The other reviews on here are definitely fake.Bought a car with cash, but the seller posted online acting like a private seller. Didnt know he was a dealer till after I had already paid. Pretty sneaky. Then he said he would have my plates to me before the 31st when Id be moving out of Florida and I never got them. Called when I got to my new home to give them my address, but the guy could hardly speak English. He said he would take care of it, then he over nighted them to my old address. Now my plates are sitting at my old address and the guy keeps giving me excuses as to why he cant send them right now. Going to have to end up getting the courts involved. Id say dont come here but the employees will trick you into it.Edit: forgot to mention the car I was sold was broken and it was a discontinued model for being unsafe. But at least the dealer got some cash out of my endangerment!!

Don’t buy from this place! My daughter purchased a Honda Civic Red 2001 and drove it same day when transmission went and car went off. Called told them and told them not to process the paperwork to DMV but they did. Had car towed to them and they have it For Sale as is without fixing. They won’t give refund or the tag until they receive title but yet they put car in front to sell!!! Don’t purchase from them they charge A Dealer fee when other dealer don’t. Check before purchasing from this small dealer. Then Eddie Joel kept changing the amount this place is a rip off and take all they can out of you!!!! They have no warranty, most cars you turn on have check engine if you come bring a Machanic! Horrible customer service. Especially with this serious issue and I asked several times to speak to General manager then after the third time Eddie went to ask and came back saying he was too busy couldn’t speak to me. Great Customer Service, Joel was the person that help me find the car that fit my budget. I definitely recommend it.

They would rob you in plain sight. Been paying my car for a year, NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT and yesterday night one of the employees came To my house and repo the car. No truck or anything. Reason? Missed to pay the car insurance. So they told me to bring prove of insurance in the morning so i did everything and called and now they want 4.5k to give it back to me. Ok lets do the math. Car is worth 5k. Been paying it for a year. And now they want 4.5k for it? DO NOT BUY FROM HERE (they will steal from you!) AND THEY PUT FAKE REVIEWS TOO!

I have purchased a vehicle here in 2014 and i have to say i am completely satisfied with the car. It has never given me any issues, and anytime i had questions i was very well taken care of. The customer service there is phenomenal !!! I plan to purchase another car for my husband here again soon. They have many cars and vairaities to choose from, and The prices on these vehicles are very realistic and affordable. I recommend all my family and friends here. Infact my brother and sister both also purchased cars in this dealership and up until this point have had no issues.

I have known these owners nearly 30 yrs. I dont know a more honest, decent group of people from the owner to the repair guys. I have heard of repos when u fail to pay your car. No they do not take your car when have a low balance. They take you car after they have given you several attempts to pay your car. You have to be so backed up in your payments for them to repo your car so that makes it your fault not theirs. They are honest and lovely people to do business with. I know I have personal experience for nearly 30 yrs

Had a Budget truck reserved days in advance. Showed up at the reservation time only to be told the truck was broke and to call the 1800 customer service to find a new one. Come to find out there’s no other truck available today within a 40 minute drive!!! There’s actually only 1 truck available in the area out of all of the truck companies. Now we’re stuck paying $200 more and lost hours of loading because no one wanted to call and let us know the truck wouldn’t be available before showing up!!!!

They sold me a TOTALED CAR for $5500. I paid cash.In one year of ownership I took the car 2 times to the mechanic for repairs because the engine light was always coming on. I spent $3500 in that year in repairs. I traded in that car for a newer car and found out that the car was totaled and the only gave me $500 for it. And I knew the owners son from work.

They are good that still a problem of almost 10 years ago I still have not been able to fix it with a problem with a splint that they blocked me. For the time that it was tried I went there and the person said that he had sent the papers to Tallahasse and it seems that he is not where I call oh, he sent them because until today I have not been able to solve anything and now they do not come to deny why the tax paper his name appears and very clear ... so be careful
