This paper has to be one of the worst Ive ever read. They obviously dont employ anyone to proofread, as spelling errors are rampant. When you go to the office, you are lucky if there is one person there, and dont even get me started on their billing department. Heres a pic of the front page.

Nice and clean reception area. The staff all know their job and do it well.

They do an adequate job of bringing the news to the public, but I would like to see more of a variety of community content.

Extremely disappointed in this business. I was double billed and tried to call and fix the billing. I called for 16 days before I reached a live person. I canceled my subscription due to the poor management and disregard for customer service.

My goto place for end rolls of un printed news paper..... great for packing and cleaning windows...

I gave you another chance, Herald & News, but you dropped the ball. In three weeks time I didnt receive my paper 4 times. A newspaper is time sensitive, so if you cant even get it delivered to my residence, what is the point? What am I paying for?

The H& N needs to expand their repertoire and breadth of interest as well as objectivity.
