My insurance company arranged for me to get a car rental from enterprise after my parked car was totaled. I must say everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and efficient! I was given a 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan which I loved! Chris the assistant manager even wrote me the day after I got the rental. He thanked me for the business and said to reach out if I had anything that needed to be addressed. My insurance company had made a mistake on how many days they were loaning me the car. As soon as my client representative resolved that I got my deposit back the next morning(: I will definitely come back to this location if I need a rental in the future!

I would like to give a huge shout out to the Kirkwood enterprise team!!!! These guys found me a vehicle when another location left us high and dry with a $3000.00 Airbnb reservation that was nonrefundable. They got me a super nice and clean vehicle that could fit me, my family and our luggage. Unlike the other location. They are super professional and friendly, this is the only place, I will ever rent from again. GO KIRKWOOD ENTERPRISE TEAM!!!!!!! YOU LITERALLY SAVED OUR VACATION.

The rental experience was okay. When we took delivery of our rental, you could see that it hadn’t been cleaned. The manager was apologetic and discounted our bill. Our vehicle was comfortable and had great gas mileage. We opted to pump gas ourselves rather then letting Enterprise do it for us at a higher rate. The manager was kind and very polite.As always, you are the best judge.

Reservation Date: Sept (2- 4).Reason for choosing this location: The prices look so high on Priceline which I use it to make reservations at Airport location, and came to realize that it was cheaper at Non-Airport locations including with Free Pickup & Drop- off.Service by Enterprise Team: Im impressed with the service given by Aaron ( Manager) & rider ( for drop-off and pick-up) ( I forgot his name - John/Ryan?? Hes a teenager)1) NOTE: Im at different location when looking for pickup and drop off, but they helped me.2) I was given a decent car, and the manager has reviewed it before giving me ( He checked Internal condition by simple test, not usually the tests for scratches ).3) Im a little bit late than the given drop off time, but the manager was so polite, professional and said its completely fine with a smile. The person whos for drop-off and pick-up was a teenager, hes so professional and communicative with passengers when giving rides.Final Decision: Im gonna take car here soon.

Staff was nice. However, there were only a handful of cars available at the pick up time. The car that I had needed oil change but since it was a loaner car for me, I didnt ask much. Other than that all good.

I go to Enterprise when I have need of a car. They are always willing to pick me up so I dont have to bother someone else to take me to their location. Have always had a pleasant experience with the people who work there. Very nice and have been happy with the vehicle provided. Enterprise is my go to for car rental.

Facts.Got a rental truck. Had a 60 day rental agreement. Enterprise sold the truck. Told me they need the truck back early. I brought the truck in after 40 days. Before returning the truck, I had the vehicle detailed. I have an account at Waterway car wash.I was always told to return things in better shape than I borrowed them. Once I returned the vehicle, the flustered Saturday employees swarmed the truck. Do to the fact that I just had the truck detailed and waxed, the crew at the store found two minor dents on the bottom of the driver door. The dents were only made noticeable after the car was waxed because they were so minor. When I first picked up the truck it was never scrutinized at all. They did a ten second walk around the truck and said it was fine. The vehicle was not clean on the exterior and smelled like cigarettes. No one would have noticed the dents originally! Im not familiar with the truck I especially would have never seen them??So for cleaning and waxing the vehicle, enterprise is now charging my insurance for repairs to the truck. They sold a vehicle I was driving and then needed it in mint condition, so I got screwed. I felt scammed and will never rent or purchase a car from this company. They asked me if I wanted another vehicle, I said NO. They asked me for a ride home, I took an Uber.

Having Enterprise pick me up was a major factor in choosing them. The Kirkwood staff was very friendly. They did try to correct a minor snafu and followed up to see if I was satisfied with car and service. Very much appreciate the touch. Thank you John and Ryan. Will continue using them.

