They have very good prices, are friendly on the phone, responsive and professional. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival and were not disruptive. I was able to work from home while they were here. Carpets look great! I will use this company again and again!

Good job. Only challenge was that the quoted price at time of booking was grossly underestimated and the final invoice price was $180 more. Was not happy but the quality was good.

I called for an appointment of 2 rooms and they gave me a really high price. I accepted it because I thought they would do a great job based off of how high the price was. I was expecting a big difference after the cleaning but I noticed no difference. Basically, they charge way to high for a minor job. I think Stanley Steamer would do a better job.

Jimmy did a great job at cleaning my area rug, a couch and two chairs. He was pleasant and very professional. He gave me hints on how to spot clean in case I spilled something. He was prompt to the appointment which is bonus points for me. I will use this company in the future for any cleaning needs that I have.

I last minute needed a few rooms cleaned for our move out inspection. I called the day before and they were happy to fulfill me need the next day. Eric Grant was prompt for the appointment, in fact called if he can swing by early which worked out great for my schedule. He did a fantastic job on his own and walked me through once he was done. He informed me of discounts to save money if I book any services in the future. He was social, professional and efficient. I highly recommend and I would request Eric personally again!

Dan Dan The Carpet Man was excellent! Easy to book an appointment. They called to confirm. Gerry, our tech was very professional. Added bonus he wore shoe covers in the house and did an excellent job cleaning up before leaving. He explained the service and quoted a fair price before beginning. He offered different options as well. He was efficient and explained after care. He left printed instructions and promos for future cleanings. Two days after the carpets were cleaned our dog decided to go on one of them again. With the solution they put down it came right up with no stains. They also got out old pet stains that had been in the carpet. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to others.

We can’t say enough about how pleased we are with our experience. Israel showed up as promised, with a lovely demeanor and hard-work ethic. He was then joined by Jimmy, who rounded out the perfect team to tackle the tough job ahead of them. We are grateful for their help in getting our carpet & tile looking great. This was a very good experience from my first phone call to inquire until Israel left our home after finishing the job of cleaning our tile floor and rugs. Eric and Gary came and did a great job on my tile and grout cleaning. I just recently bought a house and the tile and grout was terrifying. The floor was sticky, the grout was black. I tried sponge mopping it and scrubbing it down myself and it was very ineffective. These guys came in were there ALL DAY. The different is incredible! They were very professional and thorough. If there special equipment couldnt get the job done Gary got out his scrub brush to do it by hand. I am very impressed with the service. I also used this company to clean the ducts. I believe the duct guys name was Alex. The air now smells much cleaner! Before it smelled like bugs and now it has a very clean smell. Overall great experience with these guys and well deserving of a 5 star rating. I would recommend to anyone and will also be returning for some of their other services like upholstery and possibly power washing! Thanks guys!

I have white carpet, a large dog and a Cockatoo. Needless to say my carpet started to look more brown-ish. Jimmy is the gentleman who cleaned my carpets. He did such a great job! he took his time. He spent 2.5 hours. He had fans going I mean the whole sha-bang. Once he finished he cleaned up after himself, he was very professional and very friendly. My carpets look amazing! I try to have them cleaned every 60 - 90 days. Ive had many professionals come clean my carpets and they did a good job, however....Never like this! I am real big on customer service and delivering what I paid for. I got that and more! I definitely recommend this company for their services and will continue using them in the future.Diana Owens

Gerry the technician called me when he was in route to advise his approximate arrival time, well within the time frame I had been promised. Once Gerry arrived, we walked through the house and he asked me what concerns I had, what needed attention and was very eager to please. He was very efficient and professional. The carpets look great and he steamed the grout in my master bath, it looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Dan Dan the Carpet Man for your carpet cleaning needs.

Eric Grant did an amazing job by cleaning my carpet today and he made good suggestions on how to maintain the carpet clean.

We hired Dan for a carpet cleaning at a rental property for a light color carpet that looked ruined with stains and filth. The technician was professional and thorough with his cleaning carpet process. He apologized for not being able to get up paint spots (understandable). Two small areas had irremovable stains, but overall the carpet was amazingly clean. We paid for the deep clean process, which was fairly pricey. Unfortunately odors still remained in the house. Not sure if they were emanating from the carpet, but all other furnishings were removed.

I’m very happy with the service. Eric was great as always, I highly recommend this company.
