I paid for a premium package and the inside was left a mess. Forget extra work you didnt even do the work I paid for. You didnt do anything extra, you gave me what I paid for. Car wasnt washed properly, no wax, no tire shine, interior vacuum was spotty, dashboard was left with with grease and residue, couldnt even see out of the front windshield because of residue. I will say that the seats were night and day difference after the service but that was the only thing done right the first time. The rain started after the crew was there for 2.5 hours not at the beginning. Like someone else said in the comments, its not the customer job to inspect everything to make sure its all good. Thats YOUR job. A 5 star business makes sure the job is done properly the FIRST time

Currently on vacation and my suv was in need of some service. Did a quick google search and made a phone call for same day service. Very happy with the end result. Thank you Mr Glenn for awesome service!

The tech was over an hour late from the stated time and did not communicate that he would be until I reached out 45 minutes after the time. He smoked marijuana during his break and his inability to focus on the details of detail was apparent.The tech was very pleasant and respectful, but he did a terribly inconsistent polish job on the exterior. The wheel cleaning was especially bad, brake dust all around.I knew the lighting was getting bad and even though I offered several times to move it to a better position, I was declined.He did a great job removing the dog hair, but thats about all that went well.Edit: Very unprofessional replying to a warranted critical review calling it untrue.At $170 (and a $25 tip) for a detail, it is an entirely inappropriate response to put the onus on the customer to inspect the vehicle the next day to ensure a thorough job was completed. If it was one detail missed, no worries - it happens, but that was not the case here.Take the criticism and grow. You failed at this one.

I dropped my little Hotrod off to have have it completely detailed, they had the friendliest service ever. Burl and Tristan were darling. We picked up the car right before closing, I didn’t notice the wax marks or pen on my window until we got home. We went back the next day and I was absolutely taken care of. Called and scheduled an appointment over the phone for a detail, gave him my address and all the details. He confirmed the info and said see you tomorrow. He never called or showed up to detail my car. Waste of time...look elsewhere.

Mr. Gleen is the Man! I called he came to me and hooked my car up! Ive never seen my car so clean and he hooked me up with some calming Lavender scents in my car. Im more relaxed while driving. When you contact him about cleaning your car, please dont forget to inquire about his scented, yet relaxing oils.

I hired this company to detail my car in November and it still looks outstanding as we near the end of January, even after driving all over the state to visit family during the holidays. The two workers-- including the owner himself-- were professional, friendly, and incredibly hard-working. I referred them to a friend, who hired them and only had great things to say, too! Even though my car looks great, honestly one of my favorite things was that they dont use heavy fragrances and chemicals like Febreeze for a quick fix, which gives me a headache; they used essential oils instead. Ill be calling them in the future when its time to have my car spiffed up again!

I got my car washed at Mr. Gleen and it was the best experience of my life. The attendant was kind and mannerly and I got free cold water. I was talking with the owner he is very pleasant, he gave me one coupon to come back for an free wash.

I got the best package there was and was not at all happy with the results.

Mr. Gleen is awesome! I needed my car washed the other day before going to a wedding and I gave Mr. Gleen a call. He came right over and did a great job on my car. There was a stain that my son got on my seat that I tried to get out, but was unable to. Mr. Gleen was able to get it and even recommended me one of his products to use to get stains out, which I purchased just in case of an accident in the future. Thx for the awesome customer service and getting rid of that stain.
