We have had to lower service expectations since the pandemic. With labor shortages, most places have had terrible service. We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful our stay was this weekend. The rooms were clean and modern, the atrium was so much fun with all the Halloween festivities. It was mind-blowing at night, there was so much energy walking around that it made us want to visit KeyWest and St Augustine again. The pool was amazing. In fact, we cancelled our trip to the parks and chose to stay at the hotel one more day. When we went in, they asked for our room number. They saw there were 5 of us and the maximum a room can have was 4 so they made sure we actually had a second room booked, which we did.We went to all the restaurants and food was superb. Dining on the boat at the Moor was unforgettable. The best part … the service was super excellent. Everyone we spoke with were so attentive, helpful and they seem genuinely happy to be working there. I have to recognize Alba, from check in to check out, she was like our personal concierge. Phillipfrom V restaurant patiently and passionately explained Chinese culture to us.This is definitely a must come back place.

My husband and I just spent 5 nights here for a conference and I am torn between absolutely loving the hotel grounds and disappointment in our room.We are Marriott regulars & when we got in, we were offered an upgrade for a price -which we paid for. Due to the conference there weren’t many rooms available so we were pleased with the option.I will say, the location of the room was worth the upgrade however the quality and cleanliness of the room… not so much. I don’t know what other rooms are like here, as this was our first time and first impression. When we got to the room, there was a ton of visible dust on the walls, a massive stain on the carpet, the bathroom grout looked moldy and one of the sinks had fallen loose… so strange and we were slightly regretting the “upgrade”- our original room may have been cleaner. The beds/bedding were clean and comfortable enough so we were at least thankful for that! And the balcony was nice to have! The blackout curtains were excellent and block out all light! The grounds of the hotel are absolutely GORGEOUS and very well kept, but we didn’t get to experience much of it since we were at conference the whole stay. The staff is INCREDIBLY kind, friendly & helpful. There are plenty of food options inside the hotel which is great. The whole stay was great- my ONE qualm is the room. If they took as good care of the room as they did the grounds, this would’ve been a 5 star review! I hope this issue was isolated to just our room (6325) and not others because that massively impacts the experience!

This resort is just something special! I first came here to celebrate my birthday on the pirate ship/have dinner at the Moor restaurant. So romantic in the evenings. Brought my parents back here to celebrate their anniversary and stayed for a few nights. So many things to do in the hotel you don’t even want to leave! Love the various themed wings from different areas of Florida. The atrium is incredible, so much fun to walk around the mini fort and explore. Definitely a beautiful place for events as well! Pools and water park are great, especially for kids. Food was amazing at Moor and at the SandBar. Rooms were great, comfy beds. Love that they offer a Disney shuttle as part of the resort fee. Overall an amazing hotel!

What a fun hotel for families! I will say the rooms are standard/small but the beds are very comfy. Overall just a fun resort with tons to do. The water park was amazing and no lines - the fact that they do not allow outside guests and day passes is great. We went to another hotel after the Gaylord and it was shoulder to shoulder people. I will come back. If you have kids its a great place. A-

My family had booked a vacation in Orlando for my 50th birthday. We had rented a house in the area that ended up becoming a disappointment. We didn’t stay and nowhere to go. We found Gaylord Palms in the area and we called right away, explained the situation on the phone they were so understanding and we were able to book a couple of rooms at the last minute for the evening. It was so late in the evening we ran right over to check in. Right from reservations to guest services and all of the Gaylord Palm staff through out the hotel accommodating to our needs. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The next morning there was an amazing breakfast buffet at the hotel and greeted by friendly hostess and staff. My family and I will be vacationing at this hotel again to enjoy more of what this hotel offers. Thank you Gaylord Palms staff you all saved our vacation and helped me celebrate my 50th with my family.