Will never be renting from this company again. I used the car I rented for a trip to Missouri from the Memphis International Airport location in Tennessee. On the way back from the trip, the tire blew out. We looked in the back of the car, and there wasn’t a spare. I had roadside assistance tow the car to the nearest service location. It was a Sunday so all the enterprise locations were closed due to COVID. I called customer service for the location I rented from the first time and the lady on the phone said that the services would be taken care of. So I believed the car would be set to drive the next day. I called the place that the car was left at by the tow truck driver. They informed me that enterprise never talked to them and the car was not going to be looked at until Thursday. It was currently Monday. I contacted customer service several more times after that. I was told at one point that they had reserved a car for me at the nearest enterprise location. We walked to that location, and they had never had a reservation or were ever contacted about an available car. We went to a larger enterprise nearby and they said they couldn’t give me a new car until I turned in the old car which had a flat tire at a shop. I finally was able to drive the car with a ride on flat to the closest shop. That enterprise charged me $50 for a new rental. They put it in their system as a swap because they were taking the car from the Memphis location and we were returning the car from Missouri to the Memphis location when we finally got home. The enterprise in Missouri warned me that the location I was returning the car to might still try and charge me a fee for returning it to a different location than I got the car. I called customer service again because that is the only number available for the Memphis location. They told me on the phone that they would take care of the fee. When the vehicle was turned in at Memphis International Airport, they still charged me $160 for not returning the car to its original location after I was told they wouldn’t charge me. And in their system, it was considered a swap, so I shouldn’t have been charged anything. Because enterprise was the least helpful company and refused to assist me in any way, my fiancé, my two year old, and I were stranded in the middle of Saint Louis MO without any transportation. I had to pay additional fees for the cars just to make it home, pay for another hotel room so we would have a place to sleep an extra day, and pay for multiple Ubers to get from location to location.

For a short trip out of town I was given a Ford Focus. Drove great and was very fun with a lot of pep. The check in with the associate, Matt, was extremely fast and easy. Decided upon arrival to add on to 3.99 Insurance per day which was totally worth it. Thankfully I didnt need it. This location has after hours drop-off with a drop box around the back of the building. Would definitely rent from this location again

Getting better...Use this Enterprise regularly for work. Before they never offered or had pickup/drop off services, now they do. Used to have poor car selection, now getting better as well. Customer service used to be sub par, now has significantly improved as well. Bottom line I no longer dread going there. Still dont look forward to it though. Well see how they progress.

Rented a full size car and they only had a Jeep Wrangler and an Audi A5. They offered the Jeep but it looked dirty and had a significant chip in the wind shield. I asked to be out in the Audi and the manager insisted that I would have to pay more for the car. I let him know that I was concerned about the Jeep. I told him that I typically use Hertz but would consider using Enterprise as the location is closer to my home in hopes that he would give me the A5. I eventually took the Jeep as I needed to go. The car was disgusting. The windshield was both chipped/cracked and filled with smashed bugs. We found a diaper in the visor. There was trash under the seat to include fast food trash, a granola bar and used napkins. When I showed up a few minutes before they were supposed to close to complain the doors were already locked. Another confused client was there who was expecting them to still be open as well. Luckily I rent frequently and knew there had to be a key drop someplace. We found the key drop on the back side of the building. I dont think Ill be renting from here again.

I have rented from this location several upon several times for many reasons- first and foremost Being their excellent customer service! Hannah, the manager has the secret to running an above satisfactory team! Her staff is friendly and efficient! Every single time I’ve been, we’ve laughed, and exchanged a quick story all within running my card and handing me the keys time. They rock!!! I highly recommend this place to EVERYONE!

My care rental experience started out great. I was using a debit card and Enterprise just instituted a process to expedite rentals using debit cards. I was in and out with an upgraded car even (they were all out of intermediate). I have two critiques: 1. It took nearly a week for the transaction to close. 2. They tried to charge me an extra day. I had a Sunday drop-off and was assured I could drop off any time Sunday and not be charged for an extra day as they are closed. Friday, almost a week after dropping off the car on Sunday, I got a copy in my email of the transaction close-out. It had an extra day charged on it. I called the location and was told they have an honor system when returning cars which makes no sense but since I was given misinformation, they would refund the extra day. Overall, Enterprise is great and Ive never had any complaints until now. Please reduce the transaction close-out time and get rid of the silly honor system when returning on Sundays.

Despite being overloaded with customers as they opened early in the morning, he still found a way to get to me in a timely fashion, without ignoring others. I was very observant and what I was driving, and offered me an upgrade to a similar vehicle at no extra cost. The entire experience was pleasant and very professional. Would highly recommend.

As far as rental car places, Enterprise is not the worst.... But several of their corporate policies are ridiculous1. If you rent a car, they require $285 deposit. Do not give them your debit card. It will take a MONTH to get your money back... If you get it. Im still waiting for a $50 deposit from December 2015 for a deposit on a car rented through insurance... Guess I donated to their corporate fund. The logical path would be to use a credit card... If you dont have one youre out of luck - you cannot put it on someone elses without paying for two drivers.2. Pay for roadside. If THEIR car needs towing, you have to pay unless you purchase their (ridiculous) roadside insurance.3. Unless you love risk, get their ridiculous insurance. Most car insurance wont cover a rental.As a whole, not bad. Just expect to walk out feeling rung out on fees and add a cushion in case you never see your money again.

