Took in my ancient sewing machine for service. They took the time to trouble shoot with me first thing and made suggestions after servicing. They were very kind and helpful about my lack of knowledge and got me set up to sew again.

Ive used services and bought products many times at this location. Ive had a great experience all but one time when someone tried to sell me a vacuum much more expensive and elaborate than I needed. Other than that everyone has been very helpful in every way. Ive even purchased the service plan for 2 vacuums and the new sewing machine I got there recently. I feel more secure knowing I can just stop in any time to get help on these needed home appliances. I appreciate the neighborly, friendly vibe.

Great customer service! Brought in my sewing machine with thread jammed. Gal checked it out, solved the problem, and showed me how I should rethread with proper tension to avoid future problems. No charge, even though it was my first visit. Ill definitely be back!

I just bought a new sewing machine (my first computerized one in 60 yr of sewing!) and have received a lot of support/assistance from staff. I like the machine and am on a learning curve now. They have maintenance plans too that are optional. I also purchased a Riccar upright vac. some mos. ago and got a great close out deal!

Ive had my 20 year old vacuum cleaner in twice to Quality Sewing & Vacuum during that time. The repair the first time restored my vacuum to perfect working condition. The second, more recent repair simply needed to remove some material that had been sucked up and clogged the machine. I am very happy with the timeliness, quality and pricing of their service.

This store is convenient for picking up some sewing necessities. While shopping there one day, I was invited to watch one of the latest sewing/quilting machines at work! Amazing what these machines can do now for the serious and creative among us! I also purchase carpet spot remover from here.

These fine folks have supported everything from vacuums to sewing machines, Bosch, singer, you name it. Commercial through entry grade they will have you covered.

I have had nothing but good experiences here (vacuum, not sewing - I cant vouch for sewing machines at all). They have people who seem to want to help with any issues that come up. I bought my vacuum in June and had to go back in with a warranty issue for the hose and they were super nice. If you need work done, dont plan for it to be immediate. Because they do good work, there will always be a queue, but I was informed they do have loaner vacuums.

I worked with Krystal to pick out a new vacuum and was very happy with her customer service. Only gave 4 starts because I am still waiting for an extender hose I was supposed to get but it turned out it wasnt in stock at the warehouse. Overall, a great experience.

This particular store has great customer service. Theyre really knowledgeable, and they try to send you out the door with exactly what you need rather than trying to upsell you. Ive had nothing but good experiences with them over the last 20 years.

I love this location the people especially Krystal. I have had some challenges with orders being taken and things being done correctly especially when I do classes. But overall I love this store and they work really hard trying to make everybody be happy so I dont want this to be negative I just would like to see them put it put information in and I think Krystal is working very hard to make all things happen for the best of all customers

The people at this location for QS&V provide their customers first rate assistance: our relationship goes back perhaps 20 years. Recently, my Miele canister vacuum required s repair (it receives heavy usage daily); the worn component was replaced under warranty and during the repair I was offered a loaner. Ive shopped at Quality for years and it has always been a great experience! The staff is friendly and very helpful. If they dont immediately have an answer to a question, theyll get you one. Ive bought many products here, from sewing furniture, to sewing machines, to notions of all types. Only once did I have a problem with one of the manufacturers and Quality went above and beyond. They solved the problem, made sure everything was resolved to my complete satisfaction, and then sent me a lovely bonus for my time inconvenience. I couldnt ask for a better customer experience. I needed to review how to thread and use my serger so signed up for a class. There were only two of us so we both got lots of attention and help. I now know how to do it myself.

I hadnt used my serger in a while and Diane took the time to sit with me and get me reacquainted with it. She is super patient and funny! So lucky we have this store as a resource in the community. I have shopped at the various QSV stores for many years and while they are all great, this is my favorite!

I took my serger in to get help threading it and was helped by Margaret who couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. I told her of my desire to perhaps purchase a new sewing machine and she made suggestions without being pushy. I left there the proud owner of a new machine and couldnt be happier. I was also helped by Jenny when I went in to pick up my new machine and she too was so friendly and pleasant. All around a very good experience. Cant wait to get signed up for some classes.

Mike LaPonte stayed on task to contact Koala in Chicago and the lifetime warranty allowed for Mike to receive and install the new lift mechanism.One of my Bernina sewing machines needed servicing and having an excellent experience with Mike I took in my machine. How fun to see a former acquaintance working in the store. She can no longer bring her sweet dog Annie to work but she makes the store friendly. I have been going to Quality sewing & vacuum for over 3 years. Ive purchased 2 vacuums from them and have taken my vacuum for maintenance as well. They have friendly, knowledgeable staff and I have had great experience every time. Love their vacuum trade in option.

They did a nice job fixing the vacuum cleaner. The people I met were nice but the price was pretty high for the actual work that was done, so each person needs to decide if your vacuum is worth spending more than half the original cost to have a cooling fan replaced. Expensive but effective.

Great service of my Bernina. They took time to show me what they repaired, replaced, and turned around the machine work as they estimated.

Although the staff was focused on a positive experience, they were friendly and made the experiencing a good one. Customer service seems to be a dying art, but it is alive and well at this facility.

I purchased a Miele vacuum in the past and they have been my go to place for supplies and service. Recently I needed a rolling tote for the serger I inherited from my mother. They helped me figure out which size I might need and ordered it in from another store that week so I would have it for my sewing retreat the following week. It seemed a little big when I got to see it and wasnt sure I would like it. They told me to use it for my retreat and see how it worked and bring it back if not satisfied. Well it worked perfectly and was just the right size once I added serger cones and supplies. They are so nice and friendly at the Eastside store and Im a very satisfied customer!

A horrible experience. We had done a lot of business here including most recently the purchase of two expensive vacuums. We made a special trip there today to purchase bags for one of them and I was handed an off brand. I was polite during the transaction but the woman ( large senior with red hair) was extremely hateful and sarcastic. As convenient as this store is for me I will never do business with them again. And Ill for sure talk about them. What a perfectly ghastly human they have on staff!