Loved this hotel. A room with atrium view is a must. It’s nice and cool in there and the view is so peaceful. You can sit on your balcony without sweating. Valet folks were nice, front desk was helpful, parking was easy to navigate. The pool area was big and spacious were you could avoid people if you wanted too. Pools for kids to adults with slides and and a lazy river. There’s so much to do at this hotel. The people at the spa were super nice too. We booked the Ritz but decided to extend our time here because we loved it so much. Only con to the place is the walls are super thin. We could hear little kids running thru the halls and in the next room( not really the hotel’s fault for noisy kids). Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

This is a gorgeous hotel with a beautiful pool and water park for families with kids. There’s plenty of restaurants and places to eat. However I’m giving it 3 stars because a big hotel like this only has 1 microwave. I had to go up and down the elevators and through hallways just to warm up my daughters milk everyday twice a day. Why don’t they just have one microwave at every level where there’s an ice machine/vending. Also the Shampoos and Shower gels were not filled and toilets not cleaned well. The Coffee shop, the market place and other stores have no apple juice or any sort of juice for days. I even tried their vending machine and it’s all out of apple juice. We had to stop by elsewhere and buy some juice for the kids. They need to hire more staff by the pool on Saturdays. It took forever to find a waiter and have our food and drinks. The kids were impatient and whining. Hopefully they will improve more.

The hotel is beautiful. The pool area is great especially for kids. Only problem is they do reserved seating for pool lounge chairs at $50 a day per lounge chair (or you can rent half day for $25) If you don’t reserve your chairs…good luck finding one. It was like 70% of the loungers were for reserved seating. It was very busy there this Labor Day weekend. There was 4 of us so to get 4 lounge chairs for the day was $200.00. We were there 3 days. This is absolutely outrageous. We have done a lot of traveling and never had to pay to lounge by the pool at any hotel we have stayed at. The food is also overpriced. The breakfast buffet is $35 each. Do yourself a favor and go to coffee shop and get coffee and breakfast sandwich. The Hickory Steak House is another restaurant that is very overpriced. I would not stay here again.

Nice hotel but it is expensive. They charge for a lot like the lounge chairs even on quiet days and don’t enforce the reservations so people end up sitting in the same area without paying. Or the surfing experience, $25 for 30 min. Restaurants were also super expensive for food/drink esp the sports bar. A lot of places were closed I guess due to the slowdown after Labor Day. Some of the water slide close during the week for maintenance so you miss out.The water park is nice and fun for the kids. We’d like to go back but it is expensive. Service is nice throughout the hotel and beautiful property.

I attended a conference here and did not stay at the property. This review is therefore not relating to rooms etc, but to the conference facilities and catering etc.Such a pleasant surprise how nice it was too have a conference at this location. All of the staff were so polite and so helpful. If you even stand for a few minutes in the parking lot a bus appears seemingly out of nowhere to offer to drive you wherever you need to go on the property. Seriously delightfully helpful people.Grounds and property overall are maintained well, and everything was so much easier than expected. If there is any negative it is that the parking charge is over $30/day which is steep for a property in the middle of nowhere! That fact isnt costing it a star though. Great place

We stayed 2 nights in the king executive suite which had a king bed, sleeper sofa, balcony at emerald bay. I spent 1400 total with taxes and fees. The experience was good but could have been greater for spending that much per night. The sleeper sofa was not equipped with bedding materials and it took 4 hours for bell service to deliver. The staff room was right next door to us also, so not sure whyit took so long... said they dropped it off, but never did... Another item is Gaylord could use some updating on their furniture and cosmetic mostly... worn down (see pictures). Overall, we read reviews ahead to know what to expect. We brought our own sodas, water, snacks, sandwiches, more coffee for convenience especially when you have hungry mouths to feed. Here are the pros, loved the pool options, the amazing indoor space, and staff were helpful too and the rooms were comfortable for sure. Remember to familiarize yourself with parking, bring your parking ticket with you, and skip the valet and self park. We also ordered door dash and were in good communication with the delivery driver due to some not knowing how to drop off the food etc. We would meet them outside of the lobby. Would give 5 stars, but those items I explained brought it down. Thanks for reading! July 2021.

Me and my family visited this hotel twice for graduation. Both times were completely different experiences, but both with their pros and cons. The room service is boomin. The French toast and dessert here is delicious! The view within the hotel is also refreshing and gives you the feeling of being on a nice, relaxing vacation. However, some of the restaurants within the Gaylord are awful — both in customer service and taste. There was this restaurant that only served breakfast. While I loved the biscuits and ate about a dozen of em, my mothers omelette was runny and soggy. No one, not even the chef, knew how to make an omelette. That was pretty much the only con at the place though, so I stand my case on a four star review. Keep up the good work!

