The lady that answers the phone is extremely unprofessional, she instantly had an attitude when questioned about added charges. Refused to give us the HOA number she claims that they work with that originally called to have the car towed. No one on this end was rude or nasty meanwhile she’s raising her voice at paying customers and then hung up on us mid conversation because she was upset. She also refused to explain why she originally gave one price and demanded cash only but then the price is different when we show up at the place and all of the invoice is digital but we have yet to receive a receipt. All of the people involved refused to give any names when asked.

Towed our car, tried to call to speak to someone no number works and this place looks like a dump site. Very unprofessional and caused a lot of issues on our trip

CenterState auto has been taking care of my vehicle (and my safety) for over five years. I am eternally grateful for this shop, and their knowledgeable and friendly staff, especially Jenn in the office. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family, and l do. They stand firmly behind the quality work they consistently do!

Nice try on overcharging for an impound. Sorry were not the stupid out of towners and we know our stuff when it comes to towing. Dumb@$$

The service was excellent they diagnostic my car got my car running while no one else couldnt and there even drop me home and pick me up when my car was done

Zero Stars are too good for them. They deserve negative stars. They abandoned a 100% disabled veteran in a parking lot.This afternoon I had a flat tire and no car jack so I called ATT Roadside assistance. They set me up with Center State Auto.At 3:42 pm CSA sent me a text saying they would arrive in 45 minutes.An hour later at 4:43, they were a no show, so I called. The lady at CSA said the truck would be there in 10 minutes.A half hour later, at 5:12 I called again. Nobody answered. I left a voicemail. I called ATT Roadside and they tried calling CSA. It went straight to a recording and would not now even record a voicemail.Everyone at CSA had gone home and turned off the phones. Neither I or ATT Roadside ever heard from them again.They abandoned a 100% disabled veteran in a parking lot. Shame on them.NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use this company.But if you do and get screwed, complain to the owner/president (according to Sunbiz, FL Dept of State): JOSE L RODRIGUES, 5106 SAGE WAY, KISSIMMEE, FL 34758 US.My guess is Jose Rodriguez wont care.ATT Roadside Assistance told me they have put Center State Automotive on the inactive list and wont be using him again.Ive also contacted the Better Business Bureau.Usually dishonorable companies dont care about unhappy customers. And unfortunately Florida doesnt have licensing requirements.SO BEWARE THIS COMPANY.

Tow for no reason

Horrible experience my car was in Old Town and I picked it up but it didnt move it from the place it just picked it up and it cost me 125.00 I only had a credit card to pay and they dont accept cards, and they tell you look for cash I accept it, call the office supposedly and do not accept credit cards are an informal company and of course they are stealing without having a weapon.I am sorry but I do not recommend this place.
