Thanks to my friend for recommending this hall to us because if not we wouldnt have had a Sweet 16 for my daughter, everyone was so expensive, they have a great price. The small one is perfect not to small just right. Everyone said it was beautiful, they loved it. Turned out great. Thank you guys for everything and having patience with all my questions. WILL DEFINITELY USE YOUR HALL AGAIN IN THE FUTURE AND RECOMMEND YOU TO EVERYONE I KNOW!!!

Everything was good! The food was good, and the decoration. But I gave a specific list of music for my wedding day and highly inappropriate music was played several times.

I had such an amazing time at my wedding here, staff, food, and decorations were fantastic, the only thing needs to be worked with in my opinion is the DJ, we had to go constantly to tell her what to put, but the was a good turnout because either way my family is very complicated, everyone and everything came out more than I expected it to be!!! Thank you to all of the staff for making my day as special as I could have expected it to be. Amazing, will recommend to anyone who asks 🥰

A close friend celebrated their Daughters Sweet 15th birthday there and they along with everything else couldnt e happier with the venue.

Just had my wedding at Hall #1 this past Saturday 8/14/2021. The staff was friendly the decorations were beautiful. Everyone loved the food! We had arroz con gandules, pernil and platanos maduro. The serving presentation and quantity was good. I also paid for the photobooth they advertise and that was a big HIT ! All the guests including myself enjoyed it. They played exactly the type of music I asked for. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding at a GREAT PRICE !

Im holding two events at this location. One in May and another in December. Some of my invites include county and state officials. If we see any RATS or infestation of ROACHES this place will definitely not be holding much of its bookings until it gets taken care of. I hope not to see even a mouse running through the hall. We had Prom for my son and his friends a couple weeks ago. The place was perfect!! The people were awesome!! Decorations, food, drinks, photographer and DJ great as well! Everyone had a fun time!! Would definitely have another event there!!

Attended an event to celebrate my friends wedding and I was heartbroken to see how miserable and embarrassed they were by having rats in the venue on their special day. Beware or rats!

I don’t know where to begin with how awesome this place is! Super affordable and absolutely amazing services! They were so respectful and kind to us. We had a sweet 15 here 7 years ago and this Sunday we had our wedding here and I had such an awesome time and they made it 100% easier than I thought to do everything. They took care of literally everything and were so efficient at it. Thank you guys so much!

We had our wedding here a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing. Our guests had an amazing time, as did my husband and myself. The venue is beautiful. Everyone was so nice. Had something happen at my wedding and with the help of Jesse and the owner allowing us to go back and look at the footage, we were able to find out what really happened. Just had my wedding here last Weekend!! Could not have asked for a better banquet hall to have my event. The staff was very catering and a lot of fun. They took care of everything and definitely relieved all duties from my shoulders. Food was amazing and location was beautiful and clean. Everyone enjoyed there night tremendously!! Wow, my wedding at Illusions was amazing on 9/21/18! Veronica, Jessie, the dj, the bartender and the entire staff far exceeded our expectations. My guests and I were pleasantly impressed. From beginning to end all my requests were listened to and fulfilled. I highly recommend this one stop, one shop venue! Youll get excellent, competent, quality service. I was recently here for a quince and everything was wonderful! The employees gave great service with a smile. The food tasted so good and everyone loved it. The manager was on top of everything making sure the host of the party were happy. They played awesome music and Nobody wanted to leave, such a great event hall! 5 stars for sure!

First time at this place for a Sweet 15 and although the decor was exceptional (for the exception of the clear plastic chairs that your almost afraid of sitting on if you weigh over 130lbs.) the service left much to be desired. My water was never refilled, the alcoholic drinks could have been better mixed not to mention the Bartender was MIA when I went to get more (About an 1 1/2 later) drinks had to serve myself. The wait staff were very rude and unprofessional. I mean what waiter in thier right mind will serve ONE guest at an entire table and have the rest wait 5 minutes to be served. HELLO you wait to serve the entire table all at once..that basics 101. Not to mention serve the plate on the table as if they were mad at the plate and making the plate slide on the charger. Oh and how about this, you serve the tables randomly. You start at the front come back to the rear then go back to the front of the house. You know maybe they should wait till everyone finish eating before deciding to start clearing the tables. Ive been to many weddings and sweet 15s and 16s at many different venues, but this one right here.... Needs to retrain thier staff on hospitality and waiter ethics and performance. A very different (unpleasant)experience for sure. Not likely to go back if I happen to get another invite to that same location.

I gave a 5 star to this hall, because they did a tremendous job for my daughters sweet 16... the food was great, the serving was awesome, the waiter, and waitress were very friendly... and the music was off the hook... my friends that were invited had a blast, they didnt want to leave cause the music was awesome and the dancing was fun... too bad I dont have anymore girls, I wouldve done it there again... 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 all I can say is my daughter had the best time of her life... I didnt get to celebrate my sweet 15-16... but I had the privilege to do it for my daughter... and she had an awesome fun night... she wishes to do it again... but all she said nah Im joking... she told me and my husband that she will never forget this special event... thank you so much Illusion you made my daughter have an awesome night... I truly recommend this hall 💯 percent

Illusions hosted my wedding. It was a wonderful night and experience. I would absolutely recommend this place. They helped my wife with all the accommodations she wanted and especially those she was unsure about. The MC was very much on point and they offered service in Spanish which was important for our families.

I had an event here not to long ago and I absolutely loved it! Management was amazing, they made sure everything ran smoothly and the DJ was amazing! would defiantly recommend.

I love this banquet hall! They made my wedding just like I expected! The service, the food, the decorations even the smallest detail was on point! And price was great! I would definitely recommend this banquet hall 100% and would host any future events with them.

