Always heard great things about imperial from my brothers. Anyone who knows anyone knows that imperial is PNW’s go to for tints and wraps. I dealt with the owner Jeff directly and he was professional and attentive. I got a full tint and had an appt to drop my car off between 9am/10am on a Thursday. I had a work emergency and Jeff was accommodating and finished my tints in record time. 10/10 would recommend to all friends family and acquaintances.

Had a great experience with Jeff and Lance when I had my car ceramic coated. I had never done this and Jeff was very patient in answering all the questions I had amassed from my internet research. Car was done on time and looked amazing. They also gave me lots of info on how to care for the car and even answered text messages after the fact. Awesome Work! My wife and I were waxing our 27 boat and I used Frog Tape to mask the faded red and grey decals...and after masking we both looked at each other and said...Lets do it! I called Imperial and Jeff was right on it, new exactly what we wanted to happen, promptly followed up with reasonable pricing for the vinyl work and made time in their schedule to fit us in on a tight timeline. Our boat looks way more updated with the new look. I put in one before pic so you can see the difference. Great staff and what a super clean shop. We highly recommend them.

Really amazing work. This team did a chrome delete on our 4Runner limited that was previously my chrome nightmare. Everyone we spoke to was super helpful and informative and the finished product was outstanding. I’m taking a different truck in for more work in a couple weeks. Imperial clearly takes pride in what they do. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

I was referred by a trusted friend and Small Business Automotive Owner. It was a little difficult to reach Imperial though I believe its due to them being in such high demand. My appointment was set a week out and started on time. The Owner Jeff was very professional and thorough. My only negative is during this Pandemic I wish all his staff adhered to the state detectives at all times not just around the customers. Its only day 3 since the Ceramic Tint install but it appears to be flawless. Another very big positive is the care they take on your vehicle in regards to the install. They didnt rush anything and took note that the entire interior doors are leather and water on them would cause a significant issue. They did an excellent job masking those areas and keeping it safe. It isnt inexpensive but it shouldnt be, you are paying for quality and this is it. I highly recommend this business for tint work and paint protection.My Vehicle, 2019 Jaguar XJ L Collection

Went in for tint for my brand new Focus RS and they did a great job on the tint.However they left a sizable dent above the rear passenger door and denied it. It was obviously them based on timing and I noticed it immediately when arriving back at the shop.

They were very quick! 3 hours and looked great! Already referred to my buddy for his van.

Brought in my new vehicle for Imperial to do Xpel paint protection on the front bumper, hood and fenders. They also did a ceramic tint on the drivers and passenger windows and wrapped my door handles. They did a fantastic job. Everything looks great and they completed the work on time. This is the second time I’ve been here, I have done a taillight and window tint back in 2012 and it was still in good shape, no bubbles no peel off no fade. Other places might be cheaper and might also have lifetime warranty, but no need to use any warranty is worth any extra I might be paying.

I would use Imperial Auto Salon 100 times over. Great customer service, price, work was perfect, and my Tahoe looks amazing. Work that I had done: Ceramic window tint, Ceramic paint protection, clear film on the front, vinyl blackout all chrome, and interior vinyl over woodgrain. They were even able to finish the job faster than quoted. If you need any of this work done dont hesitate this is your shop buddy.

My experience with Imperial was fantastic. My vehicle was the seventh Ive had wrapped with Xpel. We also tinted and ceramic coated with Feynlab products. Prior to any work, Jeff went over my expectations for the car, along with any problem areas I brought up or he had experienced in the past. Imperial did a great job getting everything done right the first time, and they returned my vehicle to me after a lot of work in only a couple of days. Their pricing is very fair, especially given the quality and speed with which they work. I would heartily recommend them to anyone.
