I always go to this place. Ismael is my regular guy. He does amazing job and takes his time to make it perfect. You should call and set up appointment to avoid waiting. They dont overcharge you for haircuts.

I came 30 minutes away for a haircut, because I heard you guys do a great job, and extremely professional, but I was rudely mistaken. First off, I called to confirm that the shop was open until 8 and was informed it was. When I arrived I noticed a individual (I assumed he was a customer) seating in a chair outside. When I went to open the door he told me: “We closed” mind you I was ready to get a haircut, and didn’t pay him any attention untilHe repeated it. I told him I called and that the door even says the time I was informed. I have been to several barbershop through Orlando area, and this has never happened. It was a waste of my time, extremely unprofessional, and not to mention lack of business etiquette. Half of a ⭐️

Called for an appointment. Im coming from Ohio and need a cut. The gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly unprofessional; ZERO customer service skills and quite frankly he was rude! If I were even considering going to this barbershop I most certainly will never go now. LEARN HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE!

Made my kid wait almost 2 hours for a hair cut, only for us to have to come back the next day to have them do a horrible, rushed job. If youre Latino they are more personable with you and give you better service.... If youre non-Hispanic do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Went on a sunday to get a haircut cause of a funeral told the barber what i wanted a comb over with a skin fade and part, messed up my haircut

I went to get my hair cut with my father the other day he left a review on here which when he told me I deleted, the hair cut were ok but he got nervous because he heard the guy that was cutting my hair make a comment he thought that the guys was rude and he felt threatened, my fathers 89 years old, he felt scared he told me. I didnt agree with my barber not too sure why he asked me the question he did. But the our haircuts were good. He felt he paid too much lol but like I said hes 89 yrs old. My father may not but I will go there again.
