Ive called every day last week...no answer. Left multiple messages, no return call. Ill use someone else .

If i can give them no star at all i would. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. 1st they didnt even have my booking in records. We reserved it for 11am. And if i didnt call at 11am i wouldnt find out that they not coming at all cuz i wasnt in their records. So she said that they’ll send it still but its gonna be at 12:30pm and 1pm the latest. 1pm goes by and they still not here. So i called again to see where they at. And she said that its gonna be another 45mns!! My kid was so excited for this day specially bcuz of the bounce house. And guess what!!! They’re so UNPROFESSIONAL!! They didnt even call or messaged me to tell me that they decided that they not gonna show up at all!!! THEY RUINED MY KIDS PARTY!!! PLEASE IF WANT A BOUNCE HOUSE FOR YOUR KIDS PARTY DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT GET IT FROM HERE!!!

Horrible customer service! Had no other choice but to deal with them based on location; but if you have another option go elsewhere!

Grandpas Bounce House is by far the best bounce house service weve worked with. All our venues are made perfect with Grandpas services. While other bounce houses either dont have what youre looking for, or are over priced Grandpas bounce house is always on time if not early. Customer service is always up to par, and they always have something that will suit you! Not to mention the deals are great! They are truly good people and I trust them in our yard even when no one is home seeing as how theyve always proven themselves trustworthy, I dont know how anybody can say anything different. Had a bounce house booked for today 4/28 for a party that started at 2pm. I was told they would come before 1pm. Its almost 3 and still no rental!! No call and they have not answered the phone. I also went to 3 different locations and its like they dont even exist! Luckily we were able to call Happy Face entertainment and they are getting a bounce house here right away so we dont have a sad birthday girl!!! Definitely call them for your next rental!

Grandpas bounce house had the best prices in town! Staff was on time for delivery and very courteous. Equipment was clean and everyone had a great time. Will definitely rent from them again for next party event. 100% satisfied!

Initial experience was good. Called and had some info sent through text. Agreed through text, the type of bouncy house i wanted and made the reservation for the day and time i wanted. The day is here and i have been trying to get in contact since 10am this morning. They have not answered and have not followed up at all. Party started at 1pm and still no sign of the house. Completely unprofessional behavior . Do not go to grandpas bounce house if you need someone reliable.

Absolutely terrible . Came and got the equipment and completely vandalized the front yard / street with trash and hit the neighbors car. Very unprofessional! When I called to set a complain had not a bit of customer service and was completely rude .

Delivered with enough time and the delivery guy was nice. They made sure it was all clean before leaving after set up. Thank You!

I have call them up front, schedule the time of drop off and pick up. I had agree to pay an extra fee for the late pick up.Well.... they never show up. I have called them many times, but they either: ignored the call, did not answer or just hang up on us.We had a lot of kids at the church waiting to have some fun... only to give the sad news!!!I definitely will never call them again...Watch out, they may never show up to your party too.

I find it hard to believe ratings are 4.7 out of 5. My bounce house had dead bugs and what smells and looks like feces. The brown color was a big give away. I called to complain and was hung up on. They got so nasty I had to call the cops when they came to pick up their bounce house. They wouldnt even hear my story!!! The worst experience Ive had. And the kids were so heart broken. Please take your business elsewhere!

They stole my patio furniture and extention cords... do not do business with these people.. I called this old man and he said oh Im sorry Ill drop it off next week when I am around your area... damn liar...
