Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Have been trying to get service transferred for 3 months. After waiting for phone calls from supervisors for over a week, i have to call again to try to resolve the issue. Took a day off work to wait for a technician between 7 am to 7 pm for them to never show up, when i get ahold of a supervisor I am told they scheduled my appointment for tuesday june 29th of 2022, not of this year. They then informed me I would receive another phone call from technician supervisor, which i have never gotten. I cant wait to call and talk for 2 hours to find the right department to finally cancel this S***ty service!

Called to get an update on an installation. Phone menu different each of the 3 times I called, then got transferred to AT&T customer service... completely useless.

Disgusting customer service, when you call you get redirected to AT&T call center or hung up on immediately. Store hours state that they open at 9am, its nearly 9:30 and nobody is here.

I drove over an hour to get to this store before they closed yesterday and they had closed over 30 mins early. When I called, I was taken to century link customer service. Today, Ive called three times and whoever answered has just lifted the receiver and hung up. Dont waste your time going to this location.
