Absolutely outstanding service at this shop. Im fairly mechanically minded and perform many repairs myself, and I usually can figure out whats going on when vehicle problems arise by doing the typical wannabe home mechanic google search. But more often than not, that will only reveal a part of the problem, not the whole picture that only an experienced shop that has been there, done that can diagnose. Babcocks Garage is that shop. They patiently will listen to my customer ramblings about what I think is happening, then they will investigate to find the true problem, will clearly communicate their findings, and will give a knowledgeable and easy to understand estimate. They will also make suggestions regarding common issues that could be addressed easily while having the vehicle worked on and dismantled for the problem that it was brought in for. This has helped me tremendously in lowering labor costs by getting needed work done all at once instead of having to come back another time and paying to have the same part of the vehicle opened up to repair something that could have simply been done the last time it was being worked on and easy to access. Babcocks also will not do a hurry up job trying to push the vehicle out the door in an attempt to maximize the number of jobs they can cram into a day. My experience with them has been that they meticulously focus on doing the job right the first time, even if it means having to call me and advise they will need to extend their estimated time of completion, instead of frantically trying to meet an unrealistic time frame for delivery and chancing messing something up in the process. Babcocks is the fourth local Klamath Falls area mechanic shop I have used, and it will be the only one from now on. Wish it had been the first.

Dave has always been very helpful in any way! Makes sure his customers are well informed and gets the job done the right the first time never have I ever had a bad experience with Babcocks garage! Brought my dodge into this business asking for answers to why my truck didn’t have 4x4. The owner simply said he would take a look at it and let me know what it was. First off, he gave me a perfect diagnosis of what the problem was and he didn’t charge me because he didn’t fix anything. Most garages don’t do this, and this was very generous making me want to come back again. I will recommend this business to anyone needing a mechanic.

I went to this place for the first time and when they were done with my car, I noticed that my car was running loudly and it wasnt running as smoothly as it did before. So I took it to another auto repair place, and they said that the people who worked on the car [Babcocks] didnt put the correct spark plugs in. Babcocks doesnt know what theyre doing. I will never go back to this place again

Charged me for an aftermarket part that should have only cost $30, instead charged me for what it cost from the auto manufacturer which was $300. Not sure I can trust them anymore. Kind of bums me out, since I thought I could trust them.

Took my truck here to have the AC serviced and wiring redone for it. The AC pump wires had been chewed up by rats so I asked him to rewire them because there was hardly any wire left. I was told they were replaced but they were only taped over with electrical tape. I peeled the tape back and see he clearly didnt rewire anything. Then he tells me the AC pump now works and it already did work it just didnt blow cold, and he tells me to go charge it myself! The guy was so rude and such a know it all. He didnt care about a single thing I had to say. I could tell he was annoyed that I was even there. I have been here before and have been treated good but I will never come here again. Do not these people with your vehicle!

Great place, good service and really reliable. Not like every other place where they try to just get more money out of you, Babcocks actually fixes the problem and only does additional fixes once youre notified.

Babcocks garage the only place that we will take our vehicles now they do incredible work their demand has been a mechanic for I dont know 25 30 years at the very least he will find out what is wrong with your car and he will fix it correctly no matter what the price is okay for having your vehicle fixed but he will know what is wrong with your car and fix it correctly
