Randy was able to come out the same day we called and give an estimate. He was able to come a couple days later and install the window tint. He took his time with the installation and it looks great!

I chose Lookout The Window Tinting because they were supposedly one of the best local businesses in the area. Lets start with the price; he tried to overcharge me $105.36 after taxes for the two tiny side windows on the side mirrors, stating that those were considered regular full-size windows. When asked to correct it, he got offended and took it off with attitude and arrogance to $52.68. Then I wondered if there was some warranty if the material peeled off due to some material quality. Things happen when you purchase a product, whether it is a car, computer, phone, etc. I wasnt questioning his work as a customer. I just wanted to know. He responded very rudely that warranties are a scam and that he does not offer a warranty because he is super sure of the quality of work. According to his own words, I should be thanking him for that lecture in business. Again, with arrogance, poor customer service stating that he was a professional. Let me say that this business is not worth taking your car to. And his job quality is as good as a two-year-old learning how to use scissors. Do not waste your hard earn dollar with this man and business! Im still waiting to get a response from him to take the car back to correct his poor and horrible job.
