Great people and service, called in the morning and got right in for a wheel alignment. They pointed out I needed new front tires as well and process went real smooth. I appreciate the work, will recommend and come again!

Overpriced for the work I got done, a normal street mechanic for a change of light bulbs and a change of whipers maybe 25 dollars wow never again, they charge 95 dollars of labor service. A job that took like 30 mims or less

I honestly like the place. They are professional in every way possible. But they lack on speed it took them 3 hours just to tell me that they dont have the size of my tire in a used state. Only way they will actually be quick to help you is if you know everyone in the shop and they will ignore the walk ins just for you

Stopped here on my way to Tallahassee. They fixed my car for next to nothing and got me home in one piece. Very nice people that care about their customers.

I called to verify time of operations and they said 8am and for alignments they take just certain amount of vehicles to be there early. I arrived at 7:23am since I live 45 minutes away from this location. I waited until 8am to go in for check in. As I check in I was the first in line for an alignment. A lot of the employees were working in the back in the tire section. Until one guy approached me to ask for which service I was here after he changed 2 tires to a tractor trailer of an old gentleman. The employee told me it would be a couple more minutes before someone take my vehicle for the alignment. At 8:43am my vehicle was taken in for an alignment. That picture below is when I took it after he took it for service. The older gentleman with a headset talking all the time while doing my vehicle alignment. It took him only 17min to do the alignment and I was surprised how long I waited and how short the service was. I paid the cashier which is an older lady and she was very nice. I started to drive my vehicle just to find out the alignment wasn’t done properly. There was no communication from the person that took my vehicle since he was too busy on his phone talking to other people and didn’t even test drive to see if my alignment was done properly. It was the worst alignment ever and will not recommend this place. I arrived home with my vehicle still unaligned and the service was horrible. On there webpage it says you will receive a report before and after of the alignment and I didn’t receive no reports.

I took my van to get the sensors from the fabric rims to new rims, also to balance the rims and alignment, after 3 times I had to come back because the light for sensor remained on, the told me one of the sensors was not working, bought the sensor and the light on and the tire loosing air came back and they told me another sensor was bad and they will replaced it no cost, and the light on, while waiting in there more than 6 ppl came to complain about a service done previously, after 6 trips to them and they try to give me 20 excuses they never solved anything, went to another shop to find out that they didn’t realize in six times I took my car there was a nail in the tire that kept deflating, also they broke all 4 of the locks for my rims as they used the torque gun to take them out every time and had to get them new, also the sensor supposedly they gave me as a “courtesy “ was not programmed and not working at all had to get a new one too, the balancing of the rims was not done properly either and in between all that they try to tell me other parts of the car were broken which diagnosis on 2 other places determined it was not true, most dishonest people I have ever encountered, will not recommend this place for nothing, everything was fixed in less than an hour in a different place.

Came here to get new tires and the next day as i was driving my car the passenger front tire came completely off in poinciana blvd would me ver come back here again plus I had to spend extra money on new rotors

Well I thought something was wrong with my car so I repaired different things and brought my car here 3 times. So far I have replaced my front control arms. All 4 wheel bearings. Everything I torque to spec. Yet for some reason I get toe wear on my tires and my tires are by no means cheap. 255 35 20 and 295 30 20 Toyos are not cheap. I have reason to believe that there alignment machine is not within specifications and bad alignments are being given unless they are intentionally giving me a bad alignment.

Great shop with great customer service. They changed out my CV axles and my car runs normal again. After changing out the axles and Even though the shop was about to close the mechanic checked my car and made sure everything else on my car was good before I hit the road to my destination. If I stayed in this city I would go to this shop for everything. I recommend them for your car needs. A+!!

I made an effort to confirm they had my tire size in stock by calling and being handed off to someone else in the office. They told me they had 17 of them. I arrived about an hour later, was greeted very cooly by the receptionist, and was asked to pull around back. I waited about twenty minutes before the tech went and looked for a tire. He found one sitting out in their lot, dumped all the rain water out of it, and told me they only had this one, which was a wider size than what I had called and specifically asked for. I walked back around to the front and informed the receptionist I was leaving. She very defensively stated that she was not the one who had spoken to me over the phone and never offered an apology. Id give it zero stars if I could. Avoid this one!