We stay at Gaylord Palms at quite a bit and the last 2 times have really been a disappointment. The service and rooms are always great but the pool area has definitely changed. There were a lot of non guests Saturday and Sunday at the pool. We always reserved our pool seat when we go. We just happened to start talking to the family of 5 sittng next us and ask where they were from. They told us they were from Orlando and just there for the pool and not guest of the hotel. They told us anyone can buy entry into the pool online and all the locals do it. They said, you can do it for pretty much any hotel in Orlando. An hour later after speaking with them, the guest who paid for the seats they were in showed up and the locals were off to look for another place to squat. We will most likely be staying at a different hotel until they correct this issue at the pool.

The hotel is very big and impressive. The pool is nice and great for kids. We originally booked a standard king room but decided to upgrade to an executive king suite because the standard room was so small. We paid way more for this hotel than other comparable hotels available in the area. Three night cost about $1700 for our dates of stay. It just wasn’t worth it at all. Daily self parking was $30.00 and resort fee was the same. Trash was overflowing near entrances during the duration of our stay. The ONLY thing I called to ask for was a few pillows and they never were brought to us. I called twice to the “consider it done” department but after two hours of waiting I called a third time and told them to cancel the request as it was late. She politely said ok. Crazy to pay so much money for a place when we have received far better service from much less expensive hotels. Will not choose this place again.Overall it is a nice place and a great choice if you want to pay a premium for sub par service.

Excellent hotel for individuals, business professionals, and families. The atrium, water park, and open areas are refreshing, open, clean, and inviting. The rooms and lobby are as expected, comfortable, spacious and well designed.Visit this hotel for the water park, slides, childrens areas, and wave rider. Also, the service is as described, five star and prompt. The only negative is the quality and selection of the food. For the price and what you might expect, it is bland, processed, and not creative. There are multiple restaurants and all share most of the same items. Dont let this be the reason you do not visit, simply plan on bringing snacks, dining off site (for most meals) and packing your own water bottles.

I did everything from the app but at 4:45 when it said our room should be ready, there was no mobile key available. I had to go to the front desk and they informed me that my room still wasnt ready. I asked to be moved to a room that was so that we could start to relax. Room was available on the 6th floor in St. Augustine section. We ran up and ran to dinner. When we returned we got ready for the pool only to find that it was closing in an hour. We had missed so much pool fun with the kids, I was so disappointed. Went back up to the room to charge phones and found that my $578 room had NO USB ports... this is a very expensive and highly rated resort... was there no way to put in USB ports around the room anywhere? Oh, there was one... in the desk.... that didnt work. I didnt pay Gaylord Palm prices for a holiday inn room. If I ever go back, I wont be staying in St. Augustine area for sure!!!

After moving from a less than property close by while traveling on tourism industry business my trip turned around quickly! I truly enjoyed my 24 hours here so very much and cannot wait to return. I was able to walk around and relax, I had a wonderful meal at Moor, perfect martini and shrimp arugula salad, morning coffee was lovely, a trip to the Golf shop for an amazing sale and pleasant encounter with gentleman staff. The room was spacious and wonderful. There is a quite a walk to get around and I never did go straight to my elevator without asking or reviewing my steps, but if attending a conference or just on vacation you are completely self sufficient here and now packed in, at least not on my stay. Great property, I will book it for clients and be back myself. There were neat historical areas on property and the sweet habitat of allegators and turtles that obviously love each other.

This is one of those bucket list hotels you have to try if you never been here before. The inside is beautiful with a variety of plants, animals and a replica fort. The water park was awesome. Kids really enjoyed it. The things that bothered me was the cost of everything. Besides the high cost of the room, theres a resort fee of $30 a day, self parking is $28 a day. Pool side chairs are $30 to reserve, although all the chairs behind it are free. The sit down restaurants are insanely expensive, cant pay less than $100 for a family of 4 to eat but they do have a grab and go alternatives. The restaurants have random operating hours. Everything is more accessible on the weekends. The standard rooms are meh..for a 4 star hotel I expected more pizazz in the rooms but it just a normal looking room. There was no house cleaning service as well. Had to call the front desk which was chore in itself, trying to get somebody to answer, to ask to get cleaning service. I understand theyre short staffed and working 12 hr shifts, so I dont want to be hard on the staff, they did a great job and were very nice. Today is my birthday. My husband decided to book a stay for us at this resort. I have to say that I am completely disappointed. Their website is extremely deceiving and they make it seem like you will have a complete blast year. It is currently 2:30 in the afternoon and there is absolutely nothing to do with my kids (other than the 1:15 fish and gator feeding). The next event is at 6PM. According to their website booking a stay here will include tons of fun for your children. The water park is not as big as advertised and there is only one heated pool on the property - the adult pool. The kids pool water was so cold my son did not want to get into the water. We ate at the sports bar restaurant…. Another huge disappointment. For $18 nachos I expected way more chicken and tons more flavor, $17 a gilt grilled cheese was a joke. Management did everything possible to try to Band-Aid the situation instead of handling it. I will never stay at this resort again and I will make sure to tell others about my experience. Please do not fall into this trap like I did. Almost $1000 later and here we are LEAVING the resort to have fun. Do. Not. Come. Here!

