I have had such a great experience with this company! They have always been so attentive whenever I had a question about the property Im renting and respond almost immediately. Tammy and Libby are so personable it makes working with them even more awesome! During this last winter it was extremely cold and I was having issues with the water heater, and they were on site that same day to help me deal with it. Anic Enterprises is passionate about the places they manage and care for the people that rent them. The apartments are absolutely beautiful and super modern on the inside. Anic has upgraded the kitchens as well as the flooring and it is gorgeous! I have granite countertops and they even taught me how to take care of it and what cleaners to get! Anic Enterprises has given me nothing but positive experiences and I look forward to continuing to working with them!

Weve lived here since April, 2011. The staff is always kind, professional, and courteous. This includes the maintenance staff, and the cleaning staff.The staff has always taken care of our requests. Please keep in mind, if your request in non-emergency, and not fixed immediately, there are plenty of other tenants, in which they are providing high quality services. Emergency services are ALWAYS provided immediately. They have many people to serve, please be patient with them. Emergencies come first, and you would want the same if you suddenly has an unforeseen emergency.We plan on continuing our stay with Anic for many years to come.

As a first time renter (in my 50s) I had no idea what to expect. Of course I had so many questions and as many requests. We started renting through Anic three years ago when the place we were at suddenly had to make renovations, forcing us to move within a months notice. Bernard was so kind and was quick to show us available options close to us and was able to get us in very quickly on short notice. I have nothing but great things to say about this company! My family and I rented from Anic Enterprises for 17 years. Every year with them is cherished. We got to see how the company grew and expanded. The staff was always nice and friendly. Maintenance was friendly and organized. The pricing was fair and the property was always a suitable home for a family.

I had the pleasure of living at Clydesdale for three years. They were prompt at getting back to us regarding maintenance issues. The only problem we really had was our AC unit went out a few times, but it was always fixed within a few days and they even brought us a portable AC to keep us comfortable. The unit was clean and the neighbors minded their own. Very quiet place! Tammy and Libby are very nice and attentive to what you need. The pool was a plus as well!

I lived at the Anic apartments for three years, The apartment is nice and location is great, quiet but also surrounded by everything walking distance. I would say the best thing about the Anic is Tammy Howard from day one she was nothing but generous to me and whatever I needed she had done within minutes. I never had to deal with anyone else until i moved out then I got the pleasured of meeting Libby and she was just as welcoming. If you’re looking for a place with nice features and a family like feel this is the place.

I resigned my lease for my second year.. I have rented before and this property actually cares about taking care of the outside and inside.. Maintenance response quickly and gets the job done.. office manager and staff are friendly and always have answers if not they get them in an appropriate time frame.. Where do I even begin?! I have had nothing but an absolutely wonderful time living here. Tammy has been the best in every aspect. And in the last few years of my residency, they setup an online system where you can view all of your tenant information, pay your rent, and submit maintenance requests - this was highly convenient!The shared spaces of my building (including the basement) were always kept clean and felt safe. And the interior design of the actual apartments are modern and appealing.If these reviews are your final stop for deciding who to rent with in the St. Louis area, Im going to go ahead and nudge you into just choosing Anic :) Youll definitely be happy you did!

This place was my home for 15 years. You read that right, 15 years! From the very beginning, we were treated like family. The unit was perfect for a two person family. The administration is always responsive and courteous. Maintenence was easy to get ahold of through the tennant portal. My family felt very safe these last 15 years and improvements were constantly being made. We got a beautiful new roof and access to a well maintained pool (pre covid). It was so much more than an apartment complex, it was a home and community. Pets are allowed with the typical rules, but they were barely heard even outside in nice weather. It is a wonderful place for family. There are emergency service people who live throughout the complex and it is very close to shopping and grocery. I cannot recommend this place enough. Tammy became family and I know who to send friends and families to who are looking for an appealing, safe environment for themselves and their families. Everybody in the office was very easy to work with. The apartment was very clean when I moved in since Tami took time to make sure everything was detailed. Anytime that I needed the maintenance team they were normally there with in a few hours or first thing the next day. This was a great place to live.