I had to use Enterprise due to taking my car for service and the dealership did not have any loaner cars. Mind you I drive a 4 door sedan. Upon arrival to the Kirkwood Enterprise I was given a minivan, which was fine. As I started to get in, it reeked of cigarettes. I have asthma so I told the rep, Luis this wouldnt do. He told me they had no other cars. I told him that I am not driving this car and he needs to find me something else. He proceeded to tell me he didnt have any other cars and other Enterprise locations probably didndt have any either since it is the morning. Again I told him he to figure something out or to call my dealership. He then suddenly remembered they had a Nissan Sentra getting cleaned and they could give me that. As I got in that car I thought it smelled a little bit like cigarettes but wasnt sure if I was imaginging it since the minivan was so overpowering. As I pulled away and close to work I turned on the heater and got a huge whiff of cigarette smell. Once at work I called Kirkwood Enterprise and was told Luis was at lunch. I told the guy on the phone that I literally just left 5 minutes ago and this car smells of smoke and I want another one. He told me they have nothing and maybe later in the day they could get me another car. I called Creve Couer Enterprise and was told they have a Ford Fusion, Toyota Camry, and some other sedan and were all non-smoking cars. I called Kirkwood Enterprise back and told them this. He told me that he called Creve Couer and they told them they didnt have anything but he would call them back and then call me. He calls me a few minutes later and tells me they have a car for me. I drive to Creve Couer and I was given a filthy Toyota Corolla. It was obviously just returned. It had a 1/2 tank of gas and I could hardly see out of the windows because they were filthy AND it smelled like smoke. I told them I wouldnt take this because it smelled of smoke. They told me this is all they had. I said I called about 30 minutes prior and they told me they had 3 sedans available. I was then told that my deal through the dealership was for a subcompact car. I asked why I couldnt get an upgrade especially since Im on my 3rd car and they all reeked of cigarettes. I was basically told they couldnt do anything. I found that funny and told them so as I use Enterprise for work and am ALWAYS given an upgrade even when I dont ask when I travel out of state. I ended up turning the car in and using LYFT to get around town until my car was done. I will NEVER use ENTERPRISE locally and I also informed the dealership as well. Even the dealership was surprised I wasnt given an upgrade.

As my local Enterprise, Ive been going here for over 20 years (it used to be across the street). These people have NEVER let me down and are always ready to go the extra mile. Its not unusual for them to upgrade me for free when they dont have the smaller cars I tend to rent. I also cant recommend highly enough the $9.99 / day weekend car rental (call to see if in effect since in some holiday periods it is not). For a little over $30 and gas you can have a car from Friday at 8am to Monday at 8am. Note that there is a 300 mile limit, but for running extra errands when relatives are in town (or for having relatives rent themselves) this is cheaper than you can rent most go-karts.

Easy location for after hours drop off, and easy uber to the airport. The service reps called to check on my rental the day after pick up, then called to verify final charges and drop off the day I dropped off. That seems like a small thing, but it meant a lot, and its service I dont receive at the busier airport locations. Thanks for the great service!

My rental from the Enterprise on Manchester Road in Kirkwood at the beginning of December was my third or fourth dealing with Enterprise at this location. They have always been efficient, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. This is the location and the staff I will always choose to deal with. They seem to be willing and cheerful about voluntarily doing a little bit more.

Was running a few minutes late due to traffic on my way to pick up a car at 6pm. Called to let them know I would be a few minutes late, to which the lady on the phone said, thats fine, well be here.Pulled into the parking lot at 6:04 to a locked door and who I assume was the lady I talked to leaving the parking lot as I was looking into the building. The staff is unfriendly. They were unable to drop me off because I lived on the other side of town which I completely understand although that is not the policy. I was there waiting on my ride for over an hour and they didnt have not 1 customer to walk thr ough the door. Sadly, no one asked me if I was going to be okay. The manager never said one word to me. This place sucks on Customer Service compared to the others. TRY A DIFFERENT ENTERPRISE! The one in Kirkwood dies not know how to deal with the public or their customers! Never again. Hertz down the street on Manchester has the best staff AND RATES! The guy at this place tried to overcharge me on the return and when I said something while pulling out my contract, he said oh, you have that, I left the charge on there by mistake. No sir...you tried to cheat me in purpose.