It’s ok, for what you pay. They could really do something regarding the smell the whole place has. Bare in mind is “budget friendly” so expect that!

I have to say I have booked two events with this banquet hall and havent had a bad experience. As a matter of fact I find this place very convenient in many ways. Not only they have kept the prices duable but the service they provide and all that its included in the package is all worth. My go to person was Heisy. She was the host for my daughters quinceanera in 2015 and was very helpful for my wedding this year. Very professional, well mannered and caring. She exceeded my expectations and am looking forwards to plan another quinceanera this year coming up. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you!

Great job but I would rate our food a 3 out of 10. Very dry chicken and flavorless. Everything else was perfect though!

This place is horrible!!! My niece just threw a surprise Birthday party for my sister and everything from the food to the open bar and service was the absolute worst!!!! The cocktails were served in cheap plastic cups, the white wines and moscato werent refrigerated, not to mention that they were Walmart brand and were also served in plastic cups! The food was nasty! Overcooked penne pasta and barely edible alfredo sauce and tasteless chicken marsala. The salad and bread basket was a joke! Plastic baskets from the Dollar Tree were used for the bread basket and the salad was shredded lettuce with half a slice of tomato served in a sauce plate. My niece paid for 100 guests and due to deaths in the family only had about 55 attended. She should have been given the food not consumed and given it to a shelter but they (Illusions) wouldnt allow it. The 3 hour long open bar was closed most of the time.

I would give it a 0 if it was an option. I should have read all of these horrible reviews and known better than to have my nieces Baby Shower at this venue. The management is militant, inflexible. The food is not edible. The drinks are watered down and NOT top shelf even if you pay for such. The staff is highly untrained. This place needs to NOT be open to offer a guest facing service. It is ripping people off with its illusion of fancy decor when in fact you get nothing else. Highly disappointing. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

Great place to hold any event. Ive been to a wedding and multiple birthday parties at both banquet halls, great service. Employees are friendly, provide great service, and provide a great time and environment.

I had high hopes for this company. I did have an amazing time with family friends however some things were shocking and fell short of expectations. We had given a list of music and most of the music played was not what was requested. The staff cleared guests plates before they were finished. Also we chose rice and gandules pork and Mac n cheese. It was shocking and surprising to me that the Mac n cheese they served came from chef boyardee cans. For the amount of money we spent on the venue this was unacceptable. And for the food to arrive and be taken out of trunks of cars. I was disappointed and felt taken advantage of. There is no excuse why food came from an 88cent can.

I had a event very recently, i paid for 200 people worth of food and only about 110 people attended. I expected to get the extra food that i paid for. I asked the lady incharge but she said they threw away the rest of the food, which to me isnt fair because i paid for the food i dont recommended the whole experience wasnt very good the dj messsd up the songs and the presenter was doing Everything in a rush .This place has very bad service 👎👎

It was very beautiful set up, for a 15 yr old Birthday party. Music was good the food was ok, drinks was good, bar open most of night i enjoyed and thinking to book my wedding here.

We celebrated my daughters quince here. It was very easy to schedule the venue & the owner answered all of our questions up front. A few days before the party the dress rehearsal was scheduled & that was very smooth. Our party planner was very professional & once again any questions or doubts we had were answered. The day of the party was smooth sailing, everything was set up beautifully in the venue, it truly looked like a fairytale. The food was delicious & served promptly & we had waitresses & waiters that served everyone & they made sure everything was too our liking. A+ for that! Open bar was great, there was a variety of drinks for everyone to choose from & the bartender was very attentive & fun! Our music variety was great, the DJ played a little bit of salsa, merengue, reggaeton, bachata, R&B & pop. My reason for only 4 stars was because our guests were not allowed into the venue until 5pm (our party started at 5pm), oftentimes guests like to arrive 10 minutes or so early & get situated at their tables before the party begins. Doors remained lock until 5pm, it was 90 degrees out & our guests either waited outside in this heat or had to remain in their vehicles until 5pm. Also, parking is very limited, we made due, but keep that in mind. All in all we had a great evening! I would definitely recommend this place for your event!

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT DEGRADING!!Lets be honest first the place looks great small & cozy specially for small events...However, the Female manager DESTROYS any good experience...They charge xtra for even wanting to open the doors early for the flower vendors to decorate the place $60...I had contracted a Band to perform and this lady went Bananas and SICO AT ALL THE MUSICIANS SHOUTING they had to stop playing in front of all my guests due to the time of the hall contract had expired....This NUT could have simply have approached me and I would of indicated to the performers to play 1 more song and be done...BUT NO! She had to make a SCENE to add insult to injury my nephew overheard when she mumbled This is why I Dont like to book SPANISH PARTY ...I will Definitely will NOT be RECOMMENDING THIS SPOT...DEPLORABLE MANAGER!!!

We recently had my mothers 80th Birthday party there. We had close to 110 guest and MANY were left without eating. The service is very poor. The party events that were paid for and planned on did not happen. The owner was never there to see that things were going as plan, although he had told my sister that he would be. The bar tender was wonderful, however she had to stop serving drinks to help the servers. The plates as indicated in other reviews were thrown down, the food was cold and certainly not something worth the money. Many did not even get to try the cake which was made by one of our own family members. The Owner, because we must NOT blame the staff, takes advantage and charges for everything. As also indicated in prior reviews the staff does not seem happy, and if your staff seems fearful and unhappy that can only reflect on who their Employer is. I think the young lady named Heisey tried her best, but this is not a one man job. She was very overwhelm. So if you are interested in this place do not let its beauty trick you. Save yourself from a financial regret and the many calls you will get from your guest complaining about almost everything mention in the many reviews and webpages you should take the time to search and read. The one star is due to, One - it is decorated pretty and Two - thats the only way the web page lets me post my review.