Would NOT recommend to ANYONE. They sold me 4 really cheap made tires for $100 a piece to be completely worn out right before their 4 month mark. They say to you that their tires come with something like either a 25,000 to 30,000 mile warranty and when you make your claim of faulty product they try to tell you it’s because your car was not aligned. Mind you my car has all the maintenance done at Central Florida Toyota and I have all the maintenance records to show for it. Complete rip-off. Take your hard earned money somewhere else.

I got alignments and balance and she denied to give me a report from the job they did on my car telling me that I needed it to tell her before they start working. They only want your money! I couldnt know if they did anything because I had to leave my car on that place and after 5 hours come back to pick it up.I definitely will never come back to that place!They are not reliable at all!Very bad service!

Horrible experience, I braught my vehicle there for an alignment, every part on my front end is brand new including wheels and tires, they did the alignment and adjusted one of my camber bolts to match the other, I left to find the car still pulled hard to the right, had to bring the car back 2 more times just to recieve attitude from the snobby receptionist all cause I told her I lose alot of time coming back and forth, and if the job cant be done right Id like a refund which she declined cause the work was already done they than told me it was my car and I should check over everything, I had a certified tech look over everything and he did in fact confirm it was all in excellent condition. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone !

Brought in my 370Z for new tires great price extremely helpful front desk staff but, when it came to delivering an excellent service during install not so good. Seems to me that if you are in their circle of close friends/customers they will go above and beyond to meet your needs. As far as new customers and new business is concerned not so much attention to details. One of their employees just flat out scratch my passenger rear wheel and the best thing the owners son can say is that I looked for any excuse to blame scratches on them so they had to pay to fixed them. This were his words to another friend/customer in front of me. They seem like great people and probably are but as far as service to unknown new customers they dont seem to care as much. I was told after he complained to his friend/customer about me, that they will take care of the damaged made to the wheel gave me a phone to call their guy as they said. Called their guy made an appointment for the following day between 9 and 10am at 10:15am their guy tells me he called me twice I did not answer so went to another job and will get to me when he is finish. Interestingly enough I have no missed calls on my phone. The whole sequence of events is very unfortunate given the fact that I was recommended by a loyal customer of that shop. I would not recommend this tire shop to anyone not inside their circle of closer friends, they will not care for your property the same way they care for the property of their close friends.

Went to go get an alignment but my car still pulled to the right. I took it back to them and they said the alignment was fine and it must be something else. I took it to another shop and they showed me how bad my alignment actually was (this is after leaving action tire). Top photo is from action tire alignment. Bottom is after car is actually aligned. They said they will give me some in store credit but why would I want to take my car back to someone who doesnt know what they are doing?

Best tire/wheel and alignment shop in the area. Prices are more than fair for the quality of work you receive. Only negative is it can be very busy, especially on weekends. But that shows you how in demand they are.

I had gotten a nail in my front left tire. Replaced the flat with my donut spare. Went to the establishment on 3/5/2019. They kindly plugged and provided excellent service. Next day woke up to same tire completely flat. I called the shop to explain. The young lady was very professional, empathetic and polite. She instructed me to come in the next day cause i had used an uber for work. When i returned to the shop they could not have been more professional. The expedited me quickly and replaced my tire at no cost. I highly recommend this place. They treat people with the utmost respect and are a pleasure. Outstanding customer service amd extremely friendly staff. Wish them nothing but continued success.

