DO NOT HIRE THIS PEOPLE FOR TREE SERVICE. They are very unprofessional and when you complain the owner is very rude. Mr K. Came on Friday gave me an estimated, I accepted it, he ask for a $200.00 deposit ( first mistake). So he said hell be back bout 4 pm to start the job, didnt show till 6:30 pm. Then he tells me that hell be back at 8:30 am next day, at 8:30 am he calls me and tells me hes running late that hell be in at 9 am. At 9:20 am I called him and told just bring me back my deposit. So he said hell deduct $200.00 off. I accept it ( second mistake) he got there just before 10 am.. He started to work by trying to start a chainsaw that didnt wanted to star and when it did it will shut off. After 20 minutes of so call work he ask if he could use my bathroom (third mistake) I was caught off guard I said yes he came in and was in there for 15 minutes. God knows what when in there and by the way my wife was very I mean very angry at this point. She told me just to tell him just do the $200.00 worth of work and leave. So now he barely trimmed the tree that the owner told not to pick up anything and leave. I called the owner and he was very argumentative with me and rude I just didnt wanted to deal with that. So just told the guy to go. I lost about $120.00 worth of work. By the way it took this guy almost 15 minutes to cut a 8 inch branch with a sthil chainsaw, he had dull blades. Please pay attention to the reviews I read them and decided to ignore them, thats on me. Also DO NOT let anyone that come do some work on your property used the bathroom, I just learned that some wants to used them just to go in the medicine cabinet to steal any medication. Thank you.

At 1st I was a bit skeptical because all the bad reviews about this place but I took my trimmer here anyway to give them a shoot for myself as it was the closest one to my house I can honestly say this that I was very happy with quality the work and price. Been there already twice they are professional, understanding and fairly price and everything is done in a timely manner. Definitely will recommend to anyone.

Both workers insisted takeoff my part and bring it to the shop so they can match it up. So I drove a far distance to them with my part after spending time taking it off just for them to tell me that the person is not in and they cannot match the part right now.(Very old fashion and time consuming.)

Shop around. I have a BG55 Steele Leaf Blower. New $99. I called to see what it would cost to have a spark plug installed. They would not give me a straight answer. They would only say there is a $35 diagnostic fee and then any work would be more. I explained the unit is $99 so I am hesitant in having it serviced without a solid quote. They quoted $30 for a plug on top of $35 for a diagnostic fee. I value a mechanics time, I truly do but these guys dont seem to get it.

After being recommended by another local muffler shop we met the owner for help with a golf cart engine rehab. The owner is friendly and a problem solver. He had several ideas and options to help with the reconstruction of the small engine muffler. The cost for parts was very reasonable. It was the service and personal attention that truly had us wowed. This kind of business hard to come by and is priceless!

Unprofessional and Scammers! Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau on Monday. Husband dropped off chain saw this past week and told them not to do a Diagnostic test since he already knew what the problem was, they still did it and touch the chain (which they stated was the problem) and pretty much charge my husband to get his chainsaw back..which I will add is is worse shape since dropping it off. WILL NO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER!

So today September 28, 2020 I just got out of the place I took a bicycle engine 49 Cc the Chinese onesI purchase it from bikeberry and As soon as I receive that from the company he didn’t want to turn on. I took it here they charge me $35 for a diagnosis which is perfectly fine. But they said after they check what’s going on they going to charge from there and waive the $35 they called me and they said that it was the ignition CDI that it doesn’t work I bought the part for $20 and I took it today to them. They called me back and they said that they’re going to charge me $139 to fix that I was shocked because the engine technically cost the same price and for $40 more you could buy an entire kit with gas tanks and you know what I mean it’s a bicycle engine I told her I’ll be OK if I pay $60 because in reality I said check on YouTube it takes under five minutes to fix if that’s a problem remove the three bolts from the cover take the CDI and put the new one. The service is not professional but maybe the reviews are people that they know them close by her personality after a lady in the front doesn’t seem professional in my opinion. And as I’m speaking right now the lady just knock on my car and drop the engine at the floor

This is a mom and pop shop .These people stopped what they were working on to fix my welder because they understood I needed to get back to work.And didnt charge me an arm and a leg. Didnt have the gasket in stock so he made one . Thats integrity and craftsmanship.GREAT JOB. I will be back.