The beautiful experience is inside the atrium beautiful environment with beautiful flowers and seasonal experiences. Inside the atrium you have shops and restaurant choices with a wide variety of choices. It is a truly magical experience that will be in my family for years. It also has a very large convention center that is globally one of the best. Very friendly knowledgeable staff that are able to help you 24/7 and concierge service can help you setup visits anywhere around the surrounding attractions and restaurants.

Our family had an amazing time at Gaylord Palms! The place is amazingly gorgeous! So much to do and see!! The outdoor activities kept up busy during the day. Walking throughout the resort in the evenings was magical! We happened to be staying right across from the light show. Our balcony view was perfect! Cant wait to go back! You wont be disappointed!!!

Really beautiful grounds. I love the architecture. I could walk around all day. The prices are super high and portions small at the eateries. We worked hard to get to this place, lots of points used through Marriott. Everything saved on the room was still lost in the ridiculously over priced everything. Drinks were really really weak. Food was good but could have been way less expensive. The water park which was the main reason we booked this were constantly breaking down. I think that is unacceptable with the price you pay to enjoy this place. And when they were working they didnt have enough staff to be present at all the slides.

Gaylord is always one of our favorite places to stay at. It is beautiful resort. Quick in-room service. Staff is always kind. Only down thing is the closing of of some places inside such as boutiques/stores/restaurant due to covid.

We paid for the atrium view, and it was amazing! My teenagers loved it. We did the scavenger hunt when it rained...and it was pretty hard for us (two adults and two teens). I saw a lot of families with little kids NOT enjoying the scavenger hunt, so Id maybe not count on that for fun with little kids. The pool area was relaxing. The big slide was broken. So I thought my kids would be upset, but they did the racer slides a few times, then hung out in the lazy river. All four if us really enjoyed the lazy river. The atrium balcony was by far the highlight of the trip.

The property is excellent. Most of the staff was friendly, but the ironing board was broken, I asked to the beds to be changed which never happened, I also asked to speak with a manager about my concerns. I was told that the manager would call me back, which never happened. The property is excellent. I can say everything is way over priced, starbucks coffee and breakfast sandwich $15.I love the property, but I would not stay here again. This is not a first choice for me

Really nice and clean with lots to do!!! The water park was nice (however don’t wait for a waiter just go to the bar)If you arrive late do yourself a favor and use the valet the place is huge and finding your way around at night with out people to ask directions is a chore… and there is very few signs… and that’s really the only reason I gave it 4/5

Love this hotel! Amazing room view of the Saint Augustine atrium! Koi fish ponds were so cool to look at and they are through out the atrium with beautiful waterfalls. Food at Villa De Flora restaurant was absolutely delicious. We had breakfast and dinner there. Reserved premium pool seats by Crystal River Rapids....blissful, refreshing, RELAXING and FUN! Cant wait to stay again.

Grounds are beautiful but there were pool towels and trash lying around. Room showers were dirty and there were cigarette ashes all over our balcony. Rooms are small but it was nice to have two bathroom sinks. Rooms are not quiet. I’m guessing they don’t have enough staff to keep up with their volume. We used points to stay one night between other hotels and would have been really disappointed if we had paid full price.

