If I could rate 10 stars I would.Thank you Ace you are truly a Ace in the hole. The Rv was stuck deep in the mud and 30 feet out. When I called I told them we were helping a homeless family they refused payment and refuse a tip. The arrival time was very short, and they were very professional. THANK YOU sincerely Eddy

Amy at Ace was very helpful! AAA was leaving us stranded with a 240 minute wait 40 minutes south of Klamath Falls with very little cell service. After 2 hours AAA still said 240 minute wait. I called Ace Towing, Amy got the car picked up within the hour. It was a complicated situation and Amy made it all work out! Thank you ACE. You saved us from a memorial day weekend disaster.

While I hope I wont need to use their services anytime soon again, I absolutely know who to call if I need a tow. Huge shout out to Tom for being an amazing individual and a fantastic service worker, seriously he needs a raise. When I called for a tow my call was answered right away, I was told the wait time and that they would get to me as soon as possible. When Tom arrived he walked me through the procedure and sent me on my way to go get warm and wait for him to arrive at the place he was towing my car. He was extremely polite and friendly, he answered all of my questions with patience and care. Just an all around wonderful person, he was truly a shining light in a very stressful situation for me. Thank you to the entire Ace Towing team, but a special piece of gratitude and appreciation for Tom.

I had a flat tire on my RV in the middle of nowhere. Ed and Ken came out and found me and had me back on the road very quickly. They were super nice guys and very helpful with all the questions that I had. I highly recommend this service.

In the last 10 months, I needed to use Ace to get my motorcycle home. In both instances, I found them to be professional and courteous. I consider their rates to be reasonable and fair. if needed, I shall use them again. Thank you Ace for your great service.

Terrrible service. When I use a service such as Ace towing it’s because I’m in somewhat of a crisis and I expect people to be more professional than these disrespectful clowns. They acted as if I was a problem and that they were being inconvenienced. Terrible Company. If you have the opportunity to ask them to not be included in your choices when using AAA please do so. It’ll just be a good option to not have them on your list with AAA I have AAA and I will be Lassen them is a terrible service when I get back on

They are very shady. We were quoted one price, yet ended up paying several hundred more, they ransacked the car. Several personal items missing. Window was left down, so the car was used for a shelter to the neighborhood cats.. Seriously unprofessional. If I could rate less than one star I would.

Beware! These guys put a pending charge on my card for a large amount stating I would get it back in 72 hours after I cancelled my tow. Now its been 4 business days I am in the middle of a crisis and need that money and still havent recieved it back. When I called the operator was rude af and kept saying we didnt charge your account Now the official story changed to 7-10 business days when I finally got a straight answer from her. They take it out instantly so why cant I get my money back instantly? F**k them. NEVER AGAIN!

Amazing towing service.

When I called she basically just shoved the amount I owed in my face 10 times in under minute when I intended to transfer the car to them instead. She continued to randomly put me and my family on hold. Probably the rudest people I could talk to the only nice people are the hourly that go and tow the cars.

I have had to use Ace Towing 3 times in last several months. The first 2 times Ace came the workers and crew were fabulous, each time they went out of their way to assist me. This last time I used Ace was 2 weeks ago this time it was to change a flat tire. The worker was unpleasant and he did not know he had to pop off plastic cover over the lug nut so you could remove lug nuts.

My buddy uses them a lot and recommended and I gotta say you cant get better. I got Cory and he did everything right, quick, with a great attitude. Plus hes damn good conversation.

My car broke down at a gas station, and was promptly towed after I was told it wouldnt be. Ace took pity on my situation and worked with me immensely. Really genuinely good people.

My car broke down at crater lake. Ace towing was the only company willing to come get my car. Unfortunately the information was giving wrong to the tow truck driver by the rangers station. They didnt pass on my car was awd. So they had to dollie my back wheels.The dollie got a flat tire on the way down the mountain. We had to stop in the next town to have another flatbed tow truck come from there companyThe driver of the first tow shared his snacks and water with us.My car was loaded on the other truck. They only charged us half the price due to the first truck having a flat tire.That companys employees work as a team to get us home and safe after a long day of being on the mtn. Thank you.

Unbelievable how rude people can be. Hope you don’t have any thing expensive in your car it will turn up missing along with credit card and checkbook. Also this company used two different names but the same wrecking yard. I was told a driver would meet me at the shop so I could get a few things out of my wrecked car, when I got there he told me I needed to pay $50 before he could open the gate. So I did then once he opened the gate I was told all I could do is take pictures of the car I could not take anything. Smh I hope they enjoy my bose headphones and my Maui Jim sunglasses dicks

Fast and professional!

My wife and I were driving up from Nevada when our car broke down near Yreka, California, about 59 miles from Klamath Falls. Bill from Ace Towing got to us fast, despite having a busy day due to bad westher and lots of accidents. He was a nice guy, and took us to the dealership to drop off our car. The rate we were charged was a fair price. Hopefully I never have to get towed ever again, but if I did, I would give Ace Towing a call first.
