Called these guys up looking for a low profile tire (already expecting them not to have it as most commercial tire shops did not). But they were able to order a brand new one and have it delivered the next morning for the lowest price and even TEXTED me the next morning informing me my tire has arrived. Nothing screams customer service harder than people who remind you they mount the new tires for free! I was just gonna bring them home and do it myself. They earned 5 stars

Found them on OfferUp. Was interested in a vehicle and was told cash only!!! Gave me total price (with sales tax which was higher than my county sales tax and registration fee). Told him I would be there 9 am next morning to purchase car. He gave me an E. Jackson Street address (residential) and said that’s where the car is to meet him there. After driving 2 hours there, he kept telling me he will be there in 5 minutes. 5 minutes turned to 30 minutes and when I asked him how much longer, he said the car just sold!! Scammers. Stay far away!!!

Good service. I had a blown tire on a Sunday and even though they were closed the owner saw my situation and opened up to help me. Got pretty good deal on 2 new tires and they did the mounting & balancing for free.

This place is a scam! They said one price then charge another! The tire was diffected and didnt wanna replace it... Bad customer service, very unprofessional and rude.. If the owner read this reply.

NEITHER OF THEIR LOCATIONS KNOWS HOW TO ANSWER PHONES. IVE CALLED ABOUT 20 TIMES NOW WITH BOTH LOCATIONS AND WAS LITERALLY IGNORED.

If I could give less I would, I just spoke to the man on the phone and he is extremely unpleasant, rude and degrading. $95 for used tires? No thank you. I politely declined and he responded Oh okay then your are looking for a tire that is broken. Unnecessary, unprofessional, and and just rude!
