Being in Washington and having to have someone served in Oregon was a little daunting, to say the least. However, I emailed On Time Process Services and they stated they would get the service done (at a very fair price), and they would do it within a couple of days. It was a couple of days, and they had everything worked out and I got the email that the person had been served! I am very happy with their service, and I will use them again if I need to serve in their area again!

Gary Clayton was so helpful and put my mind at ease. I am in California and had a very obscure address in Oregon to serve documents to. Gary was detailed and searched google maps to locate where the best place to serve might be and went out of his way to provide service in two days time without a hitch. These guys serve people papers by leaving them on doorsteps of residences they think belong to the people they trying to serve. Does not seem like a law abiding practice. Serving papers on someone is necessary at times and i can understand that. But i would not want them leaving my papers on someones door step and calling it official. To me that is not serving someone. I dont think the law would agree either but they are getting away with it. I would want them to find them and actually serve them.In response to your rebuttal. Your integrity is not what it should be! I saw you with my own eyes. You are no better then those you serve. Be advised there are also cameras in places that you would least expect these days. If i could i would of just posted it for all to see. You know what you did and if your not content with your choices then perhaps you should make better choices. If i were my neighbor i would hold you accountable and turn you in so you can see what its like on the opposite side of the fence. Wrong is wrong and right is right! You are not who all these people think you are!

Gary is amazing! Knowledge, helpful, and determined not to mention he was very compassionate about my unique circumstance of having to serve my husband and took into consideration how emotionally difficult it was for me and my husband. Where others had been unable to serve him Gary waited over an hour and half and chased him down in his vehicle to serve him, then spent time explaining in a nice way still why I had my rights to have him served. As emotional as it was I couldnt not of asked for a better man to intervene and do a better job. Thank you Gary for doing a very professional but kind hearted job.

I needed a courier to carry time sensitive documents from Klamath Falls to Redding, California. Gary told me this was out of their normal thing but they would be happy to accommodate me. They did everything I asked, were on time, and were very pleasant and professional.A truly great experience!
