I usually don’t review. But I am so confused with the attitude of this office. Very unprofessional. People put 5 star is BS. Tried setting up appointment for my 7 year old daughter. I was ask insurance information, who is liable etc..I was instantly told that she will call me back that there is too many names associated with the information.She just have to check. I said all right. I waited 1.5 hours but no call. I called again to check to know what is going on, I just want to confirm if I can make an appointment or not. So I don’t waste time or another day to make an appoinment after all it’s my daughter’s Dental health that is important. Instead of telling me NO we don’t want you here she just run me around with excuses that she still checking and ask her what other information she needed instead she put me on hold for few minutes and hang up. I was already confused and don’t know what is going on and called her back again to tell her that I would appreciate if she can just say NO instead of hanging up. Her answer? It would be best. She cannot say with courtesy NO and reason why. So I’m still confused and don’t understand the rude behavior and reason why I was treated that way. People with dental issues you better run from this office. Don’t expect to be cared and dealt with appropriately. Not worth the additional worry on top of your dental health.