During our residence we found that management did all they could to make our living experience be a positive one. The tenant portal was a great communication tool. Our maintenance requests were promptly addressed. Our apartment was renovated prior to our move in, and we were very pleased with the results.

The folks with Anic Enterprises were so easy to work with & super friendly. I truly enjoyed my one bed-room apartment in Dogtown, and would highly recommend checking out their vacant apartments if you’re looking to move any time soon. We had a truly wonderful experience renting with Anic Enterprises. When we first moved in, the apartment looked as though it had just been renovated, even though someone else had been living there the month before. Tammy was an absolute pleasure, and would often go out of her way to make sure things were being taken care of in a timely manner. We had an issue with our AC during some of the hottest days of the summer and she was always checking in and pushing to get done what needed to so we could be comfortable. The decision to move was difficult, and had we not outgrown our space we definitely would not have left!

I lived in a few of Bernards properties and did not have great experiences. That was a few years back. Now I have a good friend who rents from them and is having even worse issues. Bernard Anic has bought so many properties that they never have time to care about any of them, have time for them or have the proper handy men to do work on the properties. Its ALL ABOUT MONEY with them. Tammy is his little right wing woman because she covers for him yet still (as years before when I rented) didnt respond or forgot or just happened to respond on her terms. Shes obviously overloaded since he keeps buying more places! They had to have workers come out to finish the bathroom AFTER I moved in. Let me reassure you, theyll nickle and dime you for a lightbulb you dont replace when you move out but when you need anything done during the duration of you actually living there it will not get done in a timely manner, if at all or they will keep coming up with excuses as to why it gets put off. This is all sad to even have to say when you pay close to 1g a month! They told me they were coming in to do repairs and then at the last minute came up with excuses with why they couldnt come out. They had put lipstick on a pig so to speak with how the place is fixed up. The floors are cheap vinyl that have buckled because of improper installation, making them uneven, the toilet wasnt secured to the floor, and nothing was clean in the whole place when I moved in they NEVER did a walk through before I moved in but I let that go which was a mistake...Ive had a very taxing job for over 15 years and didnt have the time to be home or even awake when they insisted I needed to be so they could get work done around the property. Its unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. Dont rent from this company unless you are okay with cheap materials that only appear expensive and of good quality done by professionals that are actually low budget independent contractors or average Joes. In actuality the places are of low integrity and after hearing about others that I know personally that are currently renting from them and having far worse issues, I felt compelled to write this review to save someone the trouble of going through the headache we so unfortunately experienced.

This company is awful. They charge for maintenance calls to fix the building THEY own! Essentially stealing peoples money. The square footage advertised is a lie. They are also unwilling to help others in this national Pandemic, disgraceful. These people should be ashamed. They only care about money. They are greedy slum lords, Do not rent from this company.

When looking to move for the first time in a long while, I was LUCKY enough to connect with Anic! The team (esp. Tammy and Libby) were so welcoming, helpful and gracious. They really are making the experience easy and have a personal touch, which is not always the case with modern property management companies. PLUS they take amazing care of their homes - units are jaw-droppingly renovated, and the grounds are tended with pride. I am so happy to have connected with Anic - highly recommend.

My family and I enjoyed living in the Royal Pointe Apts owned by Anic Enterprises. It was nicely remodeled and offered a lot of space in the apartment. Maintenance was quick to respond to any request we made regarding repairs which were minor. I felt safe in the apartment and appreciated the door code lock being installed on both the doors. Added security!!! Neighbors were all very nice and personable and we ended up actually making a very good friend whom we will continue to see. I will definitely reach out to Anic Enterprises if we are needing to rent an apartment again.

Ive lived in one of their apartment buildings for the past 2 years, and I cant say enough positive things about this company. I lived here for 3 years and never had a problem. If any maintenance issues came up they were resolved very quickly. You also cant beat the location! So close to Grants Farm/Trail and in such a beautiful neighborhood. They are pet friendly (I have a 50lb dog), and there are lots of safe places to walk dogs in the neighborhood. Ive been a tenant of Anic Enterprises for 3 years in one of their units in St. Louis Hills. I really cannot say enough about Bernard, the owner, and Tammy, his Office Manager. They are genuine, honest, and true to their word. The rare times I needed to call them, they were incredibly responsive. One example happened during my first winter as a tenant. The pilot light in my furnace had gone out, I was having trouble getting it lit...and it was Christmas Eve morning. Bernard called me right back, and said if his maintenance worker couldnt get there, then he would come over himself. And, in case he couldnt get it lit, he was going to bring a portable heater for my apartment to use until it was fixed. True story. That is who you would be leasing from - exceptional people.

