They fixed up my computer quick but with efficiency, customer service is amazing and if there is something out of the ordinary or something that does not require fixing They tell you. I was in need of computer optimization and upgrades, etc etc with my 11 year old Dell Inspiron laptop, when I entered Mixcat Computers the first time it was very clean and organized, customer service is second to none, I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered, my laptop was treated with care, Mixcat Computers staff is very professional, they even answered questions after I was done with my service. Many businesses after finish with the customer its very difficult to get in touch with them. The prices are not crazy either, believe me. Mixcat Computers DID NOT pressure me to buy anything. (Many places pressure you to buy) I ended up buying another PC at a great price since I was in need of another computer. Mixcat computers will be my go to store for all my computer needs from now on. I will be a customer for life. Guys lets support small local businesses, if you go to a mega store you never will get the attention and service you deserve. Thanks for good old fashioned service.

Mixcat computers resolved all my hard drive issues. Sonny recovered my data and I was then able to transfer it to my lap top. She kept me informed about the issues and the price I paid was very reasonable. They were able to fix my problem way quicker than I was expecting. I would highly recommend mixcat computers and for sure I will be using their services for any future computer issues.

I thought I reviewed this wonderful business before but It seems it never posted. I have to say there is always that fear or doubt about getting scammed or overcharged in any field that you are unaware of. (I have had bad experiences with geek squad). I went in for a laptop repair and expected the worse. I walked in and all my fear and anxiety went away, I was welcomed with open arms like I was part of their family. I have to praise them for their wonderful customer service and their awareness to their customers wants and needs when it comes to fear of pricing. I really want this review to reflect the character that this business has built up for themselves with the community as a trusted and loved computer repair shop that is here for our needs and not just the money. All my computer repair issues will be dealt with by them for now on! (Other then when they are swamped because they are just that busy it’s wonderful to see a business do well!) My repair turned out to be a dead hard drive and the free diagnostic gave me the customer the freedom and judgement call on what I wanted to do with the computer even after they informed me of what needed to be repaired and done. I have never experienced such professionalism in the tech industry before. They had the issues resolved and handled in a timely fashion as well I could not be happier. My experience with Mixcat Computers was a positive one. My PC decided to just shut itself off after I turned it on one day and stop working. I could turn it on and it would come on for a minute and then shut itself right back off. I really wasnt sure where to go because I very rarely need this type of service, so I just Googled computer repair near me and found Mixcat. Well, Im glad I did! I called and spoke to somebody and they told me to go ahead and bring in the computer for Diagnostic. Dropping it off was very simple. I think I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Before the end of that business day, I got a phone call letting me know what the problem was and an estimate to fix it. The price was extremely reasonable and they found me the best price on the part that they could. They were 100% on point with communication and follow up. And they had my computer repaired and ready for pickup at the very same day that the part came in. In all of our dealings with them, they were friendly and professional. They even went above and beyond and did a little extra to speed up my computer a little bit because the boot up was very slow. You can tell that these are people who take pride and put care in what they do. Its hard to find many places like this anymore. I highly recommend them.

I had dropped my laptop and gotten some weird errors after that. I took it in to Mixcat Computers to go take a look. Turns out the drop on the ground had moved the hard drive and the connection was completely connected. I know my fair share about computers, but even that can sometimes get past me. Small place not really for a DYI person.

Was visiting Disney in November while also attending IAAPA. So this was a work/play trip. My daughter dumped her juice all over my laptop and toasted it. I found Mixcat via google and took my computer to the shop. This was a serious serious problem as I needed my laptop for the conference. Pete was able to get all the data off the laptop and get new parts on order. In the end we got it fixed before the conference but I was covered either way thanks to Petes awesome data recovery skills. Thanks so much for saving my hide.

I just had to say this company is awesome! We took a trip to the Kissimmee, FL. area recently and I took my MacBook Pro with me as I had the common problem with my 2011 graphics card. I tried to get several companies in my area (I live close to Toronto, Canada) to fix it but everyone I talked to said they could not. I sent my laptop to be repaired i got a phone call wanting more money i paid them in full and have not got my lap top back they wont return my phone calls they wont answer the phon or return my emails my 2000 dollar lap top plus my money is GONE!!! ITS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS

I highly recommend Mixcat Computers Repair for its services. I brought my iMac after its display went dead. Mixcat was timely in his trouble shooting but regrettably, because the iMac was over 5 years of age, (I wonder how many iMac years that would be) it wouldnt be cost effectual. Hey, it gave me good reason to buy a new iMac for audio fabrication! Truly a honest and standard business.

I just got my Iphone 6+ back from Mixcat and I must say its like new.Last time I got a screen replaced for my sons phone it didnt respond the same.They use OEM parts and not nockoff and it shows.Super job guys.
