The worst nail experience i’ve ever had. the guy cut meon 4 different fingers (so much that i was bleeding the NEXT day), cut my thumb nail so short he was filing my skin, i asked for square and he shaped the sides so much some looked more like ballerina shaped than square, none of them were the same shape or length. the whole experience was painful and I regretted it entirely and wished i would’ve waited to get them done at home.

Love this place! Always a great experience and a relaxing time.

Would definitely not recommend this place. The pedicure felt rushed, but more importantly the gal who did my toes cut both my big toe nails in such a way that they are both grown in, painful, and a big mess now. Do not go here if you want nice nails that don’t hurt like crazy later.

I had a party of 8 for my sister in law’s bachelorette party. These women were amazing. Understaffed, they said it’d be awhile, but they closed down the shop for us, and provided quick, and exceptional pedicures and manicures.They were kind, funny, courteous and made us feel so welcome. They encouraged us to bring snacks and have a party, and we absolutely did.I live two hours away and would absolutely drive back for this salon.

Absolutely fantastic. I had my nails recolored and filled and Rose was fantastic. She was gentle and reshaped them just the way I wanted them. I NEVER want to go anywhere else! Their prices are very reasonable as well. Thank you so much!!

I have had multiple issues with rose nails. I have went in for manicures every week for the past 3 months and there has only be one time I have honestly gotten the nails that I wanted. So often the polish isn’t over the whole nail or it’s not the shape I want. You walk in and wait for 45 minutes for someone to come and start doing your nails and then they jump between you and three other people getting their nails done so you don’t not feel like you are getting any service. You can’t call for an appointment or count on their waitlist because you call and they miss quote times ALWAYS. On top of that I almost always leave with my cuticles bleeding if somewhere cause they are rushing with the drill and end up nicking you multiple times. It’s so unfortunate to not have a decent nail salon in the area

Rose nails is ok. Though there are flaws. Every time I get a pedicure they do a bad job painting the nail. And I get French tip acrylics and almost everytime they do at least one wrong.

I went in to Rose Nails to get my very poorly done dip nails fixed (done by a different salon) and they did an outstanding job recovering my nails. All of the ladies working were nice, gentle, and extremely helpful. My very upsetting nails turned out beautiful! Thank you so much!!

Although the prices were cheap, the nails and service reflected this.

Showed the gentlemen a picture of what I wanted. Ended up basically getting the exact opposite. I have short, thin nails and I wanted acrylics put on and made to look natural looking. He did get the length right but everything else is not what I wanted including the file job.

I just received the most beautiful French manicure from Trinh. Hand drawn tips. My pedicure was great too. I’m from St. Louis and it’s hard to get this quality and attention to detail in a salon down there! I will definitely be back!

Went im for a girls day out. Got our nails done. Within a week they all came off. Went in to have fixed wouldnt fix. They said its not our problem.We had been going there for several yrs. We will Never Go Back again.

Had to go back to get my nails fixed do to them breaking off less then two days later and the fixed ones didnt last a week. I do plan on going back to give them a second chance. The lady that did my nails was very nice and even fixed them for free. Will try again

We went in today for 2 full sets and 3 paints a total of 5 people we had fast and super friendly service!!! All of our nails look amazing!! The 3 paint jobs were on little girls the smallest a 3yr old and they were great with the girls I highly recommend anyone and everyone to go to Rose Nails!!!!!

I wish I could give a 0. This was the worst experience of my life. I get my nails done frequently, and this place is terrible. They are unsanitary, and cut two slits in my fingers from filing so hard. The dip nails that I was having done were so stuck to the skin on my fingers that I couldnt even get it off. When she was finished, one nail was not even completely covered with polish. I went back a few hours later because they were already coming off, and they would not give me a refund, but made me sit down to have them fixed. Three days later, and every nail is about to come off again. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Cheap but not worth it in the slightest.

My daughter went in for acrylic nails and they insisted she just have her regular nails manicured and gel polish. This is not what she wanted. She does not like her nails. Charged $60 for a manicure and pedicure. What a ripoff. I called and she said to send my daughter back but she isnt about to go back in there after this experience. Definitely do not go here. They are not about pleasing the customer!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon. I wouldn’t be surprised if I get a infected nail. This salon it’s self is dirty and not maintained. They are reusing the same tools and nail dividers on people. I literally watched a technician take the toe dividers off the lady next to me and throw them in a basket and one of them ended up on my feet. The tools were not kept is disinfectant and clearly not being cleaned in between customers. The pedicure itself was poor, I could of done a better job at home. She barely removed any cuticle, didn’t use a base coat of my nails, and rushed through the whole thing. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The massage chair didn’t work and when she was done she didn’t put my sandles back on or give me a pair of disposable flip flops so I had to walk bare foot to the drying station. The place was a joke. I can’t believe they can stay in business with service like this. Don’t waste your money.

If I could give a zero I would! I have to agree this was t h e most unsanitary place I have ever been! I got a pedicure and I watched them use the same tools on the next 3 people after me. They didnt sanitize the foot tubs I watched them just rinse them out. Roses daughter looks very unhappy teenager and had no sense of humor! I did not see her smile or be pleasant even once while we were there! Prices were decent but I hope we do not end up with the creeping cud of the feet after our memorable experience at Roses!

Im not one to leave bad reviews. Its very difficult to unimpress me, but this place didnt do anything to earn any stars. If I could give a zero, I would. The acrylic nails were uneven, and lopsided, the underside of some nails were rough and would catch on my clothing and hair, they filed one of my nails so hard, I started to bleed, AND they started to fall off two days later. Its been only three days and Im getting my nails redone somewhere else. I wouldnt be surprised if someone gets an infection from there, it was a disgusting place and they used the same tools for different people without cleaning them.For your own safety, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Not sanitary, my acrylics are uneven and very sloppy. I got cut many times which happens sometimes but wow. What was done was rushed and that will be my first and only time going.

Honestly, if you have lived in a rural area all your life, with only 1 1/2 nail salons from which to chose, then you MIGHT give Rose Nails 3 stars. But in actuality, and comparison with just about every other decent nail salon ever, Rose is definitely not one of them. Their technique is TERRIBLE. And I mean literally garbage, nails are NEVER even length, or filed well, paint is always sloppily applied, and the male owner is EXTREMELY RUDE. There has only been a single time I have been satisfied, and thats when the owner’s daughter Amy did my nails. I wish I could hire her privately, because the shop is a disgrace.Im starting to think my bad experiences, may be for a reason. I know many others who dont have the issues that I do here.