Hands down, the best hotel experience Ive had in years! Beautiful hotel inside and out. Their valet service was SO worth the price. They were on time, respectful and very courteous. Now the pool...come on, it speaks for itself. My kids loved the wave rider. My only suggestion, add some more water to your green slide. It doesnt work well when your slightly larger guests have to push themselves down lol. That didnt deter me in anyway though. They have poolside service for drinks and food as well. The room was beyond expectations. We enjoyed a deluxe suite with one king bedroom and a pull out for the kids. To be honest, it felt bigger than the main floor of my house! 2 patios to enjoy different views of the atrium were relaxing in the evenings. And yes people, they do have little alligators swimming around in the atrium, you gotta find them though! My only issue with my stay. We were unable to enjoy the many on site restaurants, Im assuming due to the pandemic. So we used the room service and local delivery options. I truly would have been more accepting of this if we had a microwave in the room. Please consider this as an future improvement as many local delivery options come with the price of time which means cold food. We were directed to the 1 microwave available in the entire hotel on the opposite side of the atrium from our room.Nonetheless, it was an amazing stay, cant say enough good about it. We will definitely be back.

If more than 4 in your family....additional cannot use the water park. Atrium rooms are super loud. No luggage carts unless you wait forever for bellman. Not a good experience.

Beautiful hotel! Staff is great. Awesome alternative to Disney hotels (if you do not want to stay on Disney property). Location is excellent for all Disney parks. Staying here now and if you want to chill by the pool in a longe chair, you have to pay!! Its $20 for the morning and $30 for the afternoon or $50 for the whole day PER CHAIR!!! Otherwise you get a chair that reclines a little, but nothing for your feet to prop up on which makes it very uncomfortable!! Everything you do here costs money, which I understand, but we will not return due to the chair situation by the pool. Otherwise, the hotel itself is super awesome!

Hotel is nice, but the service is not great. Valet took about 15 minutes. Came in and stood in line for another 10. Couldnt get sat to eat dinner, one place sold out (with a ton of empty tables) both others were over an hour wait. So we gave up and called room service. 2 hour wait @ 10 at night.... Guess were not eating tonight. Its like going to a theme park, crowded. Packed with kids (thats fine if you expect it, but just wanted to throw it out there) just not what we expected. Was excited to come here, but probably will never return.

The first time we stayed it was mind blowing and great. This time I was super disappointed. We went for my childs bday, I brought a cake, forgetting plates and fork, I ask about three different people and was shoved off, I went to the front desk and asked, they said they could give me some paper plates, which they gave me four, but no silverware, I was told to call room service and they would charge me for plates and utensils. I was stupidly shocked because to me I felt this was a small request, especially that we were spending a good amount to stay and were returning customers. Such small things make a difference. Poolside was great and the kids loved it, but needless to say we didnt do the cake cutting.

Really nice hotel with a fun atmosphere and lots to do. However, I am very disappointed in the lack of food options for people with special diets. There are several places to eat in the hotel but the only vegan/ vegetarian option I could find was an impossible burger at the sports bar/ grill. While I appreciated this, there were no breakfast options and I was unable to eat at any of the fancier restaurants.

This hotel is at the top of my list! I went with my husband and two kids (15 and 3, we went for their birthdays) great for family or even couples. There is so much to do there so prepare yourself or just go with the flow. The hard a family pool that is not too deep and water slides. Then they have a pool for all ages which is much deeper and then there is a pool for adults only. I personally enjoyed the family pool with the water slides! The hotel staff took great care of us and when they knew it was our kids birthday they sent us a gift bag with all types of goodies. The hotel is very well kept and clean. The staff goes above and beyond and they do a great job with practicing social distancing. The kids loved it and cant wait to go back.

Positive: We had a room with a balcony and loved it. Loved how big the room was too. I also injured myself and the guy that came up to the room was really sweet and took great care of me. Negative: Wish they had a table and chairs in the room as there was no place to eat except on our beds. The places they have to eat inside the hotel were extremely expensive and not all that great. Be prepared for the pool and hot tub to only be open 8:30am-8pm.

We had an incredible time! Your staff was amazing from beginning to end. The restaurants were well staffed, the pool crew was very patient and respectful and the cleaning team kept that place looking great. My only recommendation for the management is to ditch the employees having to wear masks. If thousands of guests can walk around freely there is absolutely no point in the employees having to suffer any longer than necessary. I fully understand that this is a Marriot policy but all businesses need to respect common sense and science. #ditchthemasks

This is the perfect hotel if you enjoy paying a lot for an outdated room and subpar service. Let’s begin with the room upon arriving. Besides the huge outdated furniture our room smelled like a fresh pack of cigarettes. To the point where the bellhop apologized upon opening the door. When we called guest services they were kind enough to move us to the room directly next door. When opening that room we were greeted to a bar of open soap in the bathtub and a towel that had some sort of red stain on it. When we called once again we were told there was nothing else they can do due to the incoming dentist convention. The pool area was nice and the restaurants were good with a decent amount of options. If only the rooms could live up to the price tag they charge for them.

