From start to finish, A made a very stressful home sale enjoyable. It is a total sellers market and he was patient and diligent about helping us get our house ready. From the pictures, to running comps, he helped us get to a great asking price. We had 62 showings and over 10 offers! A was there for EVERY showing due to the nature of our property. He wanted to make sure if any buyers had questions, he would be there to answer them. He helped us go through the offers - and we ended up with $300,000 over our asking price. We cant say enough about A - his hard work, integrity, and patience in this market paid off for us.

I recently moved away from Seattle and I had engaged A-Suraphong from Hallmark Realty to help rent out my home in Seattle. My experience with A has been wonderful. He did an extensive research to understand the rental market in my neighborhood. Given December month may not have the highest rental demand, we worked through various contingency plans at the outset. A is very thorough and creative in his approach. He helped set up my rental place very quickly, put up the listing, and did the showing to interested tenants. Within a couple of weeks, he was able to secure a good tenant for my property. The paperwork and the execution were flawless. A is also a natural people person. My tenant was so happy dealing with A and was so impressed by As work. The whole process went smoothly for both myself and my tenant. All in all, I highly recommend A-Suraphong from Hallmark Realty!

Totally unprofessional and a bad experience all around. Agent Sherry Watson and her broker made our buying experience three times as had as it needed to be. They represented the seller and even their client complained about them constantly. Sherry was unprofessional and rude. They did not seem to want to sell the property and were a nightmare for our agent to work with. They nearly lost the deal completely. There are a whole lot of good agents out there and I would certainly avoid Hallmark. Why punish yourself.

Unprofessional. Disrespectful and rude. Howard clearly has issues with woman,I can only speak to my experiance but I wouldnt rent or work with anyone at this office. Howard worked as a property manager and he is obviously embezzling his clients money. Things that were suppose to get fixed, they never did and he always sent some random cheap person for repairs clearly pocketing the remaining money. When you move out dont expect a deposit because all the items that were to be fixed youll get charged for. In fact you may even owe money. And when you confront Howard, he gets defensive, mad, yells and trys to gas light you. I feel bad for the owners. They have no clue because he tells them the tenants trashed the place when in reality he is just shady and left the house in disarray prior to move in. Not to mention he left behind the tenant before us moveout letter and inspection, they too lost theyre whole deposit. Its definitely a pattern. This is just the tip of the iceberg. When we asked to put weathering strip in so we wouldnt lose so much heat he said the place doesnt have to be perfect. We didnt want perfect we just wanted it to be efficient and clean. And that was way too difficult for him. He just didnt want to be bothered.

Stay away, women Terri Fletcher is a lier and just money hungry. WARNING ⚠️!! Stay away! Go elsewhere!!