1.0 star rating 11/28/2016I visited this shop around 10 times. Out of those 10 times they cheated me in 3 occasions. First time with a hand-truck, the second time with a misplaced plug.My last visit was recently in which I needed a patch for a tire. After 2 hours of wait and seen people coming after me, being attend first, since they tend to play favoritism from where I noticed. I decided to leave out of frustration. I left the place for 25 minutes to allow then to finish their work. I took the finished tire home, mounted on my truck and it deflated at the same speed it was first taken. I took the tire the next day, the same guy that supposedly worked on it gave me excuses that the patch wouldnt work. I said: Thats OK, but I want to see the patch that was mounted on the tire and I will leave happy. The tire tech. was avoiding it until a co-worker of his told him. Go ahead, show him the patch. He reluctantly did so. At that moment the owner appeared at the shop. To greet customers. The tire tech. exclaimed: I have put three patches on this tire the other day. He was making sure the owner knew about. I the customer indicated, that is the same tire, and ran the scenario from the previous visit. At that point I felt accused of running a tire scam and told him. So do you think I have brought a different tire? Showed him the receipt of the supposedly patch been done. The owner heard the incident and told the worker. Put the patch on that tire and lets start the day right. The owner did not take anybodys place on this matter.My advice to you readers is: Please check their work. Make sure they do it in front you and right to avoid the hassle I went through. One thing I know, Action Tire will never see my self buying/paying for their services in my life time.

I have visited here several times. This is the only place I will go to for alignments and the only place I trust with my wheels. I drive over an hour just to get alignments and brought them my brand new in box wheels to mount new tires on. They did a phenomenal job as always and really care about their customers. This can be a busy place so there may be times they are backed up for hours or even booked for the day. I recommend getting there early and planning to spend a few hours there it is definitely worth the wait for the quality care they put into your car. I will continue to be a customer for many years to come.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Action Tire offered me the best price for 4 new tires and an alignment, but at the end of the day you get the service you pay for. I have never been treated so poorly at a family owned establishment. After changing my tires, I was told my alignment could not be completed because I needed to have one of the lower control arms replaced. After going to the mechanic that they recommended, and having the part replaced I went back to have my alignment completed. I was told I had no priority and had to wait hours even though I had already wasted an entire day there. Customers who came in after me left before me just because they were friends with the employees. After this alignment was completed my car would veer to the right, I brought it back to Action Tire. I was told they could not align the car because the part had not been replaced, after they had already claimed to have aligned my car the week before, after the part was replaced. Although the guys who changed my tires were attempting to see if there was anything wrong with the tire, one of the owners insisted they stop assisting me claiming there was nothing they could do and sent me back to the mechanic. I would assume that someone who is running a business would have some service skills but these people have none whatsoever. The miserable and rude woman at the front desk was more concerned about her children being able to watch their favorite tv show than providing the customer service and common courtesy that I think I deserve after spending $500 at her business and wasting so much of my time. I know mechanics play the blame game all the time but I would have never imagined they would be blaming the very mechanic they recommend their clients to. After going back to the mechanic and replacing the part yet again, I had to go back to Action Tire because as it turns out there was in fact a problem with the tire and they had never aligned my car to begin with-Cheated. I wasnt surprised. My tire had to be changed again and the owner even threatened to call the police, claiming my car was the problem. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else, at least theyll treat you like a human being, but if you choose to go here, hope that your car doesnt have any issues or you will be wasting a lot of time, money, and who knows, they might even threaten to call the cops on you.

I had four, low-mile tires I purchased on CL mounted and balanced on my Silverado on a Sunday with no wait. The line was too long for an alignment so I was back Monday morning. I now know why the wait was so long. Excellent customer service, an explanation of what was being done, quality work, and a great value! Ill definitely be a return customer.

Great place i will go here for all my tire needs, they went above and beyond, my rim was cracked and i needed to get my car from another city they gave me a spare just so i could get my car while my rim got fixed. They treat you like family bot just a dollar sign 😀😀😀

Screw this place. they made an appointment with me on a Tuesday for tires and an alignment and gladly took my money over the phone to order tires. they called me the day of the appointment and said that they couldnt do it. took them a week just to call me back about a refund and when i asked for a refund now i have to drive an hour and a half to go get my money. i would not recommend going here for any service you might need. they also dont carry good name brand tires.

Great service make sure you go early to avoid waiting for a while, everything else was great but when they get busy sometimes you can be forgotten.