Wonderful experience and super friendly staff! We needed a new carburetor on our riding lawnmower. They picked it up, installed and delivered within two hours. They are much cheaper than what Hansons Mowers charged us a month before for a rebuild and with none of the attitude! We will continue to support this business!

I would like to give this place kudos!! Two days after hurricane Irma our generator went out, my husband brought it in and the gentleman there shared some ideas on how to fix it himself first ( I couldnt believe that) so he brought it back home and tried his ideas and it still didnt work so he put it right back in the van and brought it back. They took it and said it should be ready that evening, we didnt hold our breath. Sure enough they called at 8:30 Pm !!! We were able to get it back in one day when we needed it most !!! That was so awesome, we are very pleased with their fast work!!

They did an awesome job with the work they completed on my 4 wheeler. Super thankful to the polite staff and very happy with the outcome. Rebuilt transmission, new chain and 2 days later I was ready to go!

This place is a rip-off and way overpriced. I went there because my power washer been sitting for over a year all I needed was a carburetor cleaning. I explained to lady at the front desk thats all I needed. when she called me back she said my bill was $129... I said for a carburetor she said yes we had to use all new parts???? I would not recommend this place to anybody.

This place is a rip off, took my Harley in so they could get up and running. Was going to put on consignment with them. Year later still doesnt run wanted hundred for consignment, five hundred for repair hundred and ten for new Harley battery .in worse shape now on/off switch broke front brakes out carburetor jammed up. Don’t bother going to this place unless you want to give your money away. I took my mower there for a second time to get the oil changed and have the blade sharpened. The lady who works the front desk is not the owner, but she is very friendly. She basically said that there will be a diagnostic charge for $35 dollars but they would call me with the final cost. I was a little annoyed that there is a diagnostic charge since I just told them what needed to be done. Keep in mind that this was the second time I brought the mower in. The first time, they gave me a similar price, but when I picked up the mower that time, the final cost was actually less than $35 which I thought was fair based on the labor; hence the reason I returned a second time. This time around, she called me and told me the cost for an oil change and to sharpen the blade would be $89! Well, I did not react to that verbally, since they still had my mower, but I was furious! Especially since I can get the oil and filter changed on my car for less than $30. When I arrived to pick up the mower, I did question the diagnostic charge and asked why they would charge me $35 dollars for a diagnosis when I simply told them what needed to be done. She then went out back to discuss the issue with the owner/mechanic and she came back and said that they would drop that fee down to $15, making the total cost $69. At this point, I wanted to talk to the owner directly, but she said he was busy in the back. Apparently, he can’t defend his outrageous price himself, but leaves this poor little lady to battle it out. I ended up paying her the $69 dollars and kindly let her know that I will never come back.

This place is a SCAM!!!! I wish I could put 0 stars. I brought my weed trimmer for a regular maintenance. I asked give or take how much it would be and the lady said she didn’t know that they would call me. She also let me know there would be a $35 diagnostic fee which I was ok with. 3 days later I still hadn’t received a phone call so I called. The lady asks me “When would I want it fixed by?” At this point I was confused and I told her as soon as possible. She goes on to tell me that they haven’t gotten to mine yet but it would most likely be $129!!!! The machine brand new at Home Depot costs $99!!!!! I tell her this and she says “well I’m not sure but that is what It most likely will cost” so how can she say this now but not before when I was there??? In other words they stole my machine from me. Im almost sure I can go there and try to buy my machine for less that what they want to charge me to fix it.

