I drove fifty miles into town to rent one tool from them called two days in advance and was told they were holding the tool for me. Arrived when I told them I would, when one of the employees started laughing and said his boss Sophie had sold the tool the day prior but if they find one they have my number and would call me. Why they did not call me to inform me that they sold the tool the day before to save me a trip to town and find someplace else to rent I don’t know. But very unimpressed with there customer service and attitude will never go back and will recommend everyone to party rentals who has been a million times more helpful and polite.

Bullet is easily one of the best companies in Klamath. Their customer service is phenomenal. My husband and I have rented from them consistently for 2.5 years and have never been disappointed. Just recently, we rented one of their newest, heavy-duty machines and punctured a hole in their diesel tank and one of the tires. It was a very stressful day for both parties, but in the end, Bullet Rental was extremely understanding and helpful. I cannot thank them enough for everything theyve done for my family and I. Great company! Dont bother going anywhere else

Hands down the best place to rent or buy what is needed for your projects . Ive rented all kinds of equipment from them and its always in perfect working condition. Everyone is extremely helpful there and Im giving props to the front counter to the mechanics in the back and there management crew . A massive shout out to the Legendary Steve Steinbock Director of Operations, do yourself a favor and seek him out . Steve knows everything about everything and is in my opinion stait forward no BS kind of a guy that will save you money and time . Best rental in town as fare as prices

The customer service is incredible, the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Prices are great and the equipment is clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend Bullet for any equipment you need.

Fast delivery, great equipment. Very happy with this rental.

We called in advance to verify they had a part and asked to put aside. After driving 1 hour, we arrived only to find the part was not pulled and they did not have it.
