This place was awesome! My car got broken into the day before we were heading home from vacation. I called so many places and no answer or couldnt do it until Monday( this was a saturday) They not only came to my hotel, but were there a few hours after I called! They cleaned up the glass and only took about 30 min! Window looks great!

Highly recommended! Juan helped me to fill the claim to the insurance and Luis did the installation of the windshield. I’m very impressed with the customer service and their work.

Great service and simple set up. They worked with me that was a good time for me. They came to my location and replaced my windshield in 10-15 minutes. Super fast service. If I need a windshield replaced again, I would definitely go with them again.

I had accidentally clicked on this company while searching for windshield repair, and I am so glad and grateful that I did! The person I spoke to was Perry and not only did he do his best and succeed on getting us same day service he thanked me for being an essential worker in the field that I am in. The service time was within 30 minutes and the tech was very professional. I would recommend and call Glassco again if I ever needed my windshield repaired. Thank you for everything Perry!

Met the owner over 6 years ago. He is honest, simple and friendly! His business is run like; a mirror image of himself. I would say Glassco Inc. has done probably close to a million windshield replacements throughout FL. I have had my windshields replaced by them 2 times within a 4 year period.My windshield got beat up the first time by rocks, flying off from behind a gravel truck. Then again on I-4, was coming back from Tampa. Both times the replacement glass was great quality and original. it was the same piece of glass just new and no chips or cracks. The installers are all certified and very knowledgeable. There was no error before or after and my car was clean from the inside out. (unlike competitors that leave marks and trash behind, Glassco is clean and highly recommendable)I always do research before selecting a shop or allowing anyone to touch my cars. I can honestly say I trust Glassco. They are THE BEST SHOP to select, hands down! They have said to be able to work with all insurance companies, to get your windshield free! If you have the Florida glass coverage (comprehensive) your insurance company gives you a replacement at no charge for every occurrence of damages.I never got a bill to pay and my estimate said No cost (thank god). Just to be safe my agent told me it was free. However, my agent kept pushing for a company called safelite. (I googled mapped a SAFELITE AUTO GLASS, . I had never seen more angry customers post in my life. It had a 1.2 star review and pictures posted of customer nightmares) I asked why she recommended them and later found out that company Safelite pays insurance agencies a commission to push customers to book service appointments. (beware of your agent, they are not your friend lol)Myself, my company and all my friends and employees will always choose Glassco Auto Glass for all their auto glass needs. Thank you again for all your great work and outreach to our communities.

I set an appt for 9am. No one showed until after 10am. Contacted office, no answer. Its 2pm I got an answer from office saying my appt was from 10am-3pm. Bad communication. On top of that when it was passed 10am I called the technician I told him I was going to reschedule and he said why that he was 4 mins away after saying he was 25 mins away in which it had already been 35 mins later. I think things needed to be more clear and organized.Appreciate they did the job under 20mins. And windshield is fixed.

Terrible company, they do the quick change of the glass but they charged my insurance $ 2,299 and now I increase my insurance monthly more than $ 100 for said change, when they offered me the service they told me that it would not affect my policy by law of Florida and a few things so that one can change it with them, and it turns out that it does affect a lot, I went to the glassco auto glass office and they practically told me that this is not their problem.
