Ordered a King size cooling pad and paid for it. It had not and still has not come after a week. Quoted 2-3 days delivery from Reno. I have called Customer Service ? and the order department every day for 3 days. NO ANSWER, left messages and sent an email....NO RESPONSE. If service is this bad BEFORE you receive the product what is their warranty worth?Not sure what to do, but a business that does not answer their phone for 3 days and does not return phone calls sure is suspect.
