Second time i have taken my daughter and myself there and both times they have screwed up my daughters hair. There are big chunks taken out, her bangs are crooked so much so that it is easily seen. the lady who did it has no confidence and obviously even less knowledge. She panics easily and it shows in her work. My hair is crooked as well and neither of our cuts are what we asked for. She barely looked at the pictures we had and then just cut.

Love Andre, he does great hair. The lady that cut my sons hair also did a fantastic job.

I came in for a trim there was one person in line in front of me it took a while before one of the ladies made eye contact she said hold on let me go check these people in to her client she came up to the counter checked the person in right in front of me and with no acknowledgment to me whatsoever turned around and went back to her client. First and last time I’ll ever walk in that place.

Standing in the store as I write this because I was told to come down to get my brows done after 2 weeks of trying to get in and when I showed up they not only told me I would have to wait cause a hair cut came in but she was out of wax strips and needed to run to sallys in order to even do my eyebrows! This is horrible service! Ive tried and tried to give them chance after chance and now they arent even willing to give me anything for the inconvenience... SHAME ON YOU GUYS!

I have never had my hair done at the salon but I have been buying my Kenra hairspray there for years. Ive always had a friendly associate to help me. Unfortunately this last visit was not a pleasant one. Im not one to put bad reviews but the words poor customer service doesnt describe how bad I was treated and how unwelcome I felt. will be buying my hairspray elsewhere.

Two lady employees talked very bad about another customer that was befor my daughter and for an hour in a half they talked very bad in front of my daughter made her uncomfortable hair was not high lighted enough but the cut was ok