Be prepared to leave the resort a lot to find any food. Of the 7 restaurants allegedly in the resort, only 1 was open throughout the day. Room quality is mediocre at best, with staff seemingly confused about what places were open and hours of operation.Would recommend looking elsewhere, especially if youre looking for a resort where you dont have to go grocery shopping or get stuck in Orlando traffic.

Perfect and Beautiful Emerald Bay WeddingI began helping to plan my daughters wedding over two years ago. We ended up booking a venue that we thought was perfect not only for the location, but also largely based on the fact that we clicked with the event manager that we met and she made us feel that she was going to make our wedding perfect. Without going into a lot of detail, I can tell you that our event manager left that venue prior to our wedding and as we continued to work with that venue and the new event coordinators, we knew something wasnt right. After a number of issues, we felt we needed to search for a new venue and decided to take a look at the Gaylord Palms. While we have lived in Orlando for nearly 21 years, we had never taken the time to go out and view the resort. As we started to investigate, we found that the event manager we clicked so great with was now working at the Gaylord Palms. To me - that showed me that things were meant to be and we selected the Emerald Bay Plaza at the Gaylord to be our venue. From that moment on, we were so impressed with not only the most professional staff, but the caring and attention that they give to make sure your event was perfect. They offered a variety of options for not only the ceremony venue, but also the cocktail hour and the reception locations. Some of the decisions were so hard to make because every option they gave was phenomenal. The ceremony in the Emerald Bay couldnt have been more perfect and our guests absolutely loved the cocktail hour in the Fort. By far though my favorite part was walking into the Osceola ballroom and seeing how beautiful the reception hall had been set up. Everyone at the Gaylord Palms made us feel like royalty, from the valet team, to the front desk personnel, the wait staff at the Wreckers sports bar and all of the servers at both the cocktail hour and in the reception, but it was Jessica Arnold and her event staff that made this an event of a lifetime for us.As exhausting as it was to plan and execute this perfect wedding, I am sad that it is over because working with Jessica and her team has been such a big part of our lives for the past year. I cant recommend this team and this venue any higher than 5 STARS but if I could, I would. They are simply the best.

So far must say Horrible Horrible and such a shame such a beautiful resort. Booked a weekend getaway for my wife and I I called to see if early check in was available what they said was come over and we would have to check availability so normal check in is 4:00pm we get here at 3:00pm so 1hr early here it is 5:30pm 1 hour and a half later and we are sitting in a lobby after paying hundreds of dollars all because they don’t have the rooms clean yet! No problem in taking your money out of your bank account and it’s not only us unfortunately lobby is full of people and families waiting on a room., if you are that busy you should properly staff.. so far not good

The facility is beautiful and very maintained. The water park area is great too, even though it can get crowded at times. The reason for such a negative review is for the absolutely horrible check in desk. It takes FOREVER to check in and the lines are literally almost to the door at times. I dont know if it is a dated or slow system but either way it is a bad experience at the front desk. The staff is friendly but Id you are in any kind of hurry, you can give it up.

Absolutely Beautiful Oasis! An all inclusive getaway, the Gaylord is better experienced than explained, but I’ll do my best. From the water parks, to the pools, saunas and hot tubs. There’s something for the whole family. Countless restaurants, shops and visual delights. The best Convention space ever. This years Phi Theta Kappa 2021 Catalyst was Amazing! Being at the Gaylord, despite Covid 19 restrictions, was a trip to remember as always. Stunning balcony views, beautifully, soft lit indoor walk ways and 24hr access to 5 Star dinning experience.Excellent service, well appointed rooms and suites made it easy for me to hold my Zoom meeting with the perfect backdrop, zero interruptions and peace of mind that sanitation was paramount. The entire week, the Staff and Security were consistently seen sanitizing working surfaces and providing fresh mask to anyone in need. So whether, it’s Business, Family or a trip for two. You won’t be disappointed. 5 Stars across the board. Food, Service, Accommodations, Accessibility, Affordability. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