Renting with Anic these past three years has been our best rental experience by far. Tammy and Bernard were fantastic about making sure our needs were taken care of and maintenance, though infrequently needed, was done quickly. The location right by Forest Park was unbeatable, the unit was beautiful, and the monthly rent was very reasonable. We would not have left if we werent moving to a new city.

We truly loved living in our apartment on Sanford Ave. The location was absolutely PERFECT and it was such a comfortable place to live. The grounds and building were regularly kept clean, we felt very safe and enjoyed our neighbors. The kitchen was updated and a great space and the hardwood floors were beautiful. The basement was clean and bright and an easy place to store things and work on laundry. We love the Dogtown neighborhood and Forest Park and walking to the Zoo and Dogtown restaurants frequently. We really enjoyed our time in this apartment. Everyone at Anic was very responsive and easy to work with.

As someone brand new to the city, Bernard and Tammy at Anic Enterprises were more than welcoming and helpful in my search for a new apartment. Maintenance requests were taken care of immediately, and contacting them for any other reason was never a problem. I only moved out because I ended up getting a roommate and had to find a bigger place that was in a convenient location for both of us...but definitely had a positive experience in my short time with Anic!

Nice people. Very petty when it came time to get my deposit back. Charged me 100 dollars because they said the inside of my stove was not in the same condition as when I moved in a year ago. Duh! I lived there for a year. My apartment was spotless.

I rented from Anic Enterprises for 2 years, living in a multi-family flat in the St. Louis Hills. I would say Anic Enterprises is the best landlord I have had, which includes living in Illinois and Missouri. The office manager, Tammy, is very responsive when it comes to any issues or questions. The maintenance staff and Bernard himself are very quick to look into any maintenance issues. The units themselves and the property as a whole are well maintained and updated. The only reason I moved out was due to new upstairs neighbors who were the noisiest I have ever had. I would rent from Anic Enterprises again and would recommend them to anyone.

I just moved out after 2 years at one of their Lake Shire buildings. Bernard and Tammy were both very quick to respond tothe couple of phone calls that I made during that time. It is easy to identify the buildings owned by Anic on that street by the level of upkeep. Other buildings are not kept up to the same standards.Had to move for location reasons, but if that changes, I would rent from them again in a heartbeat!

I only lived in the apartment one year, but management was kind to me and responded timely to requests.

I really enjoyed my apartment on Nottingham in South City. It was an older building with many updates and had that balance between old character and new amenities. I could walk to shops on Macklind Avenue and Ted Drewes among others. Maintenance (rarely needed) was super fast and Tammy and Bernard are very approachable and easy to work with.

I had a great experience renting with Anic, communicating with their staff, and getting responses quickly when needed. Thanks, Anic!

We lived in one of their Dogtown properties for about 2.5 years, and had to unfortunately move out due to an awful neighbor. Tammy, the office manager, was absolutely wonderful to work with through the entire experience, and it really made a difference in our opinion of Anic.I cant speak to all of their properties, but the Dogtown locations were great inside, walkable to all the good parts of Dogtown, and very near highways. I couldnt recommend them more. The front office was the icing on the cake. Neighbor problems happen anywhere, and the only thing you can really judge the company on is their reaction to complaints. They did a good job in that regard.

My time with Anic Enterprises was very nice. They were very responsive with any maintenance issues, which was only two. Online paying made renting very easy.

Anic Enterprise staff go out of their way to show kindness and respect to their tenants!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at one of Anic Enterprises apartments. Tammy the property manager was always responsive to my needs.

My POV is that of a person who lived in one of their units prior to taking ownership. There was a clear bias shown to newer tenets and because of that I had a disappointing experience.

Disappointing to say the least.
