I have been to countless barbershop in Miami, NY, ATL, Tampa, but this barber in Orlando was the bomb. The service was excellent. I speak Spanish and I did not tell any of the barbers but they treated me with respect and did not say one funny thing about me just because they didnt assume i wouldnt understand like this Cuban guy did to me in Miami. I got the best face massage and the hit towel did wonder to my pores. If you need a clean block up.... You need to stop by to seem them

I asked for a specific cut, showed the barber a picture, and he gave me the complete opposite. I wanted to have it shaved, low, on the sides with about 3 inches of curls all around. But instead he shaved all around, leaving me with about 1 inch of hair all around. I couldn’t stop crying.

I’ve gone here a few times with a friend of mine. We both get the same exact haircut the only difference is I get charged $20 every time and he only gets charged $15.00 I guess if you don’t look Latino you get charged more money. I just think that’s very bad business and will not go back again.

Took my daughter to get her braids done by Milly. Didnt have to wait for my appointment. Very clean and welcoming. Everyone had a mask on. Definitely recommend this shop.

My son has been getting his hair cut at this barbershop for some time now and I’ve always receive the same service. I’m greeted by RUDE and UNWELCOMING barbers. Everyone in the shop is very dismissive and arrogant. As for as haircuts, they’re OK. However, their work does not match their arrogance.

Im really upset because this place was listed as being open till 9 and when I arrived at 8: 28 the door was locked. So I figured it might have been a mistake on Google Maps but its not. The door says theyre open till 9 and the open sign above the door was on. Its very frustrating when you drive across town because this is the only place open after work and get here and theyre closed.

Vilo the barber introduced himself to me before I walked in. He gave me a great experience and even better haircut. This made my vacation a million times better! 10/10 would recommend M&J to anybody. Thanks, Vilo

FIRST time going to M/J barbershop and was really happy my barber name was felix and he took his time and was respectful and nice and for the designs he gave me and lines in my eyebrowns he only charged 20$ i loved my barber this is a 5 star barber shop to me thank u felix for the good haircut u are excellent.

Worst service ever. I waited for 15 minutes and then they serviced someone else who just walked in without even an explanation (he was a walk-in as well). Never going there again. Stay away unless you are one of their buddies. I walked out and gave my regular businessto MLB up the street who were much friendlier and more professional.

Need to ask for nata. This guy is amazing. He will do any hair cut you need. First time coming to the store but will not be the last. Fair price and not long lines. Nata is your guy for the hair cut. Mention this review at the store so he will know he is doining a good job

I came in a few minutes before 9am (when the shop opened) and the guy which happened to be the owner told me I have a few appointments that are coming right now so I cant cut your hair, but I have a few more barbers coming in. I said ok thats fine 10 min later a barber comes in and just sits for like 20 min doing nothing (my haircut only takes like 15 min) after 20 min the barber comes up to me and tells me I have a few appointments coming up other barbers are coming in. I then said ok. As I waited another 40 min an no one showed up. I got tired of waiting and left. They need to take into consideration that they are a business customers shouldnt work around there time instead they should learn how to put the customer first. They also need to learn some customer service skills.

Horrible ugh back to school weekend cause its 5 oclock u close at 6 but close doors at 5 cause its to busy never heard of denying customers at ur door which u closed early cause its. Busy

My barber was quiet, but he asked the right questions and I ended up with great haircut.

*As with any shop, it depends on the barber. We were unlucky to have one of the not so good ones*First time was a charm... unfortunately our second visit was horrible!!!!! Unless you desire your hairline pushed back and crooked at that....Smh... perhaps spend more time focusing on cutting hair rather than pausing every few mins to walk away and use your cellphone. If you call to make an appointment the barber doesn’t even show up, not even a courtesy call to cancel- as that’s been my experience.

ROACH INFESTED BARBER SHOP. I came in on 05/15/18 almost before closing and this fat bald guy cut me that is all the way in the back near the bathroom. He never showed me the mirror and i explained my haircut to him and he went straight to messing up my hair..

This place is a joke for a barbershop. I came in at 5 to get a cut and I’ve been waiting for 2 hours while barbers regular costumers come in and skip in front of me and get their cut walking in and out. Barbers sipping on gold label while cutting costumers hair. Smh I’ll spend my money somewhere else 💯

I liked my haircut but my barber was unproffessional, everyone inside was loud for no reason and at one point my barber walked away from me entirely to look at something on his friends phone.

Update your hours! Paid $20 for an Uber because your hours say 9pm. I get there at 8:10pm and you tell me you are closed. Your door says 9pm. So annoying!

Called ahead to make sure they were still receiving people and they said yes . Arrived 5 minutes later and no one would give me a cut . Website says 9pm this was 8pm . Change the closing time or continue service till 9pm .

The attention is very good but they should play softer music that they play is pure perreo and at full volume

The barber was not careful with my beard and so he damaged my design even though I explained how I wanted everything to look.

I arrived at the barbershop at 2:30 and it was full, and after me more people arrived, well I waited an hour and those who arrived after me cut them before, in short it took like 3 hours and all the barbers said they were full and I had arrived first than all those who were in it, and I chose to leave because I will not keep waiting. There were also seated barbers that anyone could trim me and none of them wanted to trim me. I cant say they are bad barbers because most of them cut well, they just need to improve customer service.
