The customer service I received from the gentleman at Pencil Printing & Signs was outstanding! Not only did he go out of his way to help me with a paper photocopy of my birth certificate (which is not a usual service at this establishment),he didn’t even charge me for it! I really appreciate him and his team for all of their help! I definitely recommend paying these guys a visit if you’re looking for amazing customer service and printing services!

They do not make 3-color printing presses, although I was motivated to make shirts for my business, every proposal was negative by the woman who attended me in the same way that my pdf format did not work “there was not even the intention of making a converter ”or she offered the service to do so, there was no enthusiasm for any sales, nor good service. This is an important click in a business, Thank you!

LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM and communication between management, they are not honest with their prices, very bad experience. I do not recommend them. They are not even the ones who make the signs, they send them to third parties to do the work for them.
