Very resourceful and plenty of information to get you started on a new career or job path. Definitely recommend it.
Great service. Very professional staff.
Mrs. D. Beltrán was very helpful. She listened to me and is going to make a good guide for myself to get my reemployment.
Very nice people
The lady in the office was rude and had no idea what I was talking about. The lady could also not provide me a phone number where I can contact someone I could actually talk to!!! The lady of the phone was not helpful at all and hung up on me.
Great help by caring PEOPLE
Terrible follow up service. They see you once and dont take your emails or calls in your need for follow up help
I have only visited this career center twice. The first time I experienced very slow computers that are unable to submit to some of the time sensitive tests that are required whenever placing an online application. I also experienced a huge language barrier where I am unable to communicate with 90% of the staff. Moreover the staff would promise to be right back or Ill find someone who can help you both of which proved faulty statements. On my second visit I experienced the same however the computers were much slower and lagging. Please get an IT to look at your server. And please retrain or hire staff that can communicate with English speaking persons.
I called and spoke to Margaret, she was able to help me immediately. She was super professional and clear spoken. Great customer service!!!!
Thank you to Joan R. Very helpful and informative during federal Bonding class today
If I could give this place zero stars I would. First off, let me start by saying this place should be called CareerDown. Meaning, I made $70,000 yearly at my previous job before being laid off. I had to go to careersource solely for the unemployment rules. I applied to all jobs that could be applied to before there were no more jobs to apply to. Eileen, was very condescending towards me, she would try to give me jobs to apply to but when I would tell her I already applied to them she said I was being combative. Eileen wanted me to apply to jobs that were paying minimum wage and as low as $7.00 an hour, I told her I have a college education and I wanted jobs in my field and pay grade, and I was even willing to take a pay cut, I was eager to find a job but because I kept telling her I applied to the jobs she was offering me she became annoyed. Eileen basically told me that she had the authority to tell unemployment to stop my payments, she was the decionmaker if she wanted unemployment to stop my checks, she could and if I wanted to put food on the table I would take any job and said I was being combative. I ended up crying in front of her and told myself in my head, I told myself to shut my mouth and agree to everything she said out of fear that she would cancel my unemployment. The reason I call this place CareerDown is because they want you to take any job just so you can be off of unemployment, they do not care about you at all! Do you tell a doctor making $250,000 to take a job making $7.00 an hour, do you tell a lawyer to take a job, making $10 an hour why am I different? Eileen abused her authority has no soul or morals, was a bully, unprofessional and should be FIRED she dehumanized me and humiliated me. I left crying and no one should leave Careersource feeling this way. I know you remember who I am Elieen and I hope managements reads this review and brings it to your attention and fires you!! Remember Karma! One day you will be in my place and remember how you treated me.
I’m am employer looking for employees. Since the folks that can help me (find employees) are never there, I was advised to leave them voicemails...I’ve left 2 voicemail messages for Stacey Thery x5012, 2 messages for Tara Frasier x5063 and 1 voicemail message for Jason Leet x4038 before giving up. At least they are all consistent in being unprofessional- none of them returned my call.
CareerSource offers countless resources for job-searching, and also helped me throughout the entire process. It required a lot of work on my part, but it really paid off with several excellent job opportunities. Now Im employed and loving it!
Great services very helpfull
The older lady that sometimes is in the computer area was at the front desk, so unprofessional.Doesnt hardly know English and eating while she was speaking then ask her a question she had no idea,Called workforce personally right in front of her and they helped me within 5 seconds. If you dont know what your doing or dont know call for help to get the proper answer Smh. Besides that its great been there quite a few times no complaints just once in a while like every where u have issues. But people are friendly and helpful for the most part. They got to understand they deal with alot of people daily and rude unpatient people at that.
The front desk lady is rude, I asked her if I could just have someone look at my printed resume just to scribble at 4:30. She’s like nope our hours are 8-5pm I’m like well it’s 4:30 so why don’t you just say 4 pm since you aren’t letting me go back there.
The front desk is terrible they are rude and don’t value your time the youth staff is amazing but the front desk don’t care about the work they do and are very lazy.If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible experience.
It was okay!
A place where you can use a computer to search for work with access to fax and copy machine, phones available to use for work related purposes. Information stand with up coming job fairs in the area.
My hubby works here great place for resources
They just offer you a computer to print out resumes, and search for jobs.
Worst experience ever they saw me waiting and waiting and no one help me! Fatal customer service
The oh-so-unhelpful staff ignored me for quite a while, and their help doesnt do anything for me. Am better off jobhunting on my own terms.
Worst place ever do not use jenel Diaz to help you. Worst experience and over all confusion about matters. As a vet they were very confused over all
Office is temporarily closed.
Great place to look for work

Mariana Martin, the employee at the door, is very friendly and helpful. I have no further comments because it was not there where they could help me but if she is like that, the others I imagine that also because she explained us very well. Thanks
It is assumed that when you call using option 5 it is to make an Appointment to go to be oriented with job search. After waiting 40 minutes on the phone, a woman comes out and does not make the Appointment, she gives me a website to make my Appointment myself. If you speak in Spanish they are more rude. I repeated the call in English and they made the Appointment.
Very nice, clean and very good service.