Took $129 from me and do no work. What they don’t know is that I took pictures of the appliance and parts before dropping it off. I asked the woman to start it up and show me what work was done. She refused and flat out said the mechanic would not come to discuss the work he’s done. I didn’t fuss. My money will be returned to me 2 folds.

Ok, I was looking into buying a scooter from this place, however I may want to think again based on these reviews. Giving them 1 star is overrated. Theyre rude, unprofessional and uneducated cavemen. Prices are so high that makes the repair unaccesible and if you want to pick up your machine they will want to charge an undisclosed diagnosis $35 fee also so high that you will better off leaving the machine there. They also have another undisclosed storage fee of $45 per day.Its shady and in another words if you ever consider bringing your mower there, consider it lost. Those thieves leave you no option than leaving your machines there, these are the items they sell.Deceiving in 100% should be avoided at all costs.

I WISH I read the reviews before I took my ATV here. The mechanic does not know what he was doing instead of ordering the new part that was needed for my ignition, because the ground pulled out of the connection to the wiring harness. Instead he spliced in an ignition from off the shelf into the the bad wire leaving the problem for me to return with. Then I looked at my carburetor which was supposed to be cleaned and he left the intake hose off of the carburetor. So instead of it pulling in filtered air from under the seat it pulled in all nasty sand air. Thanks Ill clean it myself. Thanks for stealing my money...

This place is HORRIBLE the staff is very rude we left our trimmer there for repair the lady there told us it would be ready no more then 2 days if that. A week and half went by and we called to check the status of it and the lady then told us that they were busy. and have not gotten to it.Another thing is they do not take Credit card or Debit cards. Only CASH seems a little fishy to me. Save your time and money and go somewhere else LUCKY THEY GOT A 1 STAR FROM ME THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ANY OTHER CHOICE.

Horrible, rude service - or lack there of!!!! Their should be a way to give negative stars. Tried to buy a mower. They told me it would be ready in a hour and that they only accept cash. So I went to a ATM to get the cash then hung around nearby for a hour. When I came back they had not moved the mower I was buying. I was told they got busy, but I could pay for it and they would call me when it was ready and I could come back for it. F.U. I already waited a hour and they were not busy when I left. They should have gotten on it and if some one came after me they should have been the ones to wait. I already did! Now I know why they want your cash!

This place is horrible. I was quoted $350.00 to get 2 scooters running again so I dropped them off. They were not broken they just needed adjustments. When I pulled up I heard Z88.3 and let that blind me. The owner was driving a Mercedes. I said nice car..He saidYeah because I know what Im doing...he sure does--hes ripping people off!! When I picked the scooters up I was told double the price. yep $650.00. We rode the scooters and they had nothing but problems after these people fixed them. Everytime we brought them back to fix one thing, another thing would go wrong. My husband got so upset, he sold his. My electric stat worked fine when I brought mine in, when I left it didnt. They were happy to give me the price of a new one. I said get them running, then they tell me all of these problems werent included. Dont be fooled they are not Christian, they are rip off artists. I did not have $650.00 but I paid it and they never fixed anything. They claimed to have replaced things that they didnt. Just another example of how to train a mechanic to break things to keep customers. Well after all this we are discouraged from ever owning another bike. Our bikes are gone along with the fun of them due to this horrible experience.

This place is horribly run unprofessional and rude. Went to get a gear fixed for a power wheel car. They charged me $89.00. $54 dollars for repair and $35 for just to see it Which is non refundable. The repair did not fix the car. I asked for a refund saying that I can buy the piece for $40 dollars online and replace myself it myself. The sons owner got upset was rude to me and disrepectful after i told him i do not want them to have their mechanic look at it again. Saying he will only give me $20 back he was whining about it being his dads business and he was loosing his own $20 dollars. Never will return to this dump. Not me nor my entire friends and family.

