The three guys at the shop are amazing and very knowledgeable. They worked as a team and they knew what they were doing. I honestly didn’t have a manual or instructions for the headlight, fog lights and LED running lights and side mirrors led but they managed to do the proper installations and everything works amazing. They finished the job in a timely manner and gave me a free Carwash. All for a can’t beat price. I am extremely happy with the job done and my new lights. I’d definitely recommend this shop no doubts!

I visited Max Audio in March to have them diagnose what was wrong with my rear subwoofer in my stock system. I was charged $70 to diagnose and if it was an easy fix, they would apply that to the repair. Unfortunately, it was not an easy repair and I was told they didnt have time to fix it and that I could make an appointment so they could take care of it. Upon putting my stereo back together, the technician (Im assuming was the owner) dropped my screen causing the touchscreen function to no longer work. I pointed this out and the owner and his wife took full responsibility for breaking the screen and assured me that they would fix it by replacing the unit. I was told they would call me when the unit was in and be replaced. Fast forward almost 6 months and a few calls later, my touch screen is still broken and at this point I have lost hope. I paid $70 to have someone break my touch screen, promise to replace it and then ghost. I was looking forward to good service because of all the good reviews. Unfortunately, it seems like I did not get the same good service everyone else did.

I was sketchy at first due to this place having a perfect 5 star. But my friend recommended me to get my subwoofers and speakers installed by them. I had a wonderful experience. This place definitely is 5 stars. Will be coming back for more installs for my car.

They are a professional small business living the American dream doing amazing service, my amp was blown & out of warranty francisco fixed it anyway & didnt even ask me if I wanted to pay for it, it was mailed back to me free of charge this guys a God Send Im $600 in the hole if he didnt do that. I have a nissan frontier and was tired of the stock sound system. So I started shopping around. I unfortunately got taken dvantage of by a different shop before calling max audio llc. I called bibi at max audio llc and I emailed the information to them of my truck and what the other shop did. We scheduled a time for me to come in person. They saw what happend and were horrified especially for the price I payed. They pointed me in the right direction and put in exactly what I wanted in my truck. should have called them first. If I could give more stars I would give them I was looking for some spacer for my super tweeters and nowhere did I get them in wood and those who told me they made them took me forever and to top it off they asked me as if they were going to be made in 18K Gold Call and attended to me Bibi I loved their treatment and disposition they did not have them but she told me if you need them we tried to make them for you today and so it was tremendous quality service and customer service that you feel like family.
