I have used Regency Title twice now for land buying and later selling. Lindsey is a rockstar over there and she made the experience very simple and shock-free. I was able to get a closing date without much delay, even though things are extremely active coming out of Covid. The entire Regency group was able to keep the flow of the close fast. Completely satisfied twice and we are really appreciative for the time and attention we received.

Dont find yourself needing to call the BBB, like I do!!!Multiple bad reviews...I wish I had seen this before agreeing to use them!After jumping through all the hoops of the due diligence the Regency required of me, ( which included they FORGOT to check on the funding details! They were not versed on our particular type of home sale and could not definitely or confidently answer my questions on the closing paperwork.After all was said and done and expecting funding within 2 hours I get notified the funds wont be available for another 24 hours. They should have known this Utterly IMPORTANT DETAIL!PS- They are not an accredited BBB business - shocker!

Not very helpful. After we had to do all the leg work to correct an error with a lien they were still unwilling to close the next day. I can only assume it is due to it being 2 days before a holiday and they are not willing to work before the holiday.Making it unable for us the client to get into our new home a few days before Christmas. Way to go scrooges!

Very disappointed. At closing Regency Title was unprepared and came in with the wrong documents. Once that was fixed, I had to ask them about the documents I was signing since they offered little direction. To top this off, they sent my first escrow payment to the wrong insurance company! Three weeks later I am still trying to get that sorted out.
