Dont expect things to get done professionally. I would take the 1 star reviews to heart and the 5 stars as people who work there trying to bolster their score. Charge for things they dont provide and when called on it they result to threats. Public records list how many law suits they have lost to people who were screwed by them...beware.

Went to have an estimate done on my brakes, he said it needed a lot more work than just my brakes. His estimate was 500.00. I took it to my regular mechanic, and he said all work amersons estimated was well over 300.00 dollars more. It simply needed brake pads.

He told me I needed new Shock Absorbers and He needed the money upfront. I am now out $2500.00 and have no work done. He is refusing to return my money and cant do the work because he doesnt have the parts. I went somewhere else and found that all I needed was a few screws to tighten the heat shield. AVOID THIS GUY! LIAR AND THIEF.

Frauds, scofflaws, and thiefs!! Dont waste your time even going there. Youll save yourself a lot of grief and money. They have stolen thousands from their customers, been taken to court and lost, and havent paid a dime on judgements against them . Rodgers is a career thief and felon from NC since 1992. Paid them to repair a door and build a motor for my truck and repair a motor in my Eagle. When nothing was done after a month I asked for my money back. That was the end of May, Im now taking them to small claims court. 7-15-2017

This mechanic is a joke. Dont take your car here. They charge an arm and leg, but never really fix anything. Also John Townsend you work for Amersons, so stop acting like your some random costumer.

Rod, the owner, robbed me for $2,500. He is making me take him to court (I won). He wont do the work, or give me my money back. It turns out all I needed as a screw in my heat shield to solve the rattling sound.