Well all i know is they have the green roads cbd 550 ml oil for 69.00 and on the internet its 89.00 and the 1500 mg gummys you cant find that any were and the last thing i got was the cbd joints for 10 each them dam things are very good i just dont know how they give them prices soooo i love this place get a blunt on helllll yaa

Perhaps he needs Business Management Training. Like, The customer is always right if you want to continue and do better business. And the fees??? WOW. Unbelieveable! Costly and poor service by a rude lady, OMG

I brought my dune buggy there to have it repaired, they called me to let me know the price was going to be $281 and for me to okay it which I did without asking what they were doing to it. ( My Fault ) An hour to an hour an half later I got a call saying the buggy was done. I picked it up the next Day looking at the break down of the bill, they charged me $196.05 for labor ( Max 1.5 hours from the time I okayed it to the time they called me and said it was done, ) They charged me for a new battery that wasnt needed, it just needed to be charged as the battery turned over the day before strong..I left the switch on over night and why it didnt turn if it didnt. When I asked the gal at the front desk she went out back wasting time, I didnt have time for it so just paid the bill and oh yes I was going to pay with my credit card but they told me when I got there it would have to be cash even though they sell merchandise with a credit card machine on the counter. On the phone they never told me to bring cash only. I deal with #s of property managers and lawn care specialist and have told them to stay away from this place.

Terrible place, i went to that plase just to install a belt in my tractor, they charge 35 dollars diagnostics fee just to star even when i told them what need to be done on the tractor, they call me back 2 days later with a ridiculous estimate for $290.00 for replace the baterry, oil change, and install the belt, when i ask him why, he said that the tune up need to be done before the belt installation, the machine cost me 200 dollars 4 years ago, do you think im gonna expen that money in the machine, no, so i pick up the tractor next day and the tractor looks exactly how I left, they no have the amiablyti because i was paid diagnostic fee and i tink if you see tires with no air you are going to check and put some air to see if replacement is necessary ? So. I inflate the tires and remove the leaves from the engine area and i do the maintenance my self, the battery only need to be charged when they said is was no good, the oil 2 quarts 6, belt 15, 1 spark plug 2.50, air filter 10 and i did my self, last time you guys are gonna see me in your facilities and is not for the price is because you guys only want to screw people and thats no right

Brought in my mower to change the belt. they quoted one thing on the phone and then changed the price when i picked it up. $300!!! I paid that or had to buy a new mower so I paid. Two weeks later the mower broke down again the belt they put was tiny compared to the new one a friend put in. I would never go back there its terrible! The belt they put in was probably the thinest cheapest belt they could find but still charged me $100 for it theyre so dishonest. Oh yeah and they refused to guarantee their work and they know why...

They have chains that arent any particular size that you have to pay more to get it cut and when they size the chain they make you size it yourself then when your wrong they wont do it again way over priced for everything they sell 30$ for a pull start not going again I will be ordering online next time

Owner has bad grammar and manners. Both signs of ignorance. He responds to every negative review distastefully. At the same time does not show appreciation for the positive reviews. I can not do business with a person of this nature.

So after being screwed by two other scooter shops in Polk county I decided to bring my scooter here hoping to get it fixed well they charged me $400 to replace a cylinder and piston it is running good BUT..the guy who fixed it put a damaged oil line back on the scooter with a big noticeable gash on it and caused oil to shoot out onto the scooter luckily I noticed it while driving and I just cut the oil line a little and reattached it I called him to inform him and he said I voided my warranty..I will not be returning to this place again,if I wouldnt have noticed the damaged oil line my scooter would have blown up

If you need parts for your scooter dont go to green machine. Every time I call for parts or to check on availability a woman answers the phone who does not know anything. Gives you prices off the top of her head. She should not be working as counter help. Two thumbs down.

Went in for a part and it smelled of weed. Wrong part that almost shorted out my scooter and then the guy laughed when I called and said he couldnt do anything for me. Almost 100 bucks down the tube!
