivers have good hygiene and dress professional. Ive never had a bad experience when i ride with them. I recommend them to everybody.

I have lived in many different places and most place are not willing to help as much as this company. I would recommend this company to anyone who may ask about taxis in my city. They help you carry your items no matter what it may be. They are very reasonable and reliable. Great people who work there from the ones who answer the phones and the drivers themselves. Takes forever! What a joke, was told 20/25 minutes for a ride and after 45 minutes I finally called back, since no one had reached out to me and was told they’d be right here. If you need a cab from these guys make sure you call an hour in advance! They could at least be honest about ETA so you can try and work something else out when in a bind. Never again.

Didnt answer for hours

We had to relocate Hotels, called Access Taxis and as stated the car arrived within 20 mins. Then through the driver booked a second ride for the following day to travel to the Amtrak Station, thus punctuality was our priority and we were not let down. A different driver arrived exactly at the requested time. Very pleased with the service. Thank you very much.

Thursday night. Driver said he was having a slow night. Waited 45 minutes to be picked up and then had to tell him where to turn multiple times on my return trip. I just needed a quick trip to the store was all. I should have just walked.

Took 45 minutes for a pickup

I did not ride the taxi but was another car on the road.Whoever drove the white older dodge caravan on Sunday June 9, 2019 needs to learn the traffic laws. He pulled into the center lane as he saw me coming but then decided to just come over to my lane even though I was at that point right there. I honked which did nothing he kept moving over and I had to slam on my brakes which caused my 85lbs who was on my back seat to fly forward and hit my seat and yelp. Then the driver proceeded to flip me off. Now that I am home my dog is now limping and scared to get back in the car. If you are going to have people working with the public they need to be taught people skills and the traffic laws! I will be telling those I know that you have drivers who dont care or have regard for passenger or other cars safety!

This place is a joke.i print this because this is the third time this has happened to me.I placed a call at 10am to be picked up today at 11:30am. And they never showed up.i call back 3 times and on the third time was told that the taxi driver just could not be bothered to show up and sorry about my luck.......i was late for work and almost fired.I would recommend this shady business to no one and will be posting this to every social media site i can find.Do not do business with this very shady cab company!

This company attempted to defraud me by making an unapproved $512.00 charge to my credit card. My bank recognized this as an unusual activity for me as I live some 200+ miles from this companys service area and allowed me to stop the transaction. I will be seeking all legal options available to me in response.

Fast and friendly but I absolutely hate that They take forever just to pick someone up! I have waited 30+ minuets before and I have still yet to see someone, called to check where the driver was, dispatch said “ I’d be another 5-10 minuets before we send someone out”.

Rates fluctuate by as much as 4 dollars going to the same location. They have no explanation for such. Kept waiting on a scheduled pickup for an hour, dinner was ruined. Avoid this company.

Not one that I would want to use. I used RC Bolt Taxi Services. And they are very reliable much much faster and their vehicles are very safe!
