First, Klamath Falls agent was phenomenal!! In the wake of hurricanes, she still found me a better car. Upon my drop off in Dallas, Degole, was so helpful & efficient. If I find the need...Hertz will be my First choice!

If you are expecting to be treated with dignity or respect, do not visit the Hertz in Klamath Falls for your rental. The representative Kathryn was condescending due to my uncles Hispanic ethnicity. He was in Oregon for work and wanted to enjoy the scenery on his off time. Instead she rudely assumed he was from Mexico and was reluctant to rent him a vehicle. An official complaint has been made. Hopefully your visit will be better.

We have a global business, we travel constantly, and this is hands down the very best car rental experience we have ever had. Manager, Courtney Kleck, rescued us following an ice accident, picked us up, loaded our luggage twice, gave us a pristine SUV, and was efficient, friendly and professional. Got a yukonxl for our family trip on short notice. Vehicle was waiting for us as promised...immaculate, full tank ready to go as soon as Courtney got the credit card info. Couldnt be happier!!! Return took less than 10 minutes.

I was overcharged, and then my account was suspended so that they could keep my rewards points. I was owed a week rental. I was quoted a lower rate than I was actually charged. Awful. Cars were dirty and only the newest ones got decent mileage. I am still trying to get paid back. If I dont Im reporting this as fraud.

I recently rented a GMC Yukon from Will at hertz. He made sure the vehicle was everything I needed for the trip. The service was fast and hassle free and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a rental.

Courtney Kleck is a scam artist and will try to get one over on you. Budget is right next to hertz and will definitely not try to hide fees and lie to you. Stay away from hertz.
