Cooks Glass has always been a good experience for finding what i need a getting solid advice. I needed to replace part of a fish tank canopy that i broke trying to adjust it to fit my tank. I bought a replacement piece and next time i need to replace this i have have them build the lid with a silicone hinge. Much better than cheap plastic hinge.

Needed a custom glass enclosure for a Christmas present and went in Cooks Glass at the last minute. The guys had it done the next day at a great price and an Excellent Job. I was Very impressed.I would not hesitate to use them again.

Had a broken window on a french door, very tricky repair and the technicians from Cooks were outstanding. Timeline was reasonable, the price was fair, and the professionalism was top notch. Very clean repair with attention to detail. I would recommend and will definitely use again.

Had us come in 4 different times. Last time they received the glass with a chip in it and stated to my husband they could try and repair their broken glass. At that point went to First Class Auto Glass. Where he ordered and will take 2 days to arrive, not 2 weeks, and he will come to our house to install. What a difference a good company makes.

Competitive price to replace a window in my Tahoe. However they over charged me $121. Called them immediately and they fixed their error and got my money back. Overall, good work.

These guys exceeded my expectations. They told me my wood stove door would be done in approximately an hour, and within 30 minutes they called me because they were already finished. The price was great, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely would use them again in the future.

They were supposed to show up today, my father was at my house waiting for several hours. They never showed up and couldnt even call to let him know they werent coming. Very poor customer service.

Had a window randomly fall out of my house. It landed on a bush and luckily stayed intact. Anyway, I believe it was Andy who picked up the phone (mind you, in the middle of the pandemic) and came out to install it,free of charge. In a timely manner, to add to that.

I have used Cooks twice, and I have been very pleased each time. They are very fast, I always have had same day service, and I never had to go back because of bad installation. If you are coming in from out of town in an R.V. call ahead so they can make room for you.

2 years ago had them cut Rain Glass to create a walkin shower wall. A bit pricey but looks beautiful.Had Cooks replace a screen for my house. They were quick and courteous.

Only go to Cooks, as I know they can fix any problem dealing with glass.

Unfortunately my car insurance uses them for chip repair, they put a 1” scratch in spot they fixed. They didn’t seem to concerned about it, shrugged shoulders is what I got. Hopefully I can get Usaa to give more choices next time.
